I will NEVER come back here. Worst mani/ pedi I’ve ever received. The owners are BEYOND unprofessional and rude. When I asked for a color change, I was yelled at in front of the entire salon and told to never return. Photos below speak for themselves. Paid $90 for this botch job & they refused to refund me. Been going here for years and never had an issue. Absolute shame they wouldn’t want to keep regulars happy.

Jenny, the owner is just plain rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend her salon to anyone. There are plenty of other local salons to go to. If you do go-Tee, Cece and Tiffany are great.

My go to mainly for pedicures, though manicures are always top notch! Very friendly, clean and tidy. The atmosphere is so relaxing and I am always happy when I leave - 5stars all around !

California Nails and Spa does a great job with manicures and pedicures. A little expensive but they are worth it.

This salon is so over priced and my daughter gets same thing each time but its always a different price. Today $97 for a pink on pink sprayed french and eye brow wax... I pay about $5 less for eyebrows and $15-20 less for her nails in other salons. Plus her nails break and chip in a few days. Im a busy working mom and the location was the only appeal but $97 today and then when i said thats crazy she pretended $87 as though that was a deal!!!! Telling me check around... i think she needs too, as I have gel manicure with tips. Coffin shape long and marble ring ring finger, $47 ... near Shaws in Northbridge ... and they are friendly!! Poor quality, ridiculous prices .out of touch ownerAVOID!

Requested long pointed black nails with a spiderweb design for an event. They are so unprofessional here. Gave me short, square nails so unbelievably thick and bad. The designs on both hands smudged when they put on the top coat. Said it was my fault, and made me pay the full $60. Will never return here.

My favorite place. I go every 2-3 weeks & the people there are amazing! Very social & actually care what you want!

Very poorly run business. Owners Cece and Jenny are unbelievably rude to their customers, as well as the other staff. They keep all tips for themselves. No customer service, no refunds. I was a regular here for months, until my last visit. My nails turned out bad and I was told it was my fault. Jenny yelled at me in front of the other customers. I left in tears. I paid $85 for a bad acrylic set. Dont waste your time and money here.

I wanted a rounded square shaped nail but the lady doing my nails said really and did a pointed nail instead!! Than I asked for the color light pink but than the lady said really and did a dark pink. I complained to the manager and she said it’s your fault for having bad taste in shape and color!! Not recommended. And I still had to pay full price for it ($75)

I will NEVER come to this nail spa again. I went on Monday May 13th to get a full set. The nails looked awesome and I gave a very generous tip. Then Thursday, 4 days later, a nail pops off. I didn’t even feel it pop off so it obviously wasn’t glued very well. I called that night to ask if I could come in the next day to get it fixed and was told noon was a good time to come in. I come in at 12:06 so yes a few minutes late. But I get in there and got nothing but attitude about wanting my nail fixed and my friend got attitude from the owner as well. We ended up going across the street to get my nail fixed. Now today Tuesday May 21st, 8 days after getting them done, yet another nail pops off (not the one that I got fixed). Quality was awful for these nails. And combine that with paying 60$ + 11$ tip. Definitely not a happy customer.

Best nail salon around by far. Prices are reasonable and the quality is outstanding. They take their time and do everything right. Very pleased.

The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. As most nail places, it can be a little inconsistent but Ive never had a bad experience.

Terrible service and experience. Mean workers, and they do not clean anything. I immediately got an infection this place is so dirty.

This place is always wonderful. Always professional and friendly. We love taking our 6 granddaughters there to have their nails done!

Great services at great prices. Made my appointment online at their website (for a pedicure), went in, went out, easy peasy. Highly recommend and will do business with again.

Will not be coming back, not refurring people here. Got a full set of acrylics the other day, they are little divots in the acrylic all over my nails, the way she polished my nails wasnjuay awful... looked like they already had regrowth. And my nails are already starting to lift. Not worth the $35 at all! I honestly don’t think they should even get a star.
