The best nail salon in the area!!! ❤I have been coming to this shop for roughly a year now and have always had wonderful service. The staff takes great care of their customers and go above expectations. If you have a concern please remember to be kind to the workers. Customer service is hard work.I love to come see my tech each month for a new and well designed acrylic set. They can copy a reference photo or show creativity. If there is a design you want just ask because they have all of the decorative add ons you could possibly want.Theyre prices are reasonable for their level of craftsmanship as well. I recieve many compliments on my nails and always love recommending Ts to others.Even after moving I will be driving that half hour to continue to use their services!!! If youre reading my review, made it this far, and still havent made a appointment what are you waiting for?!? Go!! 😆

My first time here. Im not happy with my nails. They are thick and my tips rolls in and not straight. Some nails point up more then the others.. I have lumps in some nails. As much I paid for my nails they should have Been Perfect. I ask for coffin and they look square. Im not happy at all with these nails. I honestly want them off and a refund. I never complain about my nail service but this time I had to. I wanted gel but the guy suggested powder I guess to get more money out of me which I dont mind if the service afterwards would be nice. Im not returning back. Only to have them removed!!Since I cant reply back to owner... theres nothing wrong with my nail beds... This aint my first time wearing nails. If the guy was still around I would have said something about my nails. I will be there in the morning to have them removed. You obviously probably wont refund me for this messed up nail job, colore is beautiful, the design is fine. Point is the nails are Pointing straight up. And never have I had my nail tips roll in and not straight. I seen Im not the FIRST person to say the same thing that Im saying thick nails and point up. Not my first time wearing powder either. I just want them off!Update got in at my regular salon and boy the owner laughed at this poor works sheSaid they did whatever on my nails.and it was way to thick!!Anyway the mess is off my fingers!

Im from Ottawa. My regular girl no longer working so I needed a new place. My boyfriend said there was a good place here in Independence. So i made an appointment. Ts was amazing. He did way better then my normal place. Ill definitely go back to Ts next month. Amazing work.

I requested gray sparkle short coffin shape with simple nail art on the ring fingers. The tech told me that doing the dip powder would make the nails thinner than if we used gel polish so I agreed to do that. I paid $65 for these plus a very generous tip. I am extremely dissatisfied with the results. The nails are crooked, very thick, and not even remotely close to the shape that I requested. I left shortly before they closed so I’m not sure if she felt like she needed to rush so she could get out on time. I did not think to check whether they were sick or not given that the tech told me that they wouldn’t be. I trusted the nail techs professional opinion. As a person also employed in the beauty industry I am very disappointed. I chose to try out this nail salon because I had seen such excellent reviews and beautiful nails along with them. I feel very let down and frustrated as I cannot return to have them removed or corrected until at least next week. I am now stuck with nails I am not satisfied with.

Got my first ever set of acrylic nails yesterday and love how they turned out! This was also my first visit to T’s Nails. The service was great and the people are friendly. Will definitely be coming back for future manicures and pedicures!

T did an amazing job on my nails. I got long matte black coffin nails and they looked great. Matte black shows any imperfections and there were none! He spent a lot of time making sure they were all smooth and uniform.

Fantastic people, very professional and clean. I am happy I found this place. Momma is fantastic and very funny. I love that its owned and operated by such a young man and his family all works there. Its refreshing to see the love between them all.

Ive been here 3 times & i absolutely love their work! all these three were $75-$85, not quite sure why the pink ones were so pricy *80* but the other nails are reasonable for the price bc they have nail art but other then that I’m in love

I’ve never been to such a diligent nail salon. I’m from Colorado and am visiting Missouri for awhile and I love getting my nails done. I really wish they were in Colorado so I could go to them all the time. The lady who did my pedicure was very friendly and took her time doing a good job. The lady who did my acrylic nails was very talented and also took her time perfecting her work. Will for sure come back when I’m back in town!

The wait time was not long at all! The pedicure was amazing. I came in with a picture of the design I wanted on my nails and it was exactly what I got. The lady that did my nails was super fast and they look amazing. I found my new nail salon! I highly recommend! I’m bringing my daughter to get hers done tomorrow!

