My dad taught me that if I didnt do anything else, keep my cars clean and change the oil regularly. Having recently relocated to Idaho Falls, I was looking for a place to get my vehicles detailed and luckily I found High Caliber Cleaning. I rarely write reviews and only do so for excellent service and good value. The owner of High Caliber Cleaning, Logan, did an excellent job and my nearly 13-yr-old truck looks like new. Logan is not only and knowledgeable about vehicle detailing, he is also very personable and friendly. He has an amazing attention to detail and was able to easily correct a mistake that someone else made while treating my trucks headlights, leaving a residue that I hadnt been able to remove from the surrounding paint. An added bonus was pickup/delivery, making it very convenient for me.I was so impressed with the detail job on my truck that I also had High Caliber Cleaning detail my Audi. Like the truck, the Audi came out amazing. He even managed to remove some minor surface scratches--I cant even tell where they were. I highly recommend High Caliber Cleaning for all your auto detailing needs. I will certainly have my cars detailed there again!

The interior was amazingly spotless and you could tell that they put time into every little detail of the car. Logan, Tristan, and Janet did an amazing job! Great detailing! Able to schedule online, detailing with seat shampooing was about $220 for a Subaru Crosstrek and was done in the afternoon (morning appointment). All the dirt, dust, smudges and dog fur was gone and interior was conditioned. It was like new. Would do again!

A great experience - Logan, the business owner was very professional and personable and you can tell he really cares about his business and his customers. My husbands car had a great deal of dried on tree sap all over the top and sides. It took a lot of extra work that the website wasn’t able to accurately quote us for, so we did need to pay a little more because it was at least 2 additional hours of cleaning. But we were offered a great discount even though it was an intense cleanup job. The inside looks immaculate and smells really nice now. Babies in the backseat will over time cause a lot of nasty milk spills and sticky mystery buildup but with this detailing job you would never have guessed how splotchy the fabric used to be. The exterior looks so nice too. I highly recommend the full wax n everything. They worked really hard and are eager to please. My car is now the main car seat vehicle so you can guess what the backseat looks like... we will definitely give High Caliber Cleaning more business in the future. It’s a splurge but worth it if your car needs some TLC that you aren’t willing to / can’t do on your own.

They were professional and did an amazing job on my truck. My truck looked brand new! Im am super please how it turned out. Plus they penciled me in when they werent working and worked later, which I am super grateful. Its on the more pricey side but its so worth it. If I could give a higher rating I would. We will be coming back soon to get our other cars detailed from them.

I had our car picked up from the house and then dropped off when completed. It came back looking brand new and smelling great! The Weathertech mats look new and all the nooks and crannies were clean and all the personal stuff in a bag so I can de clutter things! After going through one baby in this car we realized we were in for a lot of trouble. He spilt water and milk in the back seat and made a huge mess. We did not think the stains would ever come out. Well they did! Logan knows his stuff and was able to better educate me on how he was able to get rid of the stains even though they had been there for over a year. I wish I had a before picture but I don’t. If you can use your imagination though you can picture a pretty dirty car! We were very satisfied when he brought our car back to our place looking like this. I liked how he could pick up our car and drop it off. We had a great experience.

I dropped off my car to get detailed before I sold it and they were very nice and professional. It was done on time and it wasn’t as dirty as I told them on the phone when I made the appointment. Logan was so nice and did an incredible job on the van. It was in pretty rough condition but it looks so good now! I would say even it looks even better than when we bought it- though we did buy it used. The leather looks so good and they somehow managed to get out the stick figures my daughter had drawn on the back of the head rest. I would 100% go back.

Our car got quite a bit of a hard water stains from a Steamboat Geyser in Yellowstone National Park, however the High Caliber Cleaning team did a fantastic job with buff and wax on not just getting rid of geyser stains, but also some older scratches. Highly recommend!

I have had 2 different vehicles detailed here, a Jeep & a pickup. Both times they were awesome, attention to detail was unmatched. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their vehicle look factory new again.

This is only the second time I’ve had a car detailed, so I don’t have too much to compare this service to, but for the money you spend and time you save, I can say that the Platinum package from HC is definitely worth it. A couple of reviewers said that you can do a better job by yourself. I’m sure you can, and it’s always an option to do your own work, but how much will you spend on the cleaning products and how much time do you have to peform the work to your own standard? I’m guessing it would cost at least $100 in materials and half a day for you to do the same level of work by yourself. That being said, they were able to remove a stain on my backseat from the car’s previous owner that had turned a portion of the seat crunchy and had been really bugging me. I wasn’t confident anything could be done about it, but they sorted it out with a shampooing. I might have paid $100 for that service alone, but given that they did the whole car inside and out for under 250, I’m very pleased. What I really wanted was a “reset” for this used car, so as the new owner I could maintain it myself going forward; this is what I got. If you just bought a used car, or are selling one, or are hard on your vehicles, and simply don’t have the time to give them the TLC they deserve, then I recommend High Caliber Cleaning. They will sort it out for you. They’ll even take you home to wait and drive your car back to you when it’s done. Thanks guys!

First thing I need to say is that I love my car. I am very careful when it comes to someone working on it for any purpose. I am new to the area and have been looking for someone to detail my car for over a year because I just couldnt find someone that I could trust. I had hard water spots on the entire passenger side of my black ford fusion and within 2 hours of dropping my car off they had finished the hard water removal process and cleaned my rims up for free and also offered me a discount on waxing my vehicle which I gladly took advantage of.Overall the quality of work and customer service was great and Im a happy customer.

I chose High Caliber Cleaning semi-randomly, because of their high reviews (and the fact they have an actual storefront) to see if they could do anything about it.The owner, Logan, was very helpful and walked me through their prices and possible treatment options. I was headed out of town in two days, and they were booked, but he still squeezed me in. They did a great job with my car, their pricing was fair and transparent, and their customer service was phenomenal. The truck we brought into High Caliber Cleaning we had purchased at an auction, the interior was filthy. The vehicle was a 1999 and I dont think it had ever been cleaned. This place is really that good. I wanted to really get our car in like new condition. After 5 years and 100K miles with kids it was pretty rough. I have to admit I didnt think anyone would make it look like it used to but these guys did it. Every tiny crack and crevice was cleaned and it was spotless. They were so great to work with too. We were out of town till Sat evening and they met us there to pick up the car at 8pm. We totally recommend High Caliber- worth every penny!

A little (a lot) late getting this review written. Brought in my wife’s Chevy traverse last fall for her birthday to get detailed. Decided to give high caliber a try based on their good reviews and was not disappointed. My kids are barbarians and the back of the car was nasty with unknown sticky gunk in the floor mats and seats and crumbs everywhere. Almost bad enough you want to clean the car before you bring it in to get cleaned out of fear you will be judged for letting a car get that bad, you know what I mean?? When he was done though, it looked and smelled pretty much brand new. Most impressive and satisfying to me was how well he cleaned the tracks for the seats out. Will definitely be using high caliber again.
