Car wash was fantastic! Took my truck there and the guys did a such an amazing job. They spent time to pre wash the whole thing and my truck looks brand new now. I highly recommend to anyone needing a good car wash, they will do a top notch job

Not enough time thru the blowers, water spots all over my truck, ultimate wash is a joke, they could have spent a bit longer scrubing the grille as well, still a bit of bugs on it, will be heading to another wash in the future, not wortht the 10 i paid

I drove clear across town to get a car wash and was told my car wash pass didnt have enough money on it. They informed me to go in the store and load more money on it. I went inside and the store attendant was extremely mean and said he couldnt load it without the manager. Pretty ridiculous that regular employees cant perform business operations. Lost my business.

Great wash and very friendly employees, especially Claude! The only wash in Idaho Falls that my husband and I use for our trucks! Touch free, $8, cant beat it!

Should know better than to get gas here. Ethonal free, smelled like kerosene and diesel truck ran horrible engine rattled. Wouldn’t be the first engine you’ve had to pay to replace or the first complaint. Do not buy gas here always is mixed .

Worst Customer Service!! I bought an 89 cent fountain soda for my spouse. I took it home to and the soda was no good (tasted like soda water). So I took it back in there (still full) and asked to exchange it. The worker told me no and that I had to buy a new one. He said that I should have tasted it before I left the store! I asked to talk to the manager and apparantly he is the manager!! I could not believe it! The drink wasnt even for me! I never eat food or drink my beverage before I have paid for it! I clarified with the manager and he said that I should have drank some before I left! He was insistent that he would not exchange my 89 cent drink!!! It was the worst customer service! Other people in the gas station could not believe what he was saying either. If you are going to sell a bad product, dont except customers to ever return!! Any other gas station in the city of Idaho Falls would have acknowledged the fact that the soda syrup was out. This old man manager was so rude!! This clearly was not about the money but the principle of the matter. So....make sure you drink as much BIG GULP as you can before you leave the store....just to make sure its good!

I work across the street and so I use this gas station pretty frequently. I think majority of the time, the customer service is pretty good. The only issue I have really had is that there is always expired food... chips, drinks, nachos... Arent vendors suppose to motor that stuff?

If I could give a 10 stars I would this is the best cat wash we have ever gone through! We have a small Honda hybrid and most of the time we need to go through twice to get the car washed. Last night there was a rain storm and we were parked under a tree and our car was covered in pitch. We told them we might need to go through twice because of the pitch. There were 4 guys doing the pre-rince by hand and the car came out the first time through looking like a new car!!!

This is the worst car wash in town... 2 years age was the best, with the best prices... they rebuilt it... raised the prices... new equipment has pretty purple lights... but missss half (and I’m being generous) of your truck...Very unhappy the first time... thought I give it one more try... no improvement... tire shine?? Only gets half of the tire...Usually at an automatic car wash, the crew knows the washes weaknesses, they hand wash those spots .... NOT AT THIS PLACE!!!Will not use again!

Was visiting parents from out of town with a 2018 Ford. This place was Advertised in big light up letters as a touch less wash but upon paying and entering was greeted in horror by a bucket brigade of kids wielding tiny foam brushes just SCRAPPING across My paint job. These 4 inch hand powered sponges have seen hundreds if not thousands of cars and were loaded with quartz and silica that attacked my truck with gritty sand paper. I have four to six inch long scratches EVERYWHERe across the clear coat and I’m now looking at a few hundred dollars of clear coat restoration.I get it public car washes will always leave swirls and you should not expect perfect white glove treatment but this was downright paint job murder. The only thanks I can give them is my new truck is broken in, my pavement queen now looks like it went deep through the sagebrush.

Ok, I love this place!! They have the best fountain Pepsi in town!! I go there every day!! The reason for 3 stars is that they card me to buy cigarettes. I just turned 49. You only have to be 18 to buy them, and Ill also say, its not oh so sweet to get carded anymore!!

Great facility, clean and organized, carwash is the best in town but the store is ran by sex offenders and convicted felons, females beware of the male employees! I refuse to use anything but cash if Im obligated to stop here because Im afraid my account numbers may get stolen.

