Washed 3/31/21 second to last truck for the day, still had a full crew. Paid for truck and trailer wash with citrus shine on trailer. Upon inspection in the bay I found that they didnt wash the frame of my flat bed. One employee told me all they wash on flatbeds is the rub rail unless I pay more for undercarriage. Then I was told by the Foreman that the kid that washed it was new and still learning to which I said fine so I get a reduced teaching rate... when the Foreman re- washed it magically came clean.After leaving the wash bay and pulling over to the flying j to park, and let it dry I found they did not wash the frame of the truck at all. The edges of my front fenders on the hood were still dirty, the top and sides of the front bumper was untouched, the fender guides were untouched. All of these things even the blue beacon washes.. including the frame rails. They do this as part of the regular wash, not as an extra charge. In fact in 33 years of driving Ive NEVER been to a truck wash that charges extra to wash the outside of the frame on the truck or trailer... I paid the same price as a Beacon, I would at least expect the same level (average) of a wash as a Beacon..If you own your truck, and its your money paying for a wash I would STRONGLY suggest you spend your money some place else, if your a company driver that takes pride in your ride, likewise find a different truck wash. I for one will NEVER spend another dime at this truck wetting location. Cant call it a truck wash if they dont wash the truck...

They are very thorough, polite and helpful. Sometimes the wait is a little while, but well worth the wait. We prefer them over the big brands. Its cheaper for 10 times the quality!

Did a fine job. Some people shouldnt be so picky when it comes to price. Its much more money other places. Friendly staff and got done quickly considering how dirty it was before.

Well, just pulled up to the door and found out that they do not do engine washes. Guess Im just going to have to wait until I get to a Blue Beacon.

I’ve tried to give this place a chance. I’ve told myself to give it a 2nd chance, 3rd, 4th, 5th chance….but never again. I can’t decide what the best part of getting your truck washed here…is it having to point out all the missed spots after they are “done” or is it getting home and finding even more missed spots, or maybe it’s the water spots all over your windows and mirrors…I tell them every time I go in “I’ll pay double what you charge if you’ll just do a good job” and never have I had even a decent wash here. I’m now sitting in my truck trying to figure out how to wash one of my stacks by myself that has streaks and bugs still on it after I just spent an hour cleaning the truck from all the missed spots. Never ever again will my truck or any of my families trucks pull into this sorry excuse for a truck wash.

Took from noon to about 1630 waiting in line to get washed.. finally got a mediocre shine like I ordered and it was really only 45 Bucks?! Which, Im thinking is pretty damn good

I live in Pocatello and I called ahead to know the time which they closed and I drove to Idaho falls and upon arrival they said they could not wash my dodge dually truck due to their closing time which was a hour away and three trucks ahead of me. Just wish when I called they gave me that information. Wasted two hours on one of my only days off. Might not be using this location after this experience. Have used them in past didnt mind the wait. But to drive and not get a wash very disappointed .

Whether or not a truck is dirty, the person that moves the trucks up in line needs to ask. I waited nearly 3 hours just to find out I was in the wrong line. Once I got to the right place I wasnt there more than 20 min.

The wait to get through a 4 truck line was almost 2 hours. It did not bother me too bad because I was taking my 34. During that time more trucks waited and left before they had their trucks washed, than was actually washed. When they pulled me in I realized they had trucks in all three bays, but washing only one at a time. They did dry the vehicle which I thought was nice. When I got just down the road to get something to eat, I noticed that I still had mud on my fender wells. I was a little less than impressed being it took me almost three hours to get washed and they charged more than Blue Beacon. I will see if I can upload a picture to go with this post.

Only $30 for a refrigerated trailer washout. The person cleaning it out was very thorough. I was so pleased with the job they did that I gave them a tip. Inside the office they have lots of truck interior accessories, also at good prices. Easy to get in and out of. I will definitely use them again and I recommend you are to give them a try too.

Went there at 3 pm there one truck in line guy comes out tells me can’t wash me the have no time! Closing at 5pm looks like lost some Business ! What for joke

We sat there for 3 and a half hours. When we did get out and back to the yard. I had to clean the lower part of the truck my self. Not pleased at all.

Extremely long wait, although 5 guys were washing my truck, it took them full hour to finish basic wash and when I drove out under my reefer motor was full of mud,and trailer skirt was all dirty . Altogether I waited 3 hours with 2 truck ahead of me, that is including one being washed.

