My first visit here was made so easy and pleasant and reassuring! I just lost my husband to Covid in March and having to do first time car maintenance and stuff has been a bit unnerving for me. Henry took me under his wing and took great care in handling my oil change and engine light resetting. I would like to add that “he is a hoot” and makes it a happy experience! Thanks so much and I will return for all my car stuff and it’s very reasonably priced!!

Oil change 40 plus but if you use motorcraft oil there is a 12.00 bottle oil charge, and no I dont know why . Might want to ask if using a different oil

They took good care of my car. I had the headlights refurbished. They looked like new. They accept online coupon.

Went in for a quick oil change - they were quick -checked all they systems vacuumed the car -saw I needed anew air filter-yet gave me the choice- no pressure and in no time at all I was out the door.

They did what walmart was un able to do. These guys are awesome!

These gentlemen seem very knowledgeable. Definitely will use again. Prices are within reason. I choose to run full synthetic in my truck which calls for six quarts of oil. Their full synthetic oil change was 67.99 (I think) which includes five quarts and oil filter the extra quart was approximately 8.50. There was a short wait, but that should say something for the shop. Id be more concerned if I was in and out. The oil change did come with a free carwash which I thought was awesome. In the end my family will use this shop again.

This place really is awesome!!! I recently moved to the area, and after reading all the great reviews decided to take my Camaro there for an oil change. The whole staff was fast & friendly. Henry greeted me, and was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back for all of its maintenance needs! Excellent customer service and quick turnaround time on oil changes and visit durations. Henry is very knowledgeable and always has a smile on his face. If getting an oil change in west plains, this is the place to go. Their hours are awesome; you can go in as early as 7 am. The guys here will even come pick up your vehicle, take it for repair and return it to you during your work hours! I won’t go anywhere else for any needs!!

Was passing through going North and needed oil change. Quick service. Asked them if they could look at one of my wheel wells and possibly replace plastic screw after I had swerved into a ditch to avoid a deer and damaged the plastic, apart from my oil change. They replaced the plastic screws needed and didn’t charge anything extra. That doesn’t happen where I’m from in “the big city”. Also vacuumed out my car. Not sure if that was part of the service even. I would certainly go back.I just posted this review one month later because the service really was impressive. It was also on a Friday one hour before they closed.Five stars.

Expensive, slowest quick lube place I have ever been to. While waiting in the office and customers going in and out, everyone had add ons to the oil change. Of the people I saw they all got new wiper blades, and other services. A 41 dollar oil change went from 79 dollars to 175 dollars. For 41 dollars I could change my own oil more than twice.But I know when my wiper blades are going bad. I left before they got to my vehicle. The guy that talked to me gave me a funny look when I said I only wanted an oil change. Then he asked if I had ever been there before.

I ran in without an appointment to get an oil change before my kiddos dentist appointment. With two kids this can be a serious pain. They had us in and out in less than 15 minutes. That included a couple air filters replaced. We will be back!

They did not pressure me (female). They did beyond in cleaning my car. They offered all the services I needed and were very quick and friendly. Only downside were their chairs. Very clean and cool waiting room.

They are good at what they do, quick & efficient. You get your moneys worth. Wi-Fi is not available at this location. Pull right up to an open service bay and an attendant will log you in & youll be out of there in hardly no time at all. They also offer a drive-thru car wash which I havent used.

Kinda exspensive but worth I guess .

First: A week after I had my oil change my oil light came on, so I checked my oil and it was dirty like they hadnt even touched it.Second: They take advantage of customers by charging you for little things they fixed while doing your oil change, even though you specify you ONLY want an oil change. A regular $35 turned on $75 by the time I got out of there.

Ive had my oil changed here before, but today my car was driving oddly. It ended up being just a tire pressure issue, but they were great about helping me.
