Great car wash. Excellent sales. Good vacuums. Average price. The wash does a thorough job even when on the most basic wash. I have Big car with a lift, and when I go through, only one out of twenty times the employees have folded in my side mirrors. When they dont, the wash equipment hits my right side mirror and folds it in. Not a big deal, but it would improve the customer service if the employees folded them in each time. Other than that, I love this car wash and recommend it.

I love this car wash! Ive been trying out other car washes in the area just to give other places a chance and to see where I want to keep going. Well, heres what Ive found: for sure Rapid Wash got my car cleanest, the vacuums at Rapid Wash had the most power so I could get the interior cleaned out quickly, I love the customer service at Rapid Wash. I felt really bad because they close at 9:00 pm and I got there about 2 min to 9:00 but when I apologized about it they were SO kind and said they were very happy to wash my car and not to worry about it at all. I will surely continue to go here for my car washes!

This is the best car wash in town!! The equipment is powerful and they seem to use high quality products. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a couple of questions and spoke with the manager, Nick, and he was very helpful, polite, and down to earth. NO reason to go anywhere else! Cant wait to go back and try the dog wash :)

I paid $14.99 & it didnt even get the dirt off the door panels. I paid $5 for a car wash at Wal-Mart & my truck was clean. This place is a waste of money. I appreciate the offer but I am from Wyoming I wonder if your guys noticed my out of state plates. I will post pictures of my truck everything looks great but the passenger side door ding panels they stand out.

Used the dog wash. It was dirty in the bath part but that is cause the person before use did not clean it. The water was warm. It is now cash only that is a bummer but I will go again.

Pre scrub wasnt done very well. Passenger side glass and mirror were missed almost completely! I also hate it when my mirrors are folded in without asking since I have power mirrors.

We got exactly what we paid for. We went here because we needed to remove the bugs from our road trip from Nevada to Idaho.We payed via a automated machine and selected our choices. Then you wait for the gate to open and enter the line. Once at the start the employees wash down your car and they scrubbed our windows. You put your car in neutral and allow the tire guides to lead and pull you through the car wash.I have always felt like the hanging slashed rag looks like a hula skirt. LOLThen when you get to the dryer end there is a sign that tells you to pull forward. They have several vacuum cleaners here so that you can completely clean your car out. Reasonably priced.

Always a quick (depending upon the line) and spotless job. Sometimes inconsistent on the prescrub (depends upon the personnel) but have always been pleased with the outcome versus other car washes.

Great place for a GOOD, HANDS ON,carwash. We use this facility all the time and have never had a bad experience. (We always use the Big Kahuna selection w/ Carnuba wax). Only thing is, sometimes they could take a little more TIME doing the Prewash prep.Would highly recommend... ;-)

There are so many car wash places in town, but this one seems to do the best job. No suds left behind, or unwashed skid marks down the back. The dryer fans actually dry the car. Next time I go Im signing up for their wash pass. 2-3 visits a month and it pays for itself.

Today I stopped by snake river rapid wash in I.F and talked to the manager about how I was treated by the wash in Pocatello. So to keep me as a customer they spoke with me and corrected it and so I decided to keep them as my main carwash again. So the manager told me that the manager in Pocatello was replaced as well as the washers so Ill give them another chance. See how it goes again. A little on the expensive side, but Im quite pleased with the quality anyway. I leave other car washes with bird poo still stuck on my car and have to go through again or scrub it off myself, but my car came out clean as a whistle the first time around through Snake River Rapids car wash using the 2nd cheapest wash. :)

Used the pet wash. Dont forget towels for your dog. Big dogs need more than 5 mins to wash and blow dry. Credit card reader doesnt work bring cash. $5 minimum no coin accepted

My car was REALLY dirty and I bought the 16.99 service, I went through once and it didnt quite get it all the way clean. I talked with them about it and they sent me back through, no problems. They were super professional, polite, and friendly about it and did a great job. Would absolutely recommend!

Best automated car wash ever!!! Stopped here to get the tremendous amount of bugs I slayed while driving from Montana back to Utah off my truck. Never had it look so good after a drive through wash. Serious power from the water jets.

I went to use the dog wash today and it would not run my card.....said it was busy and to try again later. Tried the other dog wash and got the same message. I come from Ammon to this dog wash because when it works it works very well, but lately this has happened numerous times and it has been filthy. I would not recommend this dog wash unless they clean it up and fix their equipment to work properly.

Use it for the dog wash, makes giving my pooch a bath so much easier than trying to wash him in my bash tub!

Most everything was great. The room we used was out of shampoo. Both oatmeal and tear free. Luckily I had my own in the car but I ran out of time and had to add more money by having to run and get it. Also the water temperature fluctuated from warm to cold quite a few times.

