They are the best nails team that I haven’t have before. Friendly and especially Minh, he doesn’t do nails but he is very friendly and helpful. He helped my mom so kindly to get on the car while she is on the wheelchair. The staff is so wonderful. I like them.

Walking in, my bestie and I were greeted and seated right away. As soon as we sat down, both mail techs kept pushing to have us go up on our pedicure packages that we were getting. The lady that was doing my pedicure kept hitting a sore (on my calf cover with a bandaid for protection) even after I pointed it out to her several times to remind her to be careful of it. I did end up getting my eyebrows done as well and the wax burnt me. Not sure if it the wax or what but this have never happened to me before.Don’t recommend, go at your own risk. I will stick with what I know.

A staff is warm and friendly. You should check them out. This 💅 salon is not pressed for business as one reviewer stated.. They have been around a long time.

Wonderful service and awesome people! I found Ti Nails by accident about 4 years ago. Id been going to a different salon where the nail tech cut all around my entire finger. Rose saw it and took care of me immediately. She was gentle and super careful. Now every time I come in the staff greets me with smiles and hellos. Prices are reasonable, and the staff works hard to make sure you are taken care of. Im frequently complimented on my nails, and especially my eyebrows which are always done beautifully. The Sunday hours are great as well. Huge fan of Ti, Rose, and the rest of the staff!

My nails have already lasted 2+ weeks! heading towards week 3! I didn’t have an appointment so it took a little while to get seated but once I did, the lady did my nails quickly and efficiently and I love them! I got acrylics with gel nail polish and it costed $35 :) I’d say book an appointment and check this place out!

Not clean at all. Nail tech went from doing my feet to doing my eyebrows without washing her hands and did not have gloves on the entire time. Had to stop and repeat myself a few times to clarify what I wanted while she was doing my toes. Prices are reasonable but not professional services at all.

I haven’t been since 2016 because I moved to another city. Today, I came back to get my nails done and the store is very different. So clean and more attractive. More color gel polish collection, Linda did my pedicure is very details then Shally did my refills is beautiful. The staff are new and they are very friendly and awesome. New owner is better. I will be back to them now.

All they care about is money from the next customer. Their work is whack not neat at all. Apart from the convenience of being near me,they are the worst. They are always in a hurry, when it comes to acrylic nails they pack on the powder making your nails look thick, you cant even scratch an itch. Try today nails off of queen chapel road they are better.

First time going and I walked in at 415pm for a pedicure on a Sunday in which they close at 5pm. My tech was Mimi. She was so nice and I didnt feel like she rushed my service at all. Everyone was pleasant. I will continue my service at Ti Nails.

I followed Linda from other shop, she is an amazing technician. I with her 3 years and she always done my nails and toes are perfect job. Linda is very detailed on my ful-set, fantastic design and last very long . I won’t never go to anyone else.

This is horrible this young lady did my sisters nails without a license they don’t look like it supposed to be she ask for a full set coffin and it looks like no shape I’m am not going to that nail salon again poor service was very rude and everything I think it should close down because I don’t make no sense how her nails are..... I also called today at 7:41 to ask how much is full set with jewels and she answered and rushed to hang up saying ok see you tomorrow even though I didn’t make a appointment

Nails were crooked, the tech who did them kept yanking my hand around. They arent even. Wont be returning.

The people there were very friendly toward me and my daughter. I came there to get my nails done a few times. They speak in their own language quite often, but that didnt ruin my experience. I only wanted to have my nails painted for the holiday. I liked the atmosphere and the how friendly they were (except for one lady, but thats why I didnt get my nails done by her).

I must say she did a great job on my eyebrows but my nails I feel she could have done better.

The service is great. However, occasionally, the place tends to have a customer that would give them a hard time. The event was making me feel uncomfortable to close by when it happened. I noticed that one lady at the place has a bit of a bad temper when dealing with difficult customer. Im not sure how long shed still be working there, but as long as you avoid her, your experience should be fine.

The only person to do your nails is this perfection is Linda. You might as well change your name to Rihanna because you will leave her salon looking so Fancy. I have been bite my nails a lot, I wouldnt stop bitting my nails if I dont meet Linda ; she told me NOOO and changed my habit. Came to her since high school, made me feel so proud to show my fancy nails in public. whenever I come to her nails salon, I feel so safe because her salon is the most cleanness in this area. Make sure when they tell you few minute wait you ask how many few minutes the wait really is! I had an event and gave them 2 hours to do a fill-in. Needless to say I left without my nails done pissed and no time to try somewhere else. They are so pressed for money they dont value their customers!! Switching salons where they value their customers as much as the money!!

Older woman appears to deliberately break nails then charge you to repair them. Oops my arse. My last visit was for a gel fill-in for a nail service that is roughly two weeks old. She ended doing them all over after systematically breaking the majority of them one by one. $65 later not sure what I was paying for. What a scam.

Please don’t waste your time or money! Worst nail job ever. I got a gel mani and a pedi. Not very clean and my nails were peeling less than 4 hours later. I can’t stress enough how terrible it looks. I knew i shouldn’t have gone in there - should’ve listened to my gut. I knew it! SmhThe tech was friendly but that’s about it. Thanks

Everytime I go its a wonderful experience terrycloth and her mom are great, love the shape of my nails and designs. Brought my 11 and 12 year old daughter their to get eyebrows done they lovedit. Was a great first experience for them. I recommend this place to friends everyone ask for terrycloth or her mom. Youll have a wonderful expirrnce

They do awesome pedicure.

I got a mani pedi for $25, which is great but you sacrifice cleanliness for that price. The tools they use arent sanitized between guests. Not only is that disgusting but you run the risk of getting some type of infection. When I sat down to get my manicure there were someone elses nail clipping still on the table with dirty nail clippers and other various tools. The woman taking care of me just casually went about her business like that wasnt a problem. So overall, if you want your nails done for cheap, this is your place. If you are at all concerned with sanitation, find another salon.

Lan(i think is the name) told me not to come back at their business because she charged me an extra $5 and I refused to let that happened,reason being she insited she design my toe nail but didnt tell me its a charge, she refused to finish my nail walking away with anger and talking in her native language, n pick up the nail polish with anger to pelt me but didnt!! Her reaction and behaviour towards me as a customer was very bitter and distasteful..

DONT go. Theyre okay at doing my manicure but never get your acrylic done there. Theyre so careless and dont even attempt to see if your nails are the same length.

Worst experience ever! ! The older lady reshaped my toenails into a dispicable shape and everything had to be fixed by Ti. It was hardly fixed as the polish they had was old, rendering my nails full of air bubbles when dry. I shouldve taken a clue from the woman ahead of me, who walked out without being serviced!

Went for a full set of coffin shapped nails. Shape was terrible in less then 24 hours the nail chipped.

Worst service of my entire lifetime. Had a horrible manicure. Manager is very rude. Look at the horrible manicure they did and had the nerve to charge me. Never going back ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
