Nails chipped after not even 3 days - first picture day i got them done other two pictures are 2 days after

While there my mother in law was called fat and her nails were messed up. When we called back the same lady answered and was rude again. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!! COMPLETELY SHOCKED AT THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! CANT BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.

I showed them what i wanted and that woman did the total opposite and i asked for cuffin and she didn’t even do that and they curve. will not go back i don’t like them and i took 2 off my cousins and they did the same thing. that’s what i asked her for and what i got

Dan the owner is hilarious and makes you feel super welcome. Did a fantastic job on my nails and feet. Im coming here from now on

So first time going and i felt welcome the lady was fast but good. And the prices are great too. !

This is the worst manicure I have ever had. My nail beds were chopped down unevenly and too deep. She made the cuticles ragged and then put polish on them. The drying light bulb table was broken, but they had me put my hands under there like I was dumb and wouldnt realize it wasnt working. The cost was $18 for this horrible job! The pic is of the manicure 4 days later. I have painted my own nails and they have looked way better than this after 4 days. You can clearly see the terrible cuticles and nail beds. Awful!!

Very frustrating going here the experience was less then satisfactory I felt like I was wasting money and I wont be returning.

My daughter and I had an appointment on June 27 2020 went to pay they charge my 8 year old full price as an adult but what really got me after I had already tipped both girl was I went to check my back account and they took out an extra $9.00. I work in the beauty industry as well and this in unethical and I will make sure I sped the word of how they run their business. Please be cautious

I had a very fun experience here!! Everyone was so nice and very accommodating. I got a manicure and a pedicure with gel polish and it looks AMAZING! I’ve been to this location once before and had a great experience then too. Last time I came I came with 6 other girls and they were able to do all of us in a timely yet thorough manner. I WILL be returning and recommending to my friends and family.

Busy Saturday morning and they took me right in to do my quick 5 minute eyebrow wax. Very nice to cater to time of service rather than first come first serve. She did speed through it though. Lol

Would have been nice except two crying babies the entire time. Normally it would not bother me, but today I needed a street free environment. Additionally, it went fast...could have used a little more pampering.

Has been a couple of weeks since I went in. I got my eyebrows waxed there. Didn’t really get a very good job. So I only tipped $2. But when I check my bank account a couple of days later my 2 had been changed to a $5 tip. Called the shop and they didn’t even try and deny it just said ok you can come get the difference from us. If I could give them a 0 star I would. I would not trust them with your credit card if you leave a tip and honestly I don’t think they do a good job anyways.

Every time I go I come out extremely happy with the results! The service is amazing! The people there are just so nice and welcoming! I haven’t gone to another nail solon in 3 years!

I had to go three weeks between manicures and my nails still looked amazing (other than cuticle growth). No chipping, and the gel was just as shiny as the day it was done. Everyone is friendly and they have LOTS of color choices. Theyre a *bit* pricier than other salons Ive been to, but again, theyre amazing.

The wife was way nicer then i was they kept taking the polish off cause there machine wouldnt dry or cur the polish for them to put the next layer on zero communication..me and the wife asked several times if everything was ok no answer and every time the polish messed up they had to sand it off so my wifes skin around her nails became tender and red from irritation she may but i wouldnt go back!

Kelly is the best. She has a steady hand and she doesnt rush. Everyone is very polite and funny. Nails dont chip or rip off and I could wait a whole month before having to need a fill. The gel polish doesnt chip and look just as shiny as it did when I first had them done.

I went into this shop with my sister. It was pleasant experience. I got wonderful customer service however my nail technician did hurt my toe with the utensils. I brushed it off and didnt consider it a big deal until 3 days later. My toe is swollen and started discoloring. I went to urgent care and doctor confirmed its a nail infection. Im on antibiotics. Not even sure what my next step should be. This is the first infection I ever had. Definitely make sure they clean the utensils in front of you.

This place is fantastic! I really like the people who work here, they do a great job! Nice and clean and great work!

My husband and I had the best spa pedicures here! They did an amazing job! We definitely will go back!

Even with hardly any other people there, I had a long wait. I was getting a pedicure. I sat with my feet in the tub waiting, and noticed the water started to irritate my skin a bit. The lady who came to do my toe nails spoke broken English and we had trouble understanding each other (Which I hate). My nails were cut, but were not filed, leaving the edges sharp. She used something (I assume a cuticle cutter) that hurt terribly. All of the tools were tossed into the bin on the trolley, where she got them. These tools were not cleaned in between customers because I saw the same tools get used on the person next to me, without cleaning at all. The lotion she rubbed on my legs (The peppermint pedicure lotion) turned my skin red. I noticed this and she must have too, but she just continued. Within an hour or so I had red bumps and swollen red patches on my skin. The painting of the nails was sloppy. She got polish on my skin, around the nails.Also, the fellow painting the nails of the woman beside me kept making inappropriate jokes.Additionally, the televisions on the wall for the customers to watch while you get your nails done are glitchy. They freeze frame every few seconds and the sound is warped.I will never go back to a Nail Max salon again. Period. I suggest the same to anyone I know. This was a horrible experience.

So nice and friendly. One of the only bluesprings/independence nail salons with extraordinary sanitation.