I struggle with writing negative reviews knowing that sometimes a person or place is just having a bad day or whatever and I usually like to give the benefit of doubt. But from the experience we had during our visit Im prone to beleve that this place is just struggling to find good help with proper work ethics. We travel a lot and up til now have exclusively relied on Blue Beacon to have our RV washed based on peer recomendations and online reviews But in this instance we resorted to trying someone else based on convenience of location but unfortunately it was a poor decession. For starters, the entire process took 2.5 hours! We were the 3rd rig back in line and they were running two bays. When they finally pulled us in I began to think that there was only gonna be 1 guy washing our whole rig with a water hose! because thats all we got for a while until one by one a group of guys started gathering around, about 7-8 total with four of them just standing in front of the truck smoking and vaping and discussing music and parties while the other few were actually climbing up onto the truck to try and reach the upper portions by hand and discussing thier recreational drug preferences and using the F-bomb every other word. Each time a person would dart in or out of the bay, they had to consult with everyone to figure out who had washed what and where. It was all very unprofessional, disorganized and when it was all said and done, I noticed missed spots all about the truck and trailer! They then charged me $80.00 for this shoddy work which is slightly more than what we usually pay at Blue Beacon and Blue Beacon washes,waxes, shines and even armor-alls the wheels! I definitely see why our peers will drive out of their way to find a Blue Beacon, which is what we will do from here on out as well! It just seemed like nobody cared or was there to actually do anything. Though, I will say that the lady at the counter was friendly, which earned the second star that I gave.

Worst and slowest Truckwash for 45$

If you are on a schedule skip this place. I work locally and EVERY time I have to go here I have to wait for 1hr at best if there is no line to the worst wait I had of 4 hrs with only two trucks ahead of me... they do a good enough job with the wash when you finally get in but it isnt worth lost drive time to use them...

Poor wash job. Spots all over my rv that were completely missed. For the price and hand wash I expected more. Staff was friendly.

Ive tried coming here 3 times and only for washouts and only got the first one. Terrible service. The old lady running the counter has no idea how to even use her computer. Last time I tried getting a washout she spent at least 10 mins trying to get it to work then had to call somebody, then told me I couldnt get the wash. Tonight, I showed up, went in, and she told me theyd closed at 6. Its 6:20. I look at the door. Hours say open till 8. She says, oh those are our summer hours, youll have to come back tomorrow after 7a. Screw that. I have places to be!

06/22/19 @ appx 10:00.Im not a very picky guy. But for 85.00 for truck and motor wash. . .Real shoddy work. Missed lots of areas and bugs carcasses left stuck to truck.Only get one chance to earn repeat customer. Wont be using this service again. I wonder if the manager knows how terrible of a job is getting done.

What a joke!!!!!! If there was a way to give less than one star I would. I took my truck down there and spent 580.00 on a full detail. When the truck came back the stereo in the dash was not working. I took it over to the repair shop and they pulled it out only to find armor all dripping out of the head unit. When I called the truck wash to speak to them about this the manager told me there was no way his guy would do that and said not to bother coming back anymore. He will get his wish.

If you own an over-the-road truck then this is a great wash. I have a motorhome thats 36 ft long, I had to wait about 45 minutes to get in. On the big trucks they spent probably 30 to 45 minutes cleaning them on my motorhome they spent about 20 minutes and the bill was $54. If you own a motorhome youre better off just cleaning yourself. They did a great job on some of the dirty semi trucks that came through.

Showed up before closing hrs and even called before closing hrs they didn’t answer the phone and was told we were out of luck. Worst customer service ever. I will never go there again! Lazy people!!

WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!! I have been there 6-7 times and waited in line to get washed and have been there for hours. Hands down slowest service I have ever seen!! Tonight I pulled in with no trucks in front of me at 6:45pm, they finished a truck in the bay I was parked at at 7:10pm they came out at 7:15 and said hey we don’t have enough time to wash you we close at 8pm. ABSOLUTE BULLCRAP!!! Will never go back.

Ive been here an hour and the same truck is still getting washed out. Yes its a mess but tell the next customers its going to be a long time so we can decide wether to use them. Instead they take your money and dont say anything. Oh, and now they skipped me to do a grain trailer who they had pull in the next to the washout bay. Terrible customer service!

That was the Crappiest truck wash Ive ever been to....!!!!! $115 for a dirty truck...! I payed for acid brightner, I didnt get it, my fuel tanks, even the one on my reefer was still filthy...!!! My windows still had bugs on them, not to mention the soap residue everywhere .....they didnt even bother with the front of my reefer... It honestly looked like a bunch of kids were turned loose with a hose..!!!! BEYOND DISAPPOINTED.....!!!!! I definitely wont be going back there again....!!!!!
