Unprofessional scheduling, lack of communication, dont care attitude. Tried multiple times to get service done on product they installed and should have warranty coverage. Finally called someone else and paid out of pocket for repair. Problem solved next day.
They came highly recommended by family, but they never returned our messages requesting an appointment when our air conditioner went out in the evening a week ago. I requested an appointment through Youngs online appointment system early the next morning (9 July 2021) and was hopeful after receiving the automated email saying they would get back with us shortly, in the meantime call them with any questions. I called twice that day because the first time was a couple of minutes before business hours began. The second time I even requested a call back, if they could not work us in because they were busy. My husband called the following Monday, still nothing. Not sure what was up, however, not returning a call even to say they are swamped is bad business etiquette and that is the reason for the one star rating. I called another company on the 9th who responded with in an hour and said he was booked through the 15th (he got our business & did an excellent job . . . even came a day earlier).
I met with the owner last week and both he and his crew are great guys.
Denny and crew are absolutely the best! This is the fourth time we have had them work on our existing home and our new addition and their work is excellent. Denny and all of his crew are great to work with and will answer any questions you have on the job. Thanks again for an awesome job guys!
I was impressed at the level of professionalism, courteously, and respect for my home and my wishes. They demonstrated that they could do the job even with the boundaries I placed in my home during a pandemic, and they put forth the extra effort to ensure that they did a quality job as well as make sure they followed through with wearing face mask when working in a hot environment.
Mr. Young provides our annual generator service maintenance and we do not have any ideas on how perfect can be better. He also wired our carport for light and this also exceeded our expectations. We had a power break and Mr. Young came immediately and showed us breaker flips. He never laughed or told us we should have known. Our definition of electric is Young Electric
I called concerning an issue with my AC and they fit me in the same day. All issues were resolved for a fair price. I would highly recommend them!
Had a new air conditioning unit put in my older home they were very quick and Efficient works great and was up and running in no time very professional and hard work guys answered all the questions I have was very knowledgeable about everything I needed to know would recommend them to all of my friends and family
Awesome people to deal with. They came in and installed a air conditioning unit to a system that was a furnace only. All good.
Called them at 10 in the morning they said they would come that afternoon. They never showed up. I would have been okay if they had even called me to let me know they werent coming so I could try someone else. But they just did not show up and did not contact me. I wouldnt trust this place.
On time, finished job quickly and at a very fair price. Have tried several other H & A in Idaho Falls in the past and always got ripped off.
We had a simple job to add a few exterior outlets and wiring. The said they would provide a bid and it was satisfactory. Then we had to call them time and time again to schedule. This took over a month and when we had it scheduled, they cancelled and pushed it out another week. Poor service and disappointing that something this simple would be so laborious to complete for Young Electric.
