We saw Savanna for my eight year old daughter. Weve been visiting ENTs and audiologists for my daughter for over three years now in different cities and Savanna is the only one Ive ever wanted to leave a review for. She was friendly and set my daughter at her ease. She was very communicative and explained things clearly without once talking down to us. We loved our experience with her.

My father is a Spanish speaker and he said that Dr. Parsons was very thorough and took his time with checking his hearing. He said he has never received such quality attention and had so many tests ran to make sure he was diagnosed correctly. My two year old recently had a hearing test with Dr. Collins and she did a great job working with him. Two year olds can be wary of strange situations, which he was, but she helped him be as comfortable as possible, which made the process a lot easier. My name is Jerry and I have been going to Better Hearing and Audiology (Dr. Parsons) since 2017. I was very pleased with the service and the efforts Dr. Parsons went to insure that all had been done to adjust my hearing aids to my employers phone equipment so that I could continue to work. Unfortunately my hearing loss caused me to decide to retire.I am a Vietnam veteran and in 2018 when I began getting help from the VA they also let me know that I was eligible for hearing aids. These aids would be upgrades from what I had and I was allowed to choose Better Hearing as my service provider. I have been going to Dr. Savannah Collins. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to seeing her if I have any difficulties with these hearing aids. She also seems to be familiar with the VA requirements and handled mailing back my left aid for repair. I have needed hearing aids for awhile but whenever I would go get my hearing checked the only thing that was done was spending a few minutes in the sound booth and then being told I needed to spend $7000.00 on hearing aids! It just seemed like there should be more to it than that! I took my 10 year old in for her first ever hearing check. She was nervous. From the first moment we stepped through the door we felt welcomed. My daughters anxiety began to decrease. The front desk staff were so kind. We were only there for a short time when Dr. Savanah came out to take us to the back. The Dr. her self! We thought that was cool. She is young and lovely. Super kind and knowledgeable. She had my daughter sit in front of a large screen so we could see everything she was seeing. It was great to be included in the process of testing. Dr. Savanah was positive, happy and upbeat. I just can not say enough good about her. She is young and up on all the science. She put both my daughter and I at ease. Such an excellent bedside manner. She found some problems and we are going back for further testing. It was such a pleasure visiting this office that we have absolutely no concerns about going back. I was hesitant to get hearing aids because of the price. When I started reading about hearing loss being associated with Alzheimer’s, I became more interested. Better Hearing and Audiology was recommended by a neighbor that told me how well her hearing aids improved her hearing. The neighbor was also impressed with the service and price of their hearing aids. On the initial visit I learned you can demo hearing aids to see how they work for you. While demoing the hearing aids some adjustments were made that really improved my hearing. Being impressed with how well they worked I purchased a pair of hearing aids. After having them for a year I am really satisfied and glad I made the decision to purchase them. The service during the demo and follow up visits have been amazing. They are always friendly and provide a quality service and product. When I dont wear my hearing aids, it feels like I have ear plugs in my ears.

Savannah Collins is absolutely wonderful! She handled my hearing test and explained what options I had once I explained what I was looking for in my first set of hearing aids. Today I visited Better Hearing with my husband as he had his hearing checked. We met with Savannah Collins who was very cheerful and kind as she explained all about hearing loss and administered the hearing tests. I got my hearing instruments several months ago. They are really top notch. I like that they are rechargeable. I like that I dont have to mess with replacing batteries. Better Hearing is the third audiologist group Ive used in this area and they were by far the best yet. My testing was thorough and up-to date. The staff - I worked with three different professionals including Dr. Parsons - is very competent and friendly; they all are obviously highly trained for their respective tasks. Office staff is also great to work with. Im very pleased with the fitting (in ear) and performance of my hearing aids and have had no issues. I highly recommend this business.

I had an appointment with Savannah S. Collins at Better Hearing and Audiology on August 12, 2019 for a hearing test and programming of my hearing aids. She did an awesome Job. She explained the tests she was going to perform, why she was doing them, and how they would relate to my hearing. The equipment used is the latest technology. The test showed my hearing loss is moderate to severe. After programming my hearing aids she tested them to be sure they were performing as they should. I will use Better Hearing and Audiology for all my future hearing issues and would recommend them to anyone with hearing issues. Thank you Savannah for returning me to the world of hearing. Im probably younger than many clients of Dr. Parsons but he treated my concerns (tinnitus) seriously and professionally. He performed a comprehensive series of tests to completely evaluate my hearing and then explained the results completely, as well as my treatment options. I was very comfortable talking with him and his staff; they are all professional, friendly, and pleasant. He didnt push me towards a decision and let me decide for myself. After my visit I felt that I understood my current hearing situation, why it was the way it was, and what I could do to protect it and prevent worsening. I wish I got this kind of attention every time I visited a physician!

My 6 year old recently got an eraser stuck in his ear and Dr. Parsons who was referred to us by a friend stayed late for us on a Friday night to try and help us remove the eraser. Dr. Parsons was amazing! He was very calm and patient with my son. He was able to remove the eraser and then took the time to double check to make sure there was no damage. To makes this experience even better, he called on Monday to check on my son to see how he was doing. Truly impressive!

I had the best experience visiting with Dr Parsons. He gave me peace of mind know that my tinnitus wasnt caused by any damage to my ears. He took the time to do a thorough exam. I know that he has continued his education. He had recently returned from a specialized training and was able to use state of the art equipment to help me loose the ringing that was keeping me up at night and effecting my ability to work comfortably during the day.Recently he helped my brother find a solution to his hearing loss.
