Friendly service and amazing job with my nails! For the first time going to them definitely will go back. And five minutes from my new house to! 😊

I’ve been a customer for well over a year at this nail salon. I arrived at 7:15 PM to have my nails done. A simple fill. I was finishing up my phone call, and noticed a gentleman turning off the open sign. It was 7:19 PM when I got out of the car and walked in, confused as it was 41 minutes before they closed. I asked if they were still open, and he asked if I wanted a pedicure. because he was done for the day, and suggested that I return tomorrow. I told him I was going out of town for work early in the morning and could not come back, but he was unwilling to take my business during HIS ‘open for business’ hours. It is not a good look for a business. They also give $10 gift cards when you pay for your visit with cash, and I had a gift card that I had earned through numerous cash purchases. What a shame.Sadly, they have lost two customers in my household. I will be bringing my business to Nice Nails, the salon located in shopping center connected to Kroger.

I love that I was able to go in and ask if they can do this and instead of saying no they said yes. I will be going back for sure. I recommend them to all my people.

Waited 2 hours to get a single nail fixed. They let 7 people who came in after me go before me. Great nails, horrible service. If you don’t want to waste half your day, go somewhere else!

The lady literally made me bleed when I was getting a pedicure, there so rough and they put my nail on crooked and I told them to fix it and the lady refused. If you want your money’s worth go somewhere else.

They accept walk ins, but expect to wait 45min- 1 hr. I felt like they did an average job, edges were a little sloppy

Not really very nice when I went in to have overlay removed. They were really nice as long as I was have them done but did an awful job of removing them ... acted disgusted that they couldnt REDO them!

Scheduled an appointment, which did not matter. If thats the case let customers know you do not accept appointments & is first come first serve. I left after waiting a half an hour. The lady was rude rolled her eyes and told me it dont matter because they will be busy tomorrow too. My mom had to stay bc she had to use her gift certificate. She loved the man who did her pedi but the woman who did her mani did not touch her cuticles, only filed cut and rushed the paint job.

I decided to try to give this place another try, set an appointment, waited in lobby 40 min with an APPOINTMENT watching all walk ins go before me. Therefore traveling across town to give them a chance was NOT worth it and I heard from others in the lobby that it’s a common thing.

I came in with some crusty,nasty feet after trying the peeling foot mask and standing on my feet for 12 hour shifts at work. They didnt even bat an eyelash. The tech continuously checked in to be certain i wasnt in pain. I am very impressed with the amount of professionalism displayed. I came in embarrassed, and left confident.

Place looked like it was under construction. My daughter got her nails done and I could’ve done a better job at home. Not worth the $15. Her thumb nail smudged and they didn’t fix it. The pedicure bowl my feet were in had plaster holding it together and did not look very clean. The chairs were dusty and dirty and looked like people had stepped on them. I was afraid to tell him to remove my ingrown bc if it became an open wound I would have an infection for sure. So my toe still hurts and they didn’t scrub the dead skin off my heal or anywhere else I had callouses. Interior does not look like the picture.

I came in with my daughter on the 10th for her birthday. We each got a full set with french manicure with design. The services was great and the women were very friendly. They were very busy but were getting people in and out pretty fast. My only complaint is that when I called to see if they except credit card they said yes but failed to mention that there was a $6 fee for using credit. The women said my total was $106 for both of our nails I assumed that was with the fee included. Whether it was with or without I thought the actual price of service was ok. When she ran my credit card it was for $127 which was not $106 or $112 ( with fee). I was not happy about that part and no explaination for the amount difference. Even if taxes was added and the fee was added on to the $106 it still didnt add up to the $127. Your better off bringing cash to avoid the fee and appears they have incentive for using cash. But overall the service and experience was great! I recommend having aprice menu somewhere . We do not use social media sites so if they were listed there we were unable to view them.

