So I have been going to this establishment consistently bi-weekly for a few months now, and I take my 3 daughters… I get acrylics, they get dip nails. So our bill including tipIs always close to $300. Amy does my nails always a great job. However they don’t take appointments and always seem to be rushing and short staffed. I got a fill last week, very nice! A nail broke the same day I left, then I had three crack where the acrylic was not thick enough in the corners. Amy told me that they would be out of town during my service… so I couldn’t go in as soon as it happened. I went in today, she had an attitude because I asked her to take the nails down and repair the broken ones, so she is filing with an attitude, saying she didn’t know I wanted all that and that she has two appointments waiting!!!??? I’m thinking how ironic… you guys don’t take appointments, you never let me make one and I have heard them tell several customers, we don’t take appointments! I literally do not have time to come in for broken nails, it was an inconvenience for me to have to come back, in less than a week for a $70 set of nails, after a long day of work. I was even willing to pay for my service, because I understand that all small businesses suffered the pandemic. There is NO WAY I would ever treat a customer so poorly! This establishment needs to wake up! My husband and I own 2 businesses in Kansas City. I could never imagine treating a person so small, when they understand and support my small businesses. A little advice, you never know who your serving!Needless to say, I got up and walk out and told her… I’d hate to inconvenience you.

An decent experience. It was a little hard to explain what wanted.. but I had pictures to show her so she did what she could! I love them and have gotten many compliments about nails🥰. I will go back! Also recieved a pedicure and it was amazing.

I’ve been going to Loft Nail Studio for over a year now. Tam and Amy ALWAYS provide great service, quality products, and good laughs! Loft Nail Studio staff work so hard and are always beyond professional! I will always recommend them if you’re looking for an amazing nail service experience!

I get my nails done every two weeks and I have nothing but good things to say about their work! They are really engaging and we have a fun time! My nails are always cute and great quality! I am always recommending them to everyone!

First time here was fabulous. There was no wait and it was the best fill Ive ever had done. I am so pleased with how they turned out and I will be returning.

I went in without an appointment, was helped within minutes. They multi-task amazingly. I got a dip on my hands, and gel on my feet, and was very impressed. Freehanded design on my hands was AMAZING, and hands down, best foot massage from a nail salon Ive ever been to. Little pricey, but worth it. Recommend and will be back. Plus the pedicure chairs were full body massagers so that was a nice surprise too!

The people were rude. There are was a long wait. They did not understand what I wanted done. All around not a good experience. I will not be using their services again. Too much money for that quality of service.

First of all if I could give Loft Nails o stars I would. The owner Amy is very unprofessional and very rude to me today when getting nails done. Two weeks ago I went for a fill and was rude also, but I thought I would give them another try since its close to my house, but nope will never go there again. They are not very welcoming and at one point, when I got up to go wash my hands, Amy and another employee was laughing and starring me up and down say something about me. They never smile or try to conversate with you. Amy was burning my nail and it hurt so I pulled away and that made her upset.There are to many other nail shops that will be glad to have my business.

Would give a zero if I could. Worst experience. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Must not treat employees well. Cant keep them. Wait until you show up to break appointments. Only their time is important. Wont be back.

They do really good work, but they charge for every single thing they do, cut down, shape, etc. So $30 fill will definitely be more than $30

I went in to get old remove old dipped nails and get a new set. The colors I got were not the ones in picture or close to it. The nails cut to long tried to get cut shorter seemed like she didn’t understand, then some nails longer than others, not shaped the same. When I cashed out gave them $20 asked for change for a tip ( which I didn’t feel like they were good but still gonna be nice) was given two $10 back so it was like u gonna tip at least $10 as if deserved. Going to get them taken off and redid some place else.

I went in to get fill and ended up paying $38 for a fill and cut down. When I went in the guy said that it would be a 20 mon wait it ended up being 45 min I had to use the restroom and when I came out he was helping another customer after I waited almost an hour. Then when he told me to sit and he was basically doing both of our nails at the same time. WAY too aggressive with the filing and when he was done the fill wasnt all the way to the cuticles. This was not a LOFT experience more like a studio apartment feel. I will not be returning. Just giving you ladies a heads up before you spend YOUR hard earned money.

I’ve been going her for 6 months so far and I’m pleased with my services every time ! Now my sisters and mom goes here to ! Every penny is worth it !

They did not do the length I wanted even though I asked the man 3 different times and his tone of voice was very judgmental towards me. This was my first time here and I’ll never be back again. My nail polish has lumps and little hairs in it. Would not recommend at all.

Ive been going there for well When they just open and look forward to my me time with the Loft Nail crew :) . Its always a good time and they make my toes and nails look amazing! I highly recommend Loft Nail Studio if youre looking for a place where you feel comfortable and relaxed and want to have a good laugh on top of leaving there with amazing looking nails and/or toes :)

Store was clean and employees were friendly but I won’t go back. Their prices and specials are very deceiving. The pedicure price list says $41 for classic gel and $10 off. That $41 is with the $10 off, which is not clearly marked on their price list. They also have a sign out front that says up to 15% off with $35 service, I spent $71 but was not offered to spin the wheel for the added discount. My friend who went with me spent the same and was offered to spin the discount wheel so it’s not something offered to every customer. Very poor advertisement of what is correct pricing. The polish is not very good either. There are parts of my nails not even covered and the shaping is not good either. Even my friend noticed after the fact that her’s was not done very well either. I was also told they do not combine services for the discount wheel for services $35 or over, my pedicure alone was $41 and I was still denied any additional discount.

First time going here, and I will be back. I got a full set, painted and they are perfect. She did exactly what I wanted. And I love the wheel you get to spin at the end for a discount. I ended up with 15% off!

I was looking for a new nail place and looked at reviews to make a decision. Im very pleased to report that the place exceeded my expectations. They were polite, efficient, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. I felt comfortable and well-taken care of. I will definitely be back.

That was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon. The people were amazing, and the atmosphere was perfect! I will definitely be back to treat myself soon. I highly recommend!! P.s. The discount wheel was an added bonus.

My daughter and I both got full sets done and are very happy with them! My daughter noticed how clean they were while we waited. I don’t mind waiting a bit, it just shows me they don’t rush through the process. We definitely will be back.

I liked that the prices were listed when you walk in. The design of the store is super cute. However they weren’t friendly to me or my daughter. I got a different shape for the first time ever and they aren’t even. Overall it was ok if you’re in a crunch but I won’t return.

I got a much needed pedicure the other day. This was my first time there. I definitely will be going back.

The nails stay on a long time and look great . They are great at art as well for your nails

I went her for a mani pedi. The service was underwhelming taking more than an hour and a half for my pedicure. One woman continual requested to come back because she was late for an appointment at 5.They continued to work insisting that they finish. She left at 5:15. One client came in the get a toe polish change and they stated that it would be $31! For a toe polish CHANGE! When the manicure was underwhelming as well, my hands were soaked in cold water. They ignored my stating that the water was cold they stuck a finger in the water and stated it was fine. Without confirmation she begin painting my nails, when I advised that it wasn’t the color I selected she asked if I wanted another coat. Ignoring the fact that it wasn’t the color I selected. When I cashed out my total costed me an additional $5 extra dollars to remove the toe nail polish I had prior. When I mentioned that I was not previously informed of this policy I was told “you get what you paid for.” Today I didn’t get much for my $74. I forgot to tip because I was berated because they were upset that I even mentioned that the policy was unfair and unmentioned. I will not be back. I don’t recommend.

This place is TRASH. I went and just got a basic gel set. And after I came home and showered they PEELED OFF. And she filled my nails so much they are so BRITTLE.