I went here with my step mother today and got my second ever french dip nails, the first were at a different place and compared to the quality and service I was given it was a complete and total difference. The ones I got today were so so much better looking and the extent of service given was much more and very thorough. I will continue to come back to have my nails done. They were personable and made sure to check if everything was satisfactory throughout the process. Im beyond satisfied.

It was so easy to make an appt here, (on Facebook!) They messaged me back within a couple of hours for confirmation. Only issue was that they take walk ins and that isnt an issue until things run late. My appt was at 10:30am and I wasnt started until an hour later. They caught up quickly but I was there all afternoon--- no biggie. It is as a spa day 🤭 But everyone was SO NICE and my nails turned out BEAUTIFULLY! So much so I dont care about my wait, I will be back❤️ I got a Mani/Pedi and everything was so relaxing.

This was my first time going and they were very professional. Julie did my nails the exact way I wanted them. My 7 year old daughter got a Mani and pedi and loved it. Thanks Ts nails.

I had 2 good experiences before. But this time I went in 2 weeks ago to get a simple fill with gel polish. I was going to get lavender in memory of my grandma nothing extravagant. I had a 6:45 appointment and I didn’t get in till about 7:15. Then the male doing my nails was super unprofessional this time. Was super rude and rough. It was close to 8:30 and my nails still weren’t polished I was irritated enough and just told him to throw in a clear coat so I can just leave. And then just for clear coat was $40.

Daughter been going here love her nails so i decided to go. Did a wonderful job on my nails only problem i have is my daughter gets the dip and was told shes never charged to remove the dip. I takes most of my gel polish off only have 2 fingers left with gel im told it cost $5 and when i get my nails polish both times the polish is not painted back to my cuticle. The beautiful pic i see on here all polish are painted back to the cuticle even my daughter are. Came in Saturday today is Thursday looks like i need my nails polished already. Both times coming here the nail tech did not fully polish my nails... Will be back she did a wonderful job doing my manicure and took her time

Was told they offer the service I wanted on the check pad once you walk in & also on the book now feature on Facebook for full acrylic nails. Once I got in the chair after waiting 30 mins & talking to two staff member was told ‘Do not do’ after driving almost 30 mins to get to the location. Saw this place & it looked very nice & was really excited to try a new place. Would not recommend very dissatisfied.

I have been here twice and both times the service has been above and beyond! I have literally never had a pedicure come out as well as both of these did! This last visit the ladies were so sweet and complimentary of my 4 year old son including helping him into the restroom since I was otherwise occupied :) I will not go anywhere else!

Soon as I walked in I did not have a good vibe.. there was a lot of attitude and rudeness. Also the young man with the bowl cut or mullet was very rude to another customers child with the way he spoke to them also another young lady was checking into the iPad and instead of saying “how can I help you” or “do you need help” he goes “what is she doing?” Very rudely. And then when asked about our experience me and my friend got automatic generated message I will never go back that’s for sure!!

I was new and to KC and went to several salons before finding Ts Nails. I like that they use disposable basin liners, it’s family run, they are very friendly, and the salon is the cleanest I’ve ever seen. If you call ahead they will give an appointment time so you don’t have to wait when you come in. I only have my nails done by Trinh, the owner’s daughter. She is great!

I am writing this review for my mother. She was getting her nails done before visiting me in Hawaii. It’s quite annoying to hear how they treated her.I would first like to state that the pedicure went well which is why there are two stars and not one. After the pedicure, she went to get a gel manicure. When she stated that she wanted a gel manicure, the lady said, “powder better.” Mom said, “No, I want a gel manicure.” She then stated that she loves the length of her nails, had one that had just broke but was okay with having one a different link than the rest. The lady then started cutting her nails. Mom pulled her hand back and said, “No, I wanted my length.” The lady said, “It look better.” As if this wasn’t enough, she then proceeded to do powder nails. Mom was confused. She then asked, you are doing a gel manicure, right?” The lady said, “No, this look better.” Needless to say, mom won’t be going back.