My nails are all different shapes theyre too short. I had a broken nail and she was going to leave it broke and just put the power over it till i made her fix it. Was horrible experience

Went in today for a fill in and to say the least I’m highly dissatisfied with the service I got. Normally I get great service and my nails turn out exactly how I like. Today was a little different... I got my fill in with a pink sparkly polish and after the tech was finished with everything I didn’t think the nails looked good. Some were thicker than others, some nails were uneven, and the polish wasn’t coated enough times because you could still see my nails under it. Well, I got to the counter and said I was satisfied with my nails and I didn’t like them at all. So the tech offered a new color maybe, so I decided black because I was frustrated and didn’t care what color they were at this point. After the second time my nails STILL don’t look good, some nails still a little uneven and my thumb nail shape on one of my hands is completely messed up. There wasn’t anything else to be done to fix them so I just said okay.... get to the counter again and they want to charge me $40 for a FILL IN (keep in mind a full SET is $45) that was MESSED UP once and still looked bad the second time. I tried fighting it, but they didn’t care. I was there for almost 2 hours today, and ended up highly dissatisfied. Moral of the story I’m not going back here and you shouldn’t either. Wasted $40 and about 2 hours of my day.

Went in for a Gel manicure. Had grown my nails out specifically for it. I have had this same tech several times before bad keep giving her chances but does not listen when I temp her what I want. Tech didn’t even ask the shape or length I wanted. Just started.Gives me box (I like mine rounded) so when I told her I wanted them rounded she had to file even more off.I had to ask her to go all the way to the skin as it looked like a week of grow out already. Which she begrudgingly did.Then kept filing away after the last coat. She was filing skin at one point she made them so short.I have literal nubs. Very dissatisfied for a $37 manicure with a $10 tip.

I got in pretty quickly on a Saturday morning which was great and the workers seemed nice. But I got the SNS dip and about 5 days later i already had two nails chipped. They don’t put it on thick enough for it to last very long.

I went there for first time ever today. Took my 2 daughters and I was expecting a full set like any of place I been. I didn’t get no nails on I got my own nails painted and wasn’t what I thought I was going in for. My girls toe was messed up and for 116$ plus 20$ tip was not impressed!

This place is horrible! I brought my mom, 3 nieces and daughter plus myself. Spent total of over $279 with tips. I got the SNS dip powder and not even a week later 2 nails popped off like Lee Press Ons. Just popped off. I have the appointment for 3 and she’s running 30 minutes behind, never apologizes and is completely rude! Horrible service and then the professionalism needs SO much work. Sad

I loved getting my feet and hands done here. Im very upset that my nails started chipping the day I got them. It has been only 1 week since I got them and all of my nail polish is almost chipped off. Also the nail polish was not put on evenly.

I had Mary, she did SNS with tips. 45 dollars. Absolutely wonderful & only took about a half hour. I was a little worried because some of the reviews, but don’t let them scare you! Best experience I ever had!

My nails still look fresh after three weeks! The French manicure came out beautifully. The staff was super friendly and nice. Will be back when I can!

First visit there, I had the only guy working there. Not sure of his name. I went in for a polish change shellac on my hands. He started to use the drill on my natural nail to remove my previous shellac, which will destroy and break down your natural nail bed. I informed not to use that, to please only file the shiny part of the polish off and then let the rest soak off, which is the correct way to remove shellac. Then even with the file alone, he was filling the polish so much and so hard, it got to my actual nail. I know this isnt the only nail place to use this technique and its terrible. They do this to rush the experience and get more clients in their chair. This will ruin your nail, just so you know. I went to a place in the past that did this and it made my nails so thin, not only could you see thru them, but they hurt. Then he had buffed my nails, etc, before painting them and there was dirt and nail filings everywhere and he didnt even wipe the dirt away. Just polished right over it. I am a person of second chances, so I wanted to give them another try. I went back in and requested the same treatment, but to my toes this time. They took the person who walked in after me before me. I assume maybe no one wanted to wait on me because I had to bring my son, who is almost 3. He wasnt being a pain and was watching a movie on my phone, so completely distracted. The girl comes back and sits me down and then says its not her turn so I need to wait on the other girl to finish with her client. I was so baffled, I left. Im very disappointed, especially with all these high ratings on here.

This is just the typical nail salon thats you find everywhere. Honestly not the friendliest group of employees. There is one of the older gentleman that works there that seems really nice, I havent had him yet. The youngest of them did my nails and I did not like them at all, she filled them crooked. I havent had everyone there yet so I cant say how they all are.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Literally the best nail place ever! So professional, clean and friendly. They do a fantastic job every time. Never will I go anywhere else.

