Absolutely loved my hair!! I got blonde highlights by this great hair stylist, Stacy Mendez, and she was GREAT!! She does a really good job and she knows what she’s doing, great service, the community in the salon is super chill, and Stacy Mendez made my overall experience there one to go back and get more touch ups!!Thank you to this salon for giving me such a great experience and a huge thanks to Stacy Mendez for making my hair super cute!!!!

On my visit I saw Courtney. It had been years since I endulged in a massage. She was knowledgeable and talked to me for a few minutes before we started our session. I have some mild allergies to scents and she made sure to clarify any information before we started along with inquiring about where I felt were my trouble spots and made me feel confident in what my experience would be before starting the process. Would recommend.

A friend and I had a girls day with massages and a facial. Jennifer is an awesome massage therapist!!! My facial by Brittany was fantastic. Great experience. Maybe I need to start to plan another girls weekend. Worth my 5 hr drive.

I had an appointment yesterday for gel nails. The lady who did the gel nails was very nice. But she did not do a good job my cuticles look horrible and The polish does not cover my nails on the sides. It was not a nice relaxing spa environment. I do realize you’re under construction you probably shouldn’t be doing those type of things when you’re under construction there was no noise it just was not a nice experience. Very disappointed!! This was a gift from my boyfriend I have had a horrible year healthwise this was supposed to be nice and relaxing. Will not return !!

My experience here was great. My stylist was Channel, and I was very happy with my cut and color. She definitely listened to what I wanted. She also did a great job on my eyebrows. I am 8 months pregnant with twins, so getting a massage and warm towel was a nice bonus that I wasn’t expecting. I definitely felt pampered and will come back.

Wonderful experience. My stylist Alexa did a great job. The highlights are gorgeous and she was so kind. The facility was clean and staff friendly. I cant think of one negative thing to say. It was worth every penny.

I absolutely love going here. The staff is amazing and so kind. Hannah is my hair stylist is absolutely amazing! Courtney is my massage therapist is absolutely the best ever. For my facials I use Devan and she does a fantastic job. Everyone who works there is top notch and a I wouldnt go anywhere else.

My daughter had her hair colored at this salon. The stylist told her it would be $100 max and when she went to leave they charged her $129 because they said she chose to have it styled and dried. She was never given a choice, they just did it. Also, when I have my hair colored my stylist always drys it to make sure the color is acceptable. I called and spoke to the manager and she was absolutely rude! The stylist did a great job. She should find a more honest place to work!

My friend bought me a 30 minute prenatal massage. Staff was friendly. Bathroom and store was very clean. My massage was incredibly relaxing.Beforehand she was clear about what to expect and to speak up if anything hurt. Nothing hurt, she eased my lower back pain, and I have never had someone massage my face/head and she did and it was lovely. Cant wait to book a longer massage here after I have my baby. Highly recommend.

Ive been going here for a little over 10 years now. I get massages once a month. Some times I really need them, other times not so much. Regardless Ill not give up my time slot month to month as I found the place thats perfect for me. Staff is always friendly and always offers something to drink while you wait for you appointment. My massage therapist Jen is wonderful and I wouldnt trade her for a winning lottery ticket. Ill continue to frequent the place as long as Jen is there.

We started the morning here was the ladies part of our family Staycation. With massages and facials, there were 4 of us, we were thrilled with such amazing care. Hot towels, aromatherapy and every little detail. Such a great experience, we will be back. See the massage therapist Sarah-she’s a gem.

I made an appointment online then called to make sure enough time was allowed for a cut and dye with bayalage. They said I needed more time so moved my appointment to that afternoon. When I got there I was told the stylist was running behind and then I was told when I got back there that they wouldnt have time to do any dye. I told my stylist that they changed my appointment time already to have enough time to do it and she said Oh they must have not known. Well schedule it for another day, so all I got was a cut. I felt like I had to keep coaxing on the cut to get it close to the picture I had brought and finally just gave up and said its fine. Very disappointed today.

Hannah is the best! I go to Salon Ami for highlights and low lights to cover my gray. She does an excellent job and I am so pleased when I leave.

First of all, if this review was based on my stylist it would be five stars all the way - she is everything I could want and more which is why it hurts my heart to write this. The one star is based on the salon itself. I have given a lot of thought over the past month as to whether to write this and it still really bugs me and everyone I have told about this says the story needs to be told, so here goes...Went there last month and got a color and blow dry - no cut. When I went to pay I found I was charged $35 for a cut, blow dry and style (I do not get an itemized bill until after I pay, which in retrospect I also do not care for). I let the lady at the front desk know she charged me in error. I am not sure of her name but it’s the one who has been there for a while – she is a shorter blond lady with glasses and shoulder length blond hair who works the front desk on Saturdays – anyway she agreed she had charged me in error and then informed me she would be crediting me back…$5…Wait, what? She overcharged me $35 for a haircut I didn’t get and she is going to credit me back, $5? I thought I heard wrong. When I asked her about it again, instead of apologizing, she rather condescendingly informed me that apparently, a blow dry is $30 and a haircut is $5. I told her that wasn’t right, and all she said, in a very short manner, is “that is their policy.”I’ve been a loyal customer at Ami for two years now. I show up when I am supposed to, I never cancel, always tip well, am always pleasant, etc. In other words, the type of client I would think theyd want to keep around. If I was in her shoes, after making such an error I would at the very least apologize and would damn sure credit every last cent of that money back, if nothing else for the principle of the matter, I could NEVER feel good about keeping money that was taken in error...especially from a client!What I would I definitely would not do is get an attitude, or insult my clients intelligence by making them think our haircuts are only $5 and our blow drying is $30, and I would definitely not treat them in such a way to make them think that they do not matter and are not worthy of being treated with courtesy and respect.I have had plenty of time to think about it, and as much as I love my stylist, I have noted the fact that my business is apparently not important or needed, and for that reason I will be taking my business elsewhere. The most essential part of any relationship is trust, which has been broken…it makes me very sad that my very talented and wonderful stylist is the one who will have to lose a client, and for that I am sorry.I also can’t help but wonder how many times in the past she has overcharged me that I haven’t caught, from reading other reviews among other things. I am very glad the credit card number she got from me when I first signed up has long since expired.Check those bills my friends, BEFORE you pay...and be sure to ask for their $5 haircut the next time you visit.

Great experience at this salon, they went above and beyond any expectation! My stylist, Chanelle, was friendly and very knowledgable about any questions I had for her! I will only be going here from now on, thank you ladies.

Long time customer .Decent staff sometimes friendly and sometimes average. Ive had a few bad experiences but love Aveda and chose to give them an extra chance. The last time I was in I was treated badly. My shampoo rang up more than the tag and she acted like she would correct it and then said it was supposed to be more so she left it. After she was rude I told her I didnt want it. I was blown away by her rudeness. I will not be returning and will make sure to let everyone know how the staff treats there longtime customers.

Tania is the best! Make sure to ask for her. Classy place, Aveda products, and their haircuts are full service and not just “in and out as fast as possible”.

Very Poor customer service. I had been given a 250.00 gift cert that I had not been able to use for some time, when I tried to use it I got no where with them. The girl answering the phone had an awful attitude and hung up on me. Now that I am in town full time I was looking for a new salon for all my needs. It will not be this one. It seems they are wonderfulonly when it suits them.

Absolutely terrible!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They lie about what they charge, force you to pay twice as much and then force a 20% gratuity on top of that for terrible service! They dont care about their customers and couldnt give a crap how you feel the service was. Used dirty towels and disgusting tools on pedicures. I will never ever go back to this place!
