Pedicure was amazing, however they tried to use the unsanitary foot grater/scraper and I said no. Then it got weird. I had asked for a manicure as well when I first arrived and I thought the person doing the pedicure would also do the manicure. Once the pedicure was done she told me to get up but didnt say where to go, so I just stood there. Finally after 5 mins of no response, one of the guys told me to sit down at a station, but it would be another 10 minutes until someone actually attended me. The wait wasnt bad, there just wasnt any communication so I didnt know what was going on. The second lady to do my nails filed my ring finger down to the quick, which was painful. When I complained and asked her to stop, they just switched me with someone else. The 3rd person, Lucy I believe, did a sloppy job on a basic manicure. Trimmed my cuticles unevenly, missing some parts and making me bleed in others. The lacquer job was uneven,I had to point at specific spots to get her to clean it up, but its still not good. Also the station was not clean, there was dust left from the previous clients. 3 stars for the amazing pedicure but 0 for everything else.

I’m not even really the type to write reviews about a place, but here goes. Initially when I came to this salon I thought it was a great place to go. The people were nice and the service was great. However, I accidentally broke a nail and went back to get it repaired. The older gentleman soaked my nail. But no one came back to fix my nail. I asked if someone could fix the nail because it was literally only one nail and I got completely ignored. And then they proceeded to talk about in their language. I’m sticking to black women doing my nails from now and I will not be coming back here.

It was my first time here today. Got the nail dip on my natural nails by Sarah. She was professional. The customer service was really good. I will be going back! They also serve snacks and little free gifts.

I saw good reviews and got a friends referral so thought I’d have a good experience but did not. My gel nails and regular pedicure chipped after only a week. I went back and they did a quick touch up only to have them chip again right after. The staff ask kept suggesting that I wasn’t honest about only having them for a week till I showed proof of payment. There’s also some waiting even with an appointment. Seems like a popular place but first time experience was disappointing.

Win did my nails and I love them 🥰 My rating is based off the customer service and result of my nails. If was looking for a more spa like ambience, then I would probably visit a different salon. But everyone here was very friendly and attentive, and I do plan on visiting again!

I just moved here from Arizona and I was sad to leave my nail tech behind but Im happy to have already found a place here that I love! I came in for my first time an hour before closing time and they saw me with a smile. I got the princess treatment with one gentleman on my hands and one on my toes at the same time all from the comfort of the massage chair. The service was very fast and they were so friendly. Also they shaped my nails perfectly with me having to say very little on how I wanted them (which I have a difficult time finding). The salon is spacious and cleanly with a simple but pleasing aesthetic. As an added bonus they let me pick two cute and stylish masks at the end for free as a thank you for my service. There were some other goodies I could have picked from as well. The prices were very reasonable and they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction! Over all they left a great first impression and I will be back. :)

Nice people but I’m not really a fan of how my nails were taken care of. My nails were drilled too much and caused me some discomfort. My nails came out pretty but I also care about the health of my nails. Nonetheless, win (the drilling was done by someone else) did a nice job and also gave me a hand mask that I thought was different

The service was great initially. I enjoyed the hot wax and the pedicure. I got gel nails on my natural nails and a regular pedicure. However, after six days my gel nails started lifting. They only lasted for a week. I won’t be getting gel nails here, but maybe come back for pedicures. Also there was a wait time even though I had made an appointment. The lady who did my nails was nice though. The three stars is for my non gel pedicure which lasted a lot longer than the gel nails. Bummer :(

Nguyen is awesome! He takes his time and is very meticulous about filing, drilling, polishing, and shaping my nails. I am particular about my nail shape and he is very patient. I also love the paraffin wax after my nails are done. I almost didnt write a review cause I wanted to keep this place to myself! My nail tech of over 10yrs retired, so I was worried I would not find a new place...so glad I did!