Went here today knowing it was New Year’s Eve it was going to be busy. I didn’t have to wait that long, and the staff here was super friendly! Very clean. I got offered a service I have never done before & my nails turned out amazing! I was also offered a parrafin wax and was not charged extra like other salons out there would. I highly recommend this place!

Best nail salon experience ever!! Me and my sister went in yesterday evening right during a rush and had no wait time being walk ins. The lady who did our nails was extremely kind and did not take any short cuts on our now beautiful nails. She took her time and was dedicated to doing a good job and even stayed an hour after close to make sure it was done right. Needless to say I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff, even the younger members, and quality of their service. This will surely be my goto nail salon from now on.

Have given this salon 2 chances. Very poor SNS service compared to VIP nail at Florence Mall. I also had to wait over 40 minutes every time to get serviced, and the staff dont make you feel welcomed. Will not come back and Do not recomend.

I walked in on a Saturday at the busiest time of day and was getting my nails done within ten minutes. Price is affordable too! They did a great job.

I love Expert Nails. They are very friendly and very good. They are also reasonably priced. I use to go another place and I would have a break Everytime before I would go back. I have not had one break since going there. Love it.

Great service!! My daughter and I both got shellac nail polish and they did wax hand dip that made our hands so smooth with service! Chris was very nice and entertaining! :) we found our new favorite place!💅

Love the atmosphere and the people who work there. Highly recommend SNS and their SPA Pedicure. Such nice people! As a public service announcement, Sundays are busy so please be patient with them.

Love supporting local nail joints however this one is not the one. i got a full set of acrylics and she put them on so uneven like thicker at the end of my nail and thin at the bed of my nail? it looks botched! they break off so easily and the paint doesn’t even last long even if you get the long drying ones. i think this would be the place if you are getting a simple manicure or pedicure but i’d go elsewhere for acrylics of any type.

They did a wonderful job, gentle and kind people. I will not be going anywhere else for my nails.

Walked in while they weren’t busy and wrote my name down on the list. No one came to greet me so I walked over to find a color. As I’m doing so another woman walks in and writes her name down, they greet her, look at the list and take her immediately then acknowledge me and tell me that I’ll have to wait for the lady that came AFTER me to be done. Since I have to go to work and they couldn’t give me a time frame I left. Completely unprofessional. Guess my money is better off spent elsewhere. Was hoping to have found my new nail salon close to home but guess that ship has sailed. Will definitely be warning others as this isn’t the first time this has happened here.

I Waited over an hour to get started on my nails, this visit lasted over 2 hours today. Only 2 people worked at the nail salon today. I just also want to say they re-used the acetone in the bowls, this was very gross and not perceptional at all. I have gone here multiple times but this was the worst experience I’ve had there. Lots of upset customers today.

Incredibly unprofessional. I received unkind comments on the state of my nails, they had their 6 year old daughter do the polish, and a basic pedicure cost $30. I left way more stressed then how I entered. I will not be back.

My favorite nail salon! Ive never had a bad experience here. Paraffin wax treatment for hands after they do ur nails. It feels great.

Gel nails have lasted almost 2 weeks now! They seemed a little quick like they were in a hurry to get mw.out, but the nails have lasted longer than I expected.

Wow, won’t be back! Dont know how to provide service without the electric drill. When notified that an electric drill is not to be used on the natural nail was told not to return as they did know to work without using an electric drill. They are not an expert at nail care.

My granddaughters nails looked nice but mine were all lumpy and bumpy. And they fell off after 3 days.

Figured i would try this place with a friend since it is new and was open on sunday, wait didnt take too long but they were out of the color i wanted, the woman also told us that the gel acrylic full sets are around 30-40 dollars, once mine were done i had to point out two that were not even and very noticable, they were starting to get busy so the guy that did mine rushed! my right index finger hardened into a lump at the end that i didnt notice until i got home. also i was charged 50 dollars with no receipt. they are horrible and just want your money, ill continue to go to nice nails bc i have never had a problem from them.