Car wash and Pet Wash.The Car wash is good, lots of options, friendly service. Ive never had a problem. Car wash starts around $7 and works up from there. Plenty of options for monthly subscriptions, and wash books.There are two rooms for dogs. The wash tubs are elevated, one has a ramp, the other does not. The machines are cash or card, $5 for five minutes. Theres a dial for shampoo, conditioner, rinse, flea dip, vacuum, blow dryer, and more. I bring my own shampoo(preference) and towels (because five minutes fly by). The water and blow dryer were warm enough.Its very convenient, but five minutes is not enough wash time. Id love to see some options for increments of more time.

Went through the car wash in my 2017 Subaru wrx and got the big kahuna wash and it didn’t even get the car close to clean plus it scratched my rims on the drivers side. Second vehicle we have had issues with this particular car wash and they will do nothing to fix the issues. They tell you tough luck.

These guys are awesome. The car wash itself is great and gets my car clean, but the real superstar was the customer service - I was charged a month pass when Id only selected a single wash, and they reversed the charge with one phone call and absolutely no hassle.Definitely not washing my car anywhere else from now on.

I purchased the basic wash but got excellent service. My car was COVERED in tree sap and the two scrubber workers took the time to scrape my windshield after applying a special soap. 10/10.During the car wash, there was a fun laser “show” throughout the tunnel.They are definitely getting recommended!

Great place for a quick wash and vacuum. The people are always so dang happy its contagious. Ive been many times and have had 2 issues where the machine wasnt running quite right; some of the rinse sprayers werent working one time, one side of the rollers wasnt working the other. Understandable for sure. Id give it a 95% satisfaction rate.

Have had 2 monthly unlimited passes for years and went through the wash last Friday and it peeled the paint on my drivers side door..I showed the manager and he stated the owner was out til Monday and he would have him call me. Huh just like I thought NO CALL!!! So I just called and CANCELLED!!! They DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for DAMAGE!!! This is unacceptable DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! ANYONE THAT HAS CUSTOM PAINT OR NEW VEHICLE GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Kind of pricy but they do a good job. Plus free vacuuming so I enjoy going there.

The final rinse and air dry did not remove all the soap from my car. The vacuums were weak.

This is probably actually the nicest car wash in Idaho Falls hands down. The prices themselves might be a little pricey but you get a wash like no other. When you first pull into the car wash theres guys out there with power washers that wash off that bottom part of your car and your wheels. Then you go through the machine which for some reason is always kind of fun you can go to the vacuum area and vacuum out your own car. So if its not too cold outside its a great place to go and clean your car.

Love the car wash, but disappointed with the pet wash. The water was freezing cold and it didn’t seem as if any soap was coming out at all. I saw that others had complained about the cold water before and it looked as if the issue had been resolved. Apparently not. I paid $7 for my dog to be sprayed with cold water. I could’ve done that for free in my backyard.

The best place to wash your car! Free vacuums post wash. The lines go fast, they are efficient at moving cars through. Car comes out clean, very little dry off when done.

Great customer service

This place genuinely sucks I came here about a year ago we got a hand wash and the UV shield for an additional five bucks. My car was still filthy at the end of the wash.It was as if nothing was even done. Now I watched these two guys scrub my car . There is no doubt that they did not hold back on the elbow grease, but in the end it is what it was. The problem here is ‭hard water, they need to invest in a water softening system. Until then you might as well glue that dirt on your car and call it a day. I definitely do not recommend this place. I stopped by today to try my luck, and once again I had the same luck which is strange I am usually very lucky. no working vacuums this time. I’m not gonna give up on these guys just yet. I’ll just drop in like a mystery shopper, and hopefully take down this review.

Went to wash winter grim off my car, missed spots the first time but the gentleman I talked to apologized and sent me through a second time. I understand it cant be perfect every time (Im also very OCD), was happy he made it right. Free unlimited vacuum timee with every carwash or $2 without carwash.

Ops, pulled up and got my ticket and forgot to take off the bike rack! Luckily the employees have a great sense of on coming trouble and spotted my error. They helped out with the bike rack and sent me on through. The was was excellent. I didn’t get the best service option but consider the option that I got good enough for what I was looking for. The basic service is what I get. I then finish off my car with my own cleaners at the vacuum station

Dog was is a great setup but the water is cooler than lukewarm and the dryer is freezing air. Not much heat in the dog wash bays either. My boxer froze and my heeler could care less about getting washed. Tried calling for 2 days straight and phone rang and rang! Maybe they didnt know but havent been back to see if fixed. Great car wash, but prone to be extremely busy because it is so popular. Also the washing stations can be a bit aggressive. If you arent 100% sure your body panels and paint are in excellent condition then I would use a less aggressive car wash.However, the results are amazing. This car wash gets the stuck gunk off great. I dont know how often I have went to a car wash to find grill bugs or road grime left on the car. I have never had an issue here.

Pretty effective cleaning for a car wash, they do an extra spray down prior to going through. Depending on whos doing the spray down you may or may not get a better spray. For best results, park and use the free vacuums, while parked rub the car down with a cloth real quick.