I’ve been here a total of three times, the first two times I got acrylics with gel and the third and probably final time I will ever visit only gel. The first time i got acrylics here I asked for coffin and what I got was a very square boxy shape not tapered at all like coffin nails are supposed to be like, they also were placed fairly far from my cuticles which I know if you place them too close they could come off but it looked as if I had already had them on for a week and they had grown out. Other than that my first set was ok, a bit thick in terms of the acrylic itself but that seems to be a reoccurring problem because the second time I had them done they were even thicker and they were also a little bumpy and uneven and some of the nail tips had been placed crooked. I got almond shape this second time and when she filed them they weren’t super even and some of the edges that hadn’t come off when she filed my nails and were hanging from the nail itself stayed there throughout and I had to pick them off myself later on. And finally my third and probably last visit with them was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had, the man who did my nails was quiet and rude and liked to yank at my hands instead of gently moving them or asking me to move them for him. I asked for different colors on each nail and when he started applying them he didn’t even ask me which color I wanted on each finger he just did what he felt was right, he got polish all around my nail and didn’t do much to clean it off leaving me with terrible looking nails and to think I paid thirty dollars honestly disgusts me because even others who saw my nails were shocked when I told them how he had acted and how much I paid, it honestly looked like a toddler did them. I’ve been super disappointed in their customer service too as the person who did my friends dip nails was super nice and funny but the lady who did mine never tried to start a conversation with me or ask me anything to socialize, even one time she had her next client sitting next to me waiting and she was talking with her not even making an effort to talk to me making it super awkward.

Customer service is ok. Lady by the name of Ann or Anna did an amazing job on my brows. My nails were just ok... not bad enough to make me stop going, but not as neat and professional as I would like.

I love my nails at Nail Max. They are beautiful. Kelly is a perfectionist and they stay beautiful. I love that I found this place.

The guy who did my nails was so careful with me. He was very kind and funny. He took his time. I recommend to go get your nails done here.

I like this place! A friend of mine got a gift card so I went along with her and we got manicures and pedicures. The people here are very friendly... I had a problem with my manicure and went back in and they fixed it. They redid the whole thing. Its a lot of younger people that work here and they are very funny. I look forward to going back again!

This is the oy nail place I go to!! I have been to several places before and never got what I wanted. They know exactly what I want here and do an excellent job!!

Brittany is awesome, I still stick with this however I wont go back here unless shes working. My water drained out. I got someones attention. The main girl in Charge came over and looked and said she d be right back. She proceeded to finish a manicure on someone else. I setfor probably 20 minutes with wet cold feet until I finally walked out. She didnt even have the decency to apologize!

Quick service but, like all nail salons, the quality of the job varies by the tech.

I was a very loyal customer to Kelly, but she and Dan are horrible at scheduling and keeping appointments. I called and spoke to Dan and asked him if Kelly had an appointment within the hour and he told me no, but come for an appointment in 2 hours. So I showed up for my appointment and Kelly asked me do you have an appointment and I told her yes I called and talked to Dan, she said well I already have another appointment right now, I said well what about my appointment and she said very rudely to me, well cant someone else just do your nails? She knew I was very particular and only had her do them. She was very unprofessional and rude to me that day, and didnt even apologize. This just goes to show that they dont value their customers. Dan also cut my toe really bad one time during a pedicure, my toe bled for an hour, he also never apologized and I had to pay for the service which was ridiculous. I will never go back, I found a new salon that is much more professional and friendly all around. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I had last got my nails done for a dance recital that I go to. I was able to describe the color I needed to get done, and they knew which gel to pick for me. I was expecting to flinch a couple times, particularly with a trouble nail that was broken in the nail itself. I didnt notice any pain. Their shop is kept clean and their equipment looking nice.The price of the place I went to previously and this one was comparable, and I dont mind going in today to get my nails done there as well. Looking forward to actually seeing what they have in terms of colors this time since I am not resticted to having natural color nails to be on stage with.I reccomend these people.

I went in a Sunday and got a full set of acrylic gel nails in the coffin shape. By Thursday 3 of them had come off. I went to the shop and they were kind enough to re-do them. But the second time they did them the nail was entirely too thick and square but what is coffin. I paid 45 dollars and both sets that they gave me werent near the qulity that I expected to get given the price I paid

I usually have a very good experience although this time the lady did not want to listen to what I wanted and kept adding layers of gel nail polish on my nails making them look like bubble nails and then every single nail is a different shape. It says no refunds, but there is no way Im paying $30 and having my nails look like this.

After I had explained several times that he did not want my nails to be in a point she continued to place the nails on with the point pretending that she did not understand what I was saying and I had to go home and fix them so if youre looking to get your nails fixed after you do them forget them done here because thats not happened in the way you want it its the way they feel like putting them on

This nail shop is terrible, the nail techs are rude, they had pee all over the toilet and ROACHES !!! I was very disappointed because this nail shop has 5 stars but its definitely not what it seems !! Take your freaking money somewhere else

I did love coming here because they do an awesome job at nails..!!but I just recently got my nails done here and was criticized & put down about my tattoo and the cuts on my arm.. so I definitely won’t be coming back. Ever. :)
