Repairman did a great job fixing the fridge and checked to see if it was still under warranty. Saved us a ton of money.
I have bought every appliance in my live from Sears. Even when the store closed, then I had my washer shipped to the Rexburg home store. I have a master level protection agreement. I have had a broken washer now for 2 months, only 8 months old. They can’t seem to communicate the correct parts with service techs! Never again, there is a reason Sears is dying and I regret trying to remain a loyal customer. No good deed goes unpunished!!!!

The repairman was really good! He was in and out in a very timely manner. My fridge however, was down for almost a month. The service representative didnt understand english very well and there was a trip out, order parts, wait 2 weeks and another trip. The actual process was probably concluded within .5 hour. Do Service Tech was GREAT, process is BAD.
Repairman was great. I just feel like the process when you call in could be better. Its a long time on the phone. Thank goodness Im retired.
I love the technician here in Idaho Falls that works for Sears. He has come to my home to do two washer repairs on two separate machines. He is honest and does a great efficient job and cleans up after himself. Sears is a little frustrating to work with on the phone as their call center is staffed from over seas. If you can’t understand them they are very kind to forward you to their Chicago call center.
Terrible company. Stay away! They ordered the wrong part three times for our ice maker and installed the wrong part once, flooding our kitchen and shorting out another part. They then wanted us to pay for installation of the part they killed! We said no way so we still have no ice maker despite initially paying them nearly $500 and taking off work at least a half dozen times for visits by their inept technicians. Avoid this company! There is no way to speak with someone local; all calls go to a call center back East. Even when they flooded our kitchen, it took a week for them to return to fix it because our only recourse was to schedule another appointment through the call center. On the most recent visit, the guy measured no voltage in the fridge. We loaned him a battery for his tool and it turned out the fridge was working fine - except for the part they broke. They’re the worst, can’t believe they’re in business. I’ve filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Glad they stayed after Sears closed! I need to get a new washer/dryer set for my parents🙌🏼
The service call was great. The serviceman was very informative and explained a lot of things about the dishwasher that I was not told before. He was prompt and got right to the repair and was very good. Thank you for making this service call the best.
Theyre automatic telephone line was confusing
Gordon and Mark did their jobs - all 6 times Ive needed it so far in the calendar year. They were on time, had good attitudes, and despite the fact the fix is always temporary (because the washer is a lemon) they did what they could. Because weve now had so many visits, we fall under the No Lemon Clause and will be looking at getting the washer replaced. It was bought in December of 2015 and we purchased the 3 year extended warranty (a lifesaver as all visits would have been VERY pricey). I would highly recommend purchasing extended warranties for all large appliances - we bought five at the same time and the purchase of the extended warranty had more than paid for itself.
We have been waiting almost 4 weeks for someone to come fix our fridge and every time we schedule an appointment they cancel our Appointment 2 hours after they where supposed to show its like pulling teeth to get someone out to fix our fridge.
I am recently divorced and had to think about how on earth I was going to take in my riding lawnmower for annual service. Fortunately, Sears website offered a simple way to make an appointment for a house call!! I was able to schedule an appointment in minutes for just a couple days later. The technician was awesome and only took about a half hour to get everything done. I felt the price was well worth the service and convenience. I will definitely use this service again and again.
Negative stars if possible. This company is a joke. Starting with the outsourced service coordinators who cant speak English. This company had us unnecessarily without a refrigerator for two weeks!! They missed a scheduled appointment that we took work off to be there and when questioned, they told us it would be an additional week from that appointment day. Very rude and inconsiderate during this entire process. I absolutely will NEVER use this company again.
THE BiGGEST WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. I had an appointment set to look at my refrigerator, 1.5 hours later I called the 800 number who was supposed to be contacting the technician to call me with an ipdate. Another hour later I called the 800 number again cause I hadnt received any call. After 30 min on hold..... I hung up and called back. 4 hours after scheduled appointment, still no technician, no call. Back on the phone with customer service who tells me the technicians day is over so I have to reschedule for a week out. After being forgotten about they want me to wait another week without a refrigerator, and having missed hours of work ($$$), and still pay the technician to diagnose the problem. THIS IS WHY SEARS IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS..... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
Tech was excellent, prompt, kind and considerate, and knowledgeable. I didnt get his name, but he should be commended. Another week went by, and had to place another service call for a different issue. Same tech, friendly, kind, and considerate. Extremely knowledgeable and has a substantial background as we learned. He ordered the parts, and rescheduled us. We would rate the Sears program and this tech as number 1.
The technician who came quickly made the repair with the parts that were sent. The repair didnt require in depth diagnostics, it was just three screws to replace the lint trap housing. But I havent any reason to give this repair less than five stars.
We had a wonderful positive technician. He took time to help us understand some things we could do to make our dishwasher clean better. I highly recommend him and the service they provide.