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here less than 2 weeks ago to get a gel manicure and pedicure done. Wasted almost $80 on this trash place. Within a week my gel nails were chipping. Went back and they fixed everything cos they saw how atrocious it looked. I tipped again for them to fix their botched job. Then my toe polish started chipping a few days later. Almost all my toe polish is off. Everywhere else Ive gone to to for pedicure, my polish lasts months! This is the first time that within a week my pedicure polish came off. Im never going back here and I suggest you listen to the 1 star review. I saw a girl left a review about her nails chipping a few days later and didnt listen, until it happened to me. I think these good reviews are fake like someone else mentioned. This is the worst nail shop Ive ever been to and wanted to warn others.

Lucy did my acrylic nails. I told her to freestyle and she did a great job with the design! Lien did my pedicure. I had a broken toenail and she used a wrap to give me the perfect pedicure. All in all, it was a wonderful experience! Would come again!

As a first time customer, I am leaving super satisfied with the service.Update: my index fingernail chipped the next day, Lucy was able to fix it ASAP. She didn’t charge me to fix the nail. I was online searching for a nail salon where I am comfortable. I saw this shop with some pleasant reviews. I thought it was to good to be true, so my daughter and I check it out today. I received a manicure and tips with gel polish. My tech was Lucy and she was a breath of fresh air. She was the 4th tech and only tech that got my ingrown nail. Lucy did a super job on my nails. My daughter didn’t catch the gentleman name who did her service. My daughter said he did a great job and I do agree. It’s a professional shop with reasonable prices, great work. The nail tech Win was very professional and did an amazing job with my nails. But my problem with this nail salon is the owner Sara and the Caucasian man at the front they told me to next time to pay with cash and I noticed they were also telling other clients to bring cash instead. They have a huge problem with debit cards they made me pay with CASHAPP because they refused to take my card Which makes it seem like they are a not legitimate business. and lastly The Reason Why you see a lot of good reviews is because they put Customers on the spot to give them FAKE REVIEWS….

This place has been really good. I have been coming since every other nail shop had closed during covid and Sarah has never disappointed me. There is a always some free gift and a smile and they 100% do more than a lot of these nail shops out here. Their prices have remained reasonable and I continue to come for pedicures because of the cleanliness that they keep the pedicure stations in.

The best nail salon experience ever! Ive found my home. They have free lime and sugar scrub, refreshments, free hot hand waxing and on top of that you get not one but two free mask with your service. All I can say is WOW

I did a full set with gel. Win was my nail tech and he did a great job. He found the color I wanted exactly and even did the design I wanted! He was extremely nice and it only took maybe an hour. He was very detailed and at the end I got this wax thing on my hand. It felt great and then he used an aloe lotion that felt great. I definitely plan on coming back!

I was actually reading about this place online and always wanted to go here. When I walked in they were pretty busy but they were worth the wait my nails came out better then expected.Update: After 2 weeks the gel nail polish started chipping & the nails became fragile.

I was frustrated and almost about to give up on nail shops in the DMV area. I was about to start heading North to get my nails done UNTIL today! I had just did a quick search on Google and Spring Nails & Spa popped up and they was about to open!!! I walked in like a whirlwind (just got off work). I asked to my nails soaked off and a full set. Win listen to me and what I wanted. Little does he know I was getting emotional because its been a long time since Ive had a nail tech listen and actually do what I requested. I take pride in my nails, it makes me feel good when I can look down at my nails. I watched every brush stroke and care given (I am a walking billboard for you and your business) and they look good from beginning to end. I am beyond pleased and I look forward to coming again. This place would be almost perfect except there was one customer without his mask on and it took another customer complaining before anyone told him to put it on. Otherwise, I got an amazing gel manicure at a great price. They staff were professional and friendly. I definitely would recommend, but I hope they can be stricter on their masking policy.

This spa is new but not pricey always something new to offer her guest the spa owner is very nice always smiling and when you spend 50 or more you leave with a gift of appreciation
