I love the hearing aid. I wish that the person helping me could have helped me with what to ask, because now I am gone and I need help. I have had plenty of free visits and, my fault, they have been used upI need to know how the hearing aid works with my phone. I love the hearing aids.

The staff have been great about handling any concerns I’ve had and making sure everything works like it’s supposed to

I started going there for a free exam and ended buying a pair of hearing aids for what it would cost me with my insurance except the one year maintenance was excluded which saved me a lot of money. The people there are very good and quite pleasant. I was just there for an update to the system and so far they are working better. I have had these since October and I am pleased with the equipment and the people.

The staff was very friendly and helpful in getting my new hearing aids. Nathan did an excellent job of working with me and explaining and answer any and all of my Questions and concerns.I gave them a 5 star review as I have been very satisfied with their professionalism and follow up. I would recommend them to anyone needing to get help with hearing aids.I’m confident that my follow up adjustments and learning appointments will go as well as my first two visits.

We were a little late but not a problem because HC running late, too! Appreciate the flexibility and understanding. Good checkup. Doing fine w/the hearing aids. I am still having a little problem with a wooshing noise in my left ear. Could this be due to my tinnitus?

My mother in law brought her mother from Massachusetts in to get her hearing aide fixed and they had an amazing experience. The staff was so friendly and nice. They got my grandmother in law right in and fixed her hearing aide for her. They both are raving about the fantastic service they received and about the wonderful staff. They were so impressed that there was no issue with her being from out of town and with the staff being so nice and kind. The doctor also told them something about her ears she had never been told that was very interesting. They both highly recommend this office. The Hearing Connection is wonderful . Todd who does the hearing tests is fantastic and very professional. Veronica the receptionist is absolutely wonderful and helps so much with all the paperwork. I came in with a friend who was having a test done. Was so impressed with the office staff. Shannon welcomed us from the very beginning and made us feel at home with the delicious fresh cookies. Hearing Connections has been wonderful to my father in law. They keep his hearing aids in top shape. They always listen to him and help him use his hearing aids to their greatest potential. They even keep us up to date on new things. We have loved our experience there!

Ive been to several Hearing Aid Specialist in the last 6 years and come out frustrated. Visited Matt in Idaho Falls, ID and was really glad I came to him. He took the time to listen to my problems, did a quick hearing test and made adjustments to my hearing aids that improved them 100%. Also made an ear mold for my left ear less in less than a week that another specialist said couldnt be done. Makes a world of difference. If you need help go see Matt and be ready for a great experience. And he has the sweetest receptionist that greets with a smile.

I do not write reviews but there was a cute postcard with a dog that looked like my Shelby at the counter asking to review them and I took it with me. I think this office staff are top notch people. I had to cancel an appointment in May because I had surgery and that was no problem but I was shocked when I got a call a few days later from the woman there asking how I was doing! I will definitely be back to see Matthew.

We love the staff at Hearing Connection. They really know their stuff, and are so good at explaining everything. They are very good at keeping us updated and current on our appointments. These are really important things at our age.

Very friendly, they were good to inform us on everything that they were doing. He explained everything thoroughly with us. and one of the things that I liked most was he was not pushy in selling us the hearing aids. I felt very comfortable there.

Very friendly and professional. The staff listened and addressed all of our questions and seemed to genuinely care about us. We were examined by Matt Black and he gave us our options to help with ringing in our ears, which we both have recently been experiencing, and he did not try to push us to buy hearing aids that were not yet needed. We will be back for our annual check up next year and I highly recommend Matthew Black at the Hearing Connection to anyone with hearing concerns.

5 stars is not enough. I called from Salmon to see if they ever come here as my mother in law needed her hearing aid repaired. Turns out they dont come to Salmon but do repair hearing aids. If they could do it in house they would be able to have it repaired and back to us within a week. If they woukd have to send it out it would take a bit longer. Well they were able to repair it and it was back to us in 3 business days. My mother in law only has hearing in one ear and needs her hearing aid to be able to hear. We are so happy with this company. Once winter is over and we can take her out of town we will be going to Idaho Falls for Hearing Connection to do a complete evaluation on her. We cant recommend this company highly enough. Thank you Hearing Connection!

Its not that everyone wants to go to a Hearing Aid specialist, but when you have a hearing loss and would love to be able to hear what you used to, this is the place to go. Such compassionate people and the service is remarkable. No matter what the issue they will do their best to make things right with you and your hearing aids. I got the Audible aids that are compatible with my iPhone and I love them. I used to miss a lot of phone calls because I couldnt hear my phone ring but with these, my hearing aids pick up the ring and I can hear it from other rooms, outside, even next door. Matthew explains everything about the hearing aids that they sell and does it so thoroughly that there are no questions unanswered by the time you leave the office. I had purchased my hearing aids sometime back and have been so unhappy with them until I went into Hearing Connection and encountered Matt and Suzy. Matt took the time to answer all of my doubts with them and most importantly he fixed them. I can now be with a group of people and hear whom I am listening to by controlling various degrees of hearing with buttons on my aids. I cant thank Matt enough for his patience and understanding with my frustrations prior to coming in to his business. I had a hearing test a few days before I went into the hearing connection center, they were telling me I had auditory hearing loss, the hearing connection center got a second evaluation, find out I have better hearing than most so I dont need hearing aids. Thank you for the second consultation, it was a free evaluation, and Im not putting out $3,000 for nothing. I appreciate it.

My mother got some used hearing aides after a car accident and hers were not found in the wreckage. She just started to use them. She never had them checked or calibrated to her needs.I came in from out of town to take her home with me for a short visit. I could tell she needed some assistance. My Sister and I took our mother in to the Hearing Connection were she was greeted very kindly and professionally. Almost immediately upon reporting who we were and why we were there. Matthew Black came out introduced himself spoke with Mom briefly about her reasons for coming and then not only invited her back to have the hearing test proceedure, but invited my sister and myself to accompany them. My Sister chose to go in with our mother. Upon returning both my mother and my sister were extactic about the love, care and assistance given during the hearing proceedure test. She was readily given another appointment to come back as a follow up in 4 months. But was told if she needed anything in between not to hesitate in calling him.
