They always do a great job and Ive worked with them for over 12 years and Im very happy with them.

I was referred here by another doctor for a hearing evaluation due to ringing in one ear thats been going on about a month. The staff was very friendly, I didnt wait very long before being called back. The Audiologist was very nice and explained everything, so I knew exactly what was being done and why! It was a very pleasant experience and out the door pretty fast. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a hearing evaluation!

Always quick and friendly service. Jim Lamb is so helpful. I have complicated hearing issues due to multiple surgeries. He addresses my concerns and has helped me get the hearing aids best for me.

Dr.Lamb was very good and also very nice. He got my hearing aid fixed and back to me in a very timely manner. He got them adjusted properly for me in very little time. I am very satisfied!

I had a good experience working with Dr. Jim Lamb, Audiologist. He spent the time I needed fiting and explaining the hearing aids to me. Im hearing sounds I havent heard in a long, long time. Today is my 2nd day with the hearing aids and Im getting more and more used to hearing again. I didnt realize how deaf I was. These hearing aids are a great blessing to me. I can watch TV again and probably be able to hear in Church when were allowed to go again. I expect that my family and friends will start calling me again.

Was very friendly and professional, he eased all my worries and explained everything that he was doing and never talked down to me. I was nervous about going in and getting my hearing checked because Id been hearing sounds. He assured me that it was ok and told me the results of my testing. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

Dr Allred made the experience of deciding on hearing aids easy. Should have done it sooner! If you think you are experiencing hearing loss, get diagnosed early. They also are there for you with great service if you have any issues.

I had my hearing tested which was fine, then was quoted > $1500 dollars an ear for hearing aids. I asked about financing and called True Hearing as they recommended. After lengthy sales pitch I was guaranteed, with my insurance, that I would be able to get the recommended aids for a total of < $1600 for both ears.Made another appointment which was at 5:00 PM and the “dr”, said I qualified for the aids after checking online with True Hearing. He also told me there was no way the aids could be that cheap. He wanted to call my insurance which closes at 4:00PM to verify insurance. Then I got the run-around from him saying that I could qualify for the price from True Hearing if my insurance covered me under a “premium or advanced” plan which we both knew they didn’t.I was very upset and was told they’d check my insurance and call me 1st thing the next day.I wasn’t contacted a all.That’s it for this place.

All my life Ive been telling people about my hearing loss and how I dont have selective hearing how the sounds around me kill the voices its been so hard but I cant remember the doctors name he did my hearing test told my hearing was about the same but I need an implants not hearing aids.. he is a doc not of the year but of the decade

LOVE this place. Receptionist are so friendly and have always been so eager to help when I call with questions. Doctors are so kind and always willing to explain everything to me and make sure I understand before I leave. I live out of town, but have family in Idaho Falls and I have never been disappointed when I come to Regional Hearing & Balance.

Really bad receptionist skills I have called a couple times regarding my employers work and the lady I have talked to not saying names was very rude i just get asked to follow up some things with her and she is never patient always in a hurry and uses a tone with me and then implies she has no time and hangs up on me without letting me comment, by the way it was only 3. There surely was some time to tell me sorry but could I call you some time tomorrow when I have time, Thank you. So much better then saying I have to leave bye (hangs up).This is my job i follow up no matter how annoying it could get to call a couple times before I could reach you and get what my coworkers need. Have patients and be nice it s not to hard to achieve. This makes me not want to call again and speak to her.

VA sent me to Regional Hearing and Zack do a outstand job on my hearing test and re-setting my hearing aids. I have had hearing aids for 6 years and they have never worked so good. I am hearing things I have never heard before, and my wife likes his service too. She says I can hear her now. Guess I cant use that excuse any more!