I went for an eyebrow waxing because my normal lady was booked for the day and it was an emergency. She did great. Just wouldve like to feel welcomed rather than no more than eyebrows and then a gesture to sit and then to the register when finished.

I had been going here for quite some time getting me toes done for 55 dollars. I was told gel only costed $5, then I came back early this year i was told 15 dollars extra for gel I was okay with the raise because the gel last me a good 2 months. Here today and I was told gel is $20 dollars. I will not be coming back customer has been lost.

They ok with the nails very satisfied just don’t like how their not on time when they open it says 9 o’clock someone is always there but the nail techs are never on time they always arrive around 9:30 10 o’clock so I figure if they gone arrive at that time might as well don’t open till 10 because some people be in a rush or have to be somewhere within the next hour so why it my main thing is why open at 9 just to have someone waiting on the actual nail techs that does nails y’all shouldn’t do that to people

I care here to get my nails done for my wedding. The young girl who did my feet was gentle, kind and did a great job. The girl who did my hands was rough and cut me a couple times. A day before my wedding a noticed a black hair in my nail. I tried calling to ask if i could Come up and get it re done but i no One ever answered. I then went yesterday to get my feet re done. The lady who did them was polite and efficient however my polish is not even. Like some of my nail is showing.... won’t go back.

Went Here today its was a very nice Atmosphere. New Clean, state of the Artmy nail tech didnt speak at all. I asked her name she spoke very soft i asked her to repeat it and she said it again very soft i said i cant pronounce that, she shrugged her shoulders and said oh well. i didnt want to take american name. and kept working. i asked if she had a card she said yea over there. as far as her work. ( Excellent ) but as my toes were drying I paid and asked if she could bring me a card, well I never seen her again until i walked out to leave. And I never got that card eitherso customer service and personable skills A BIG FAT NEGATIVE -5.as far as the work she did an excellent job. if she would have brought me that card i asked about TWICE SHE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE TIP I HAD WAITING FOR HER but I she missed out

This nail parlor is fantastic. Great service & friendly staff. They were great! The older gentleman did a super job!

First experience I had with them was really great. I decided to go back to them and even took my mom with me. We waited over an hour to be seen, and someone who walked in after us was seen before. The lady who previously did my nails was not there . The lady with the gold bracelets and jewelry, short hair, younger looking did my nails this time last time. I felt like she was very rude to me, I did not feel comfortable with her at all. Her way of talking to me was horrible, and the way she would shove my hand away and towards her was so rude . My nails were uneven lengths, she didn’t even measure them and the shape was so horrible ! I’m not usually the type of person to complain at all or even judge a person based on one day, so I decided to wait a couple of days and see how I felt instead of writing a review in the moment . 4 days later and I still felt very strong about my last visit so I decided to write my review because it is NOT okay to treat customers this way especially when they are spending so much money for their service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Just tried to go get a pedicure during normal business hours. There was 1 employees working. I was told all other employees were in a meeting and asked if I could come back in a half hour. Uh....no! I dont think so. I will NEVER be back. Sitting at Magic Nail now getting pampered. I was taken right in. Dont waste your time going to Torrys or Ts or whatever they call themselves. They sure dont have time for you!!!

They give extremely horrible and rude service. My daughter and I have given them several chances to get it right. My sisters used to come here as well and felt the same and they went elsewhere. What drew the line this last time my daughter and I came in after work and school and she said it would be about an hour to wait. I was fine with because we didnt have an appt so she told us to come back. We came back exactly an hour and she was just starting on someone elses nails knowing we had an appt and then try to set us with someone else when we suggested her. They need to work on customer skills and is extremely slow. And that lady Cathy was even worse. I just feel we paid way too much money every two weeks to get treated the way we did...never going back...

Stopped in just to get my gel polished removed. The nail tech was very impersonal and ruff and harsh as if she was Anrgy while scrapping my nails. She also had a terrible cough and had sat within inches coughing nearly in my face and failed to cover her mouth or wash her hands prior to coming back to finish buffing and sanding my nails. The friendliest interaction I had was with the male guest greeter. I won’t recommend this place to others, she definitely needs human etiquette classes.