Ive used the car wash twice. The first time was okay, so I returned on my lunch break one day last week when I was in the area. I paid for the top tier wash. I dont know if they didnt push the correct buttons or what, but the wash seemed quicker than usual and didnt seem to be doing much. I had to get back to work, though, but when I got back to my office, I discovered, much to my dismay, that my car was still visibly dirty! The top didnt even look like it had been rinsed or touched by any of the car wash equipment, there were splotches of dirt on the hood, and basically, Ive seen better jobs done by those fund-raising middle school kids on weekends.I called to complain and ask if they guarantee their service. The woman I spoke with was very polite, apologized, and took down my name and number. She said she would give my information to the manager of the car wash and he would call me. That was a week ago tomorrow. No call. I will not be returning, and will be letting others know to take their business elsewhere. Nobody needs to waste $10 so their car can look like a 12-year old rinsed it partway with a garden hose.Follow-Up: I found the address to the Contact Me area of their website on a response on another review here. I filled out the contact form, and they contacted me and are sending me a gift card for another car wash. I appreciated the response and efforts to make it right, and encourage others to use the contact form on the website if needed. Added a star to my review.Update: The owner responded to my review about a week ago asking what they could do in the future to ensure happy customers. I appreciate their responsiveness and would only suggest maybe making the website form I used advertised more so people know it exists.

It is not a touchless car wash. I was asked if I wanted my whip antenna removed so it doesnt get broken. I stupidly said yes, and they used a wrench that was metal and chipped the paint all around the bottom of the antenna. At this time, they also had the guys who pre-wash your vehicle, using wands you would use on a windshield. Wasnt happy to see that. I had originally gave 1 star.Edit: In @ April, I decided to see if they were still using those funky wands for the pre-wash down. They werent. Use soft washing mitts now. Took off my own whip antenna & then had the car wash. It was good. They did throw my receipt away, when I said Yes, I would like my receipt back. They did dig it out of the trash.

This is a great gas station and car wash. The store is big and well stocked. The lines are usually small and getting quick service is normal. The staff is usually pretty nice.

I purchased a car wash, and not only was my car dirty when I got out but the bigger car wash broke my passenger side mirror. If you plan on getting a car wash I would suggest going somewhere that takes care of their car wash.

Worst car wash Ive ever been too! I paid for the middle wash and I dont know if it was broken or what but the scrubby pads on one side didnt even spin but just drug across my car and my car was left with soap suds on it after the wash. I tipped the guy at the beginning and he didnt even say thank you. Will not be coming back to waste my money!

I just read a very disheartening experience someone had this morning at your store. 3 employees stuffed an American flag in a black trash bag that supposedly needed to be fixed. When help to fold the flag was offered the employees refused the help. The lady went inside and asked to speak w a manager and was treated rudely by the cashier. My husband is a retired army Sgt. He put his life on the line to protect all that the American flag represents. I am a regular car wash customer at this location but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on due to this ladys experience.

Bucks Touchless Car Wash wash half my car with soap and the other half not I dont think we baked all of a time but theyre also repaired overtime cuz they rebuilt the entire other car wash this one they left fall into disrepair PS I will also like to know that I have been getting my car wash at this car wash for 12 years now and this was the first year that this is happened and thats not a first-time Ive washed my car there 3 times in the last month and soap on half of my car

This place is great! My favorite place to stock up before going out of town for a long trip.

This morning my Husband, our 4 kids, and I stopped by KJs (on the corner of Sunnyside and Woodruff) to get some drinks before heading to an appointment. When we arrived there we noticed 3 employees lowering the America flag and holding a black trash bag. My Husband pulled up next to them and asked them what they were doing with the flag and why did they have a trash bag. At first he was ignored but then one of them sarcastically told him they were going to get it fixed and put it in the trash bag for the time being. He then asked if they should just put it on the ground. My Husband who served in the Navy for almost 10 years offered to fold the flag properly but was once again ignored by them.I then went into the gas station and while purchasing our drinks asked to speak to the manager. The female cashier was incredibly rude as I explained why I was hoping to talk to the manager. While I was talking to the cashier one of the employees who was outside came in with the trash bag that held the flag.I cant believe how the employees of KJs treated the American flag! They were all extremely rude and didnt see what the big deal was. It is a big deal to me and especially my Husband who fought for everything our flag stands for!Shame on KJs and their horrible employees for their blatant disregard for the flag.Shared story from FB

Actually, I am quite pleased with this gas station and the service here. But I was very disturbed by the story of the respect of the American flag. Ignorance is one thing, but when their behavior was pointed out and the employees continue to disrespect the flag, thats alarming. These young people need to be taught tradition, values, and the respect for American symbols.
