Not the best. They want a copy of your drivers license even if you are just getting a hearing evaluation. I told them I didnt want that in the system in case they got hacked my identity would be stolen. They didnt seem to care.Dentist office and eye doctors dont ask for that.

Finding a set of hearing aids that work for me as an organist and musician has been a long search with little success. Ben Western had me try a new pair of Widex hearing aids and they are beyond my expectation. (Ive tried several different brands and different audiologists.) Ben is very knowledgeable and knows exactly how to fit and make custom adjustments to work for me. I cant say enough good things about my experience with Ben and Lisa.
