My experience was OUTSTANDING! The communication between the office and my family was amazing. They sent reminders, I could have tracked the technicians progress towards when he arrived. He was early and MOST IMPORTANTLY HE WAS HONEST!! I called a few places and got the impression my repair would be thousands of dollars. The technician told me everything was in good shape and it cost a a heck of a lot less to replace a few parts. I will never use another company. They got a customer for life.

Very professional and honest. On time very personable would definately use them again . Prices were very reasonable and most importantly I felt confident about the work that was done .

Had Dougs come look at my furnace this last winter, it would lite and threw a code which could have been 5 or 6 different things. After 2 hours of trial and error I was told they replaced ignitor (charged for new one) still didnt work, and not sure what problem was. Could be a main circuit board. Charge me $240 and furnace still didnt work.

Jon was really helpful and did quality work. He checked to make sure the air flow in the home was up to par, doing several calculations and helping me understand all of the issues. We had water lines replaced. We got quotes from several different companies. Dougs Repair came in the cheapest and more reasonable than the other companies.I am giving two stars because their customer service is horrible. It took them over a month to begin the project. Never gave us updates as to when they would do it. They also caused some damage that they didnt fix. Still waiting to hear back from them. Its been a month.After the project did start it only took two days to finish the project. We initially just wanted the water lines in the house replaced but this caused the pipe going out to the city water line to burst so we had to then get that replaced.It took them two weeks to finally replace the water line. During that time we received no updates about when they would start and what the delay was. They eventually got it replaced.However, they damaged the side of my house in doing so. They also had to re-cement the sidewalk where the city shutoff valve is located. They cemented in the shutoff valve. I got them to come out and knock the cement off of it and get it loose but it is still not correct. If you look at any other city shut off at other houses their is dirt around it. They put cement around mine meaning they did not take the time to put a PVC pipe or something around it to protect it from the cement. I cannot screw on the plate all the way. I am calling the city tomorrow to have them inspect it because Im sure the city isnt going to be happy with what they see. Only way to fix it is by pulling out the cement and then re-cementing with something around the city water valve to protect it. As for the side of my house, it has been a month and it is still not fixed. They have only given us one update about not finding the right materials. They may have the cheapest prices but I would recommend shopping around for someone else.

I used them for a complete AC and furnace replacement. Their price was very competitive, and their technician was great. The actual craftsmanship was excellent also.The only issue I had was that there were several scheduling issues, and a few small communication issues. This was likely due to general COVID issues affecting deliveries and such.Overall, I would reccomend them, and use them in the future.

Jon was knowledgeable, professional and got the job done well. Appreciate his friendly demeanor and the text notices when he would arrive. There were some regulatory difficulties with the original repair order, but his honesty and understanding saw us through and got the equipment needed for the space. I had an appointment for my furnace, and they were able to show up a day early to diagnose. The appointment for the actual repair, they showed up early which was wonderful. I have an old farm house and the parts for my furnace arent available anymore, but they were able to get it in working order in under 2 hours and for less than 200 dollars. For that price and time they also fixed the thermostat for my gas fireplace. Very impressed with their knowledge and would suggest them to everyone.

The technician John came exactly when he said he would and finished actually earlier than he thought it would take you. Our furnace went out when it was going to be 10° one night and 2° the next night and so having them come so quickly was a great blessing.

Jon came over to our home to replace a bathroom fan/heater and to replace the living room heater. He found some funky wiring in the bathroom and really worked hard to figure out the problem. There were some interesting issues with the living room heater as well. After discussing the issues with us, he felt since he wasnt a licensed electrician, it would be a good idea to have one of their actual electricians take care of the issues correctly. Since we were having one come over later in the week to install a ceiling fan/light, Jon suggested we let him finish these installations as well. Jon did call the electrician to give him the information on the work he had done already. We were extremely happy with his professionalism and honesty. We have used Dougs Repair twice now and would recommend them highly.

Just had Jon from Dougs repair to fix a furnace we were having a little trouble with. I have to say apart from fixing the problem he seemed to be a very knowledgeable fellow with an exceptionally polite demeanor. Would definitely use them again.

We have a home warrantee and we were assigned to Doug’s Repair (Ron was our service guy) not knowing what to expect. Most of the time in these situations it can take weeks to get a repair/replacement completed. They came and replaced our water heater within a matter of an hour and a half. They had what we needed with them and they were quick, efficient, and courteous. We couldn’t have been more impressed!!

Doug came out to or home within an hour of contacting the office. He was quick to diagnose the issue and it turned out that we needed to replace our tankless water heater. It was Friday and I really didn’t want to be without hot water all weekend. Doug pulled Jon off another job and had him come install the new tankless unit. Jon showed up within an hour and a half and stayed late on a Friday night to make sure that we had hot water for the weekend. I highly recommend Dougs Repair, Jon did a great job fixing two of our vents and filter. While here he did a once over and checked to make sure everything on the furnace was working correctly since we just bought our house a week ago.

When our furnace fan went out, the first diagnosis we got was for a $9700.00 replacement furnace (and that was the low end furnace)!!! We set up appointments for other estimates, but they were down the road. We had no AC with the furnace down, so we were sleeping in the basement. Doug came out the same day we called. Doug and his tech Jon diagnosed and fixed the problem within hours and for less than $400.00. Weve never been treated better. Were usually getting ripped off. We will use them for everything from now on.

Cant say enough good things about Dougs Repair. We have had them up at our cabin for 3 different plumbing jobs and they have been honest and done excellent work. The last time we had them up our water heater was leaking and Ron got out to us quickly and got a new water heater up to us and installed in the same day. I was very disappointed with the service we got. We had an old furnace we wanted to see if it was repairable or if we needed to get a new one. The guy came over and took it apart and said it wouldnt be worth it to repair. He gave me a bit for a new one, charged me the $95, and left. Luckily my husband decided to get a second opinion because 2 hours later a different company came by and when we went into the furnace room you could clearly smell gas so he turned it off for me. When I called Dougs repair to let them know they told me that it didnt sound like something their guy would do and was unsure it wasnt just my furnace? (We didnt smell it before he came, then it was really strong 2 hours after he left, once we got it aired out we turned it back on and havent had a problem) they even made a point to call my husband and leave a message saying their guy didnt mess with the gas and that our furnace should have an automatic turn off switch but since it was old it didnt. We will never use them again biggest waste of $95.