Came early and went to work and soon discovered my fuel pump was not working. The pump was ordered and came in at the correct time. An evaluation was made and it was determined to be okay.Over all a good price forMe on the time and price! Thanks
They were awesome! The repair man came at a good time, communicated well with me with how my appliances were doing, went above and beyond with cleaning out the dryer and behind the fridge, and finished it all in good time! I would highly recommend them
We have had a fridge not working. Ice was warming then fridge. Finally called someone as we had enough. Repair schedule 2 -3 weeks in advance. Comes and finds nothing wrong. Charged the fee to have him come out $100. Something is obviously still wrong. I am obviously upset this didnt get resolved.
Repairman called ahead to let me know he was on his way, I do find this helpful. He was very helpful to diagnose the problem with my washing machine, although too expensive to fix. He also did annual maintenance on my refrigerator and microwave.Scheduling on line was good, however, when the repairman showed up one of the repairs was not scheduled even though I had a confirmation. Again the repairman did a great job in taking care of the problem.
The service men who came to my home were polite, informative, and efficient. I am sure that my appliances were given expert analyze. I couldnt ask for better thank you.
I cant say enough about how prompt and professional my Sears serviceman was. He was friendly and more than knowledgeable. He zeroed right in on the problem and made the needed repairs to my lawn tractor in a timely manner. And guess what? He didnt make me feel stupid either! Im not easily impressed...but this was exceptional customer service.
The repair service guys I have delt with have all been great from Blaine to Chris and a few others I cant remember their names. Ill prob meet them in the future with how the quality of this dishwasher is going. No complaints on their part. The dishwasher that Ive had nothing but problems with on the other hand is thee biggest peace of crap i have ever owned. Other than that thank you guys for coming out so many times to fix it for me.

I am amazed that Sears Appliance Repair has decent reviews. We were scheduled to have our refrigerator repaired on June 15th and the repairman never showed up. We tried numerous times to contact him at the number given and no one returned our calls. On June 23 we called to see what the issue was and were told that we wouldnt be able to schedule a repair until July 11. Would not recommend and wont be working with Sears in the future.
The maintenance man was very thorough and explained what he was doing. He was carefull with the surroundings and cleaned up. I would recommend this service again.
Tech was very belligerent and left our appliance in a worst state than when he arrived. Ive always had positive experience with Sears repair professionals in the past, so I was very disappointed with the results here. He told us we would be better off purchasing a new oven (valued at $2500), rather than try to repair whatever had gone wrong with his repair.

It took THREE scheduled appointments to fix my fridge. I had to be available at my home WAITING for the repairman for each appointment from 1-5 p.m. I work full time and this was not easy to do. The first repairman showed up at almost 5 p.m. and stayed an hour and a half. Our family had reservations at a restaurant to celebrate a birthday and one family member had to stay behind with the repairman. Each repairman ordered a different part and scheduled the next appointment for about 10 days later. Why couldnt one appointment fix the problem? It took 30 days to complete the repair.
Mark was our technician. He was professional, efficient and went OUT OF HIS WAY to ensure the job was performed properly and quickly...A very pleasant experience when you can have a major appliance repaired as quickly as the technician could possibly make it happen. Hats off to Mark!!

Your service guys are great. the place from which you order the parts not so good had two washer motors ship to our home damaged and unusable which caused delays in getting the work complete in a timely manner. also was told about the service call fees. The phone fee was reduced by $30 dollars because of two appliances washer and dryer. yet the fee collected by the service guy was not. I called the center they didnt know what to do because the service was incomplete at the time. personally was tired of the hassle.Like I said service men are great the rest could use improvement.

The ice maker in our Kenmore fridge ceased working. The technician verified it needed replaced, agreed I could easily install it (two screws and an electrical plug). The part came with the electrical pig tail about 2 inches too short. Because it was ordered by the technician, they keep referring me to service; Service, upon finding out I got a wrong part refered me to parts... over and over and over again. I finally blew up over the phone at someone, expressed in no uncertain terms how totally messed up the Sears system is... I was referred back to service which then referred me back to parts... Finally a wonderful lady named Jennifer realized what was going on and outside the system sent a message to get me the right part. Its supposed to be here Monday, well see...
The technician was great. He was on time and professional. However, the amount time required to wait for the part was ridiculous. To be without a washer for almost 2 weeks was a great inconvenience.
1. The repairmen who came to diagnose the loud fan on the range (Joe), fix the loud fan on the range, do the annual maintenance check, and repair the dishwasher (Ed) were fantastic. They were competent and explained alot about the appliances. They were courteous, called first, and were on time. The parts they ordered came promptly.2. The trouble shooting for my refrigerator on the phone was ridiculous. The agent was erroneous in her guess of what might be wrong and whether it was covered under the protection agreement. When I explained that all my appliances were Sears and only 2 years old, she wanted to know if I would like a quote for a kitchen remodel. I requested to speak with a supervisor, my refrigerator will be diagnosed 10/22.3. I am disappointed that after only 2 years with very minimal use, 3 of my 6 new appliances need repair apparently because of shoddy workmanship from the factory.

This was the first of 3 annual service calls which I paid for and they sent a guy not completely certified, so he couldnt move the refrigerator to clean the coils or help me re-level the fridge which was not completely level from its original installation. Im not happy that I paid for a service where all the guy really did was test the ice dispenser.
Serviceman was very good, explained everything and quickly fixed the machine.
Repair guy came and said we were all fixed. Later that night our fridge quit working all together, we called support and were told we couldnt get anyone else out to look at our fridge again until the service guy filed his paperwork because it was within 24 hours. It was a complete joke! My husband called again the next day and was told it would take 2 weeks for someone to come back out, needless to day we called another Dells Electric in Pocatello and will be dealing with them rather than Sears!!
