Best nail shop been going there for almost four years make sure make you ask for meme shes amazing

The customer service is truly lacking here. No one greets you as you walk in and they take even longer to acknowledge you. Took a very long to be seen, only for my clear polish to be chipping the next day! Truly felt as though my service was rushed. It was a true waste of my money and time.

I have been here a couple times, I live down the street. Vanessa and Jenni are great technicians with wonderful customer service. I usually get short natural eyelashes for $30, wax for $8, and maybe tips around $40 with gel. I think sometimes you can have a long wait so plan to chill if its busy. Ask for them though, theyre the best!

I read the reviews on this location before I went, so first I would like to say thank you to everyone who left information. I was greeted when I entered and was told I could be assisted in 10 mins. To my surprise I was fortunate to get Ms. True and yes she is about her profession. The other ladies including Ms. Van; who were there seemed to be artist and busy as well. Heads up people no tips on cards cash only, is the only detail no one mentioned.

I did my gel manicure last monday, my gel start peeling after two days, I called them to get them fixed, they guy didnt like the idea that I was fixing them and was rude when he talked to me because I told him he was missing to fix one he said oh yeah now you gonna start picking them and kept talking on his language. When he was done he said make sure you dont mess them up again honey and here are my nails 2 days later!They lasted nothing!!!! NOT COMING BACK AGAIN!!! IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY!

Been going ro this salon for about 6 years now. My tech is the best and she stays booked and busy! I always come out on top. I tip well, so I get treated well!!!

Today me and my mother went to get our feet and nails done and there was a Asian lady eating with no Consciousness of being professional in front of guest so I was taking back by that and they also need more workers to help out with the flow of customers that come in

OG is a beast! Friendly staff but not overly fake friendly lol. 10am-6PM covid hours. I will never go back to my old spot 🤷🏾‍♀️🥰

Hit or miss type of nail salon. I stick to one person and she knows what she’s doing. The nail tech’s name is True, she’ll get you right every time. If you want to book her, be sure to call early because she’s usually busy

I waited inside a pedi chair for over 40 minutes without being soaked just waiting for a tech to start. This will be the last time I come here

The worst nail salon that I have ever been in. Dried up acreillic still around your nails and they think that it is nice looking. Do not ever go to this salon you will be truly disappointed.

Ive been to this place 3 times. The first time was fine but the second and third time, I sat down and waited for 30-45min, only to end up leaving. No one came to check on me during this time, inform me how long it would take or anything. Clearly they dont care about losing or serving paying customers. Will not be going back again.

I’ve been coming here for 3 plus years and have always done my nails by Tina she takes her time and makes sure I like the results! Always call ahead of time for appointments tho because they’re always busy!

I have known this establishment for 10 years now. I dont her my nails done regularly however I like the effort and work they do for the price they charge. They have an incentive card which is good for those who go often. Its clean and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fun fact: you can SMELL this nail salon from the sub place THREE doors down. If that says anything about the products they’re putting on your body you probably shouldn’t go there. I got a sub and came out smelling like acrylics.

Came to this salon this evening for a refill because Nail Tiki was closed for the evening. I HAVE NEVER HAD A RUDE EXPERIENCE AT A SALON LIKE I DID HERE!!!! I did not like the way one of my nails were filled in and I asked the gentleman that was doing my nails if he could fix it. He got nasty with me and told me that if I didn’t like it, I could walk out without any polish and let someone else do my nails, “this ain’t Hollywood” is what he said as I stood up. I explained that I’m paying for a service and all I’m simply asking is for him to correct one nail. He then told me to leave. I WILL NEVER PATRIN THIS SALON AGAIN!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!!! It’s not worth it here!

Went in for a simple filling. they charged me more than what it said on there price menu she took half an hour which is super fast for me and the work showed it. I had to ask her to reshape my nails because they were all jaggedy and the Polish got bubbly because she put too much I just dried them and left. The service was too fast and not professional looking in my opinion, def not coming back. Going home to repaint them myself.

After going to to a bad nail salon on the same day and having a bad experience i went here and got my nails done by Tina she did and amazing job went above nd beyond made sure everything was perfect i was so happy with my nails before she even finished and when she finished i was in love

I brought my mom here today because she’d been asking me to take her to get a pedicure for a while. Unfortunately our experience here was not pleasant. My moms nail tech talked too much. She was gossiping with other coworkers, making comments about how rough my moms feet were (that’s really rude to say about someone), and she wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing. My moms feet are not well done, she seemed upset that my mom was choosing a different color for her toes than for her nails, she chastised my mom for having too short nails. That’s not what i came here for. I brought my mom here to make her feel good, i don’t need a stranger making her feel bad. That’s very rude and disrespectful and she half assed her job. When she did her manicure, she cut her cuticles so short my mom was actually bleeding midway the manicure and she stopped our manicures midway to ask if i could pay upfront as if i wasn’t going to pay after the service was done. Overall it was a bad customer service experience and i paid $70 to put my mom through something so embarrassing. The only reason i am giving them two stars is because my nail technician actually did a good job on me. But again, i came here for my mom and i feel she was mistreated.

I had a terrible experience coming here, I came in one day and they didn’t even acknowledge me! I waited there for a good 40 minutes. I wrote my name down and what I wanted to get done. I noticed that they were attending other clients that got there after me, I figured they had appointments so I didn’t think much of it until I noticed it was constantly happening, I continue to wait and then after almost an hour the lady who usually does my nails comes up to me and tells me she can’t do my nails, i told her yeah that’s totally fine i’m here waiting for anyone who can do my nails. she then was talking to this other lady and told me that she would do my nails and they continued to talk in there language and then told me to wait 30 minutes, those 30 minutes passed to then tell me she can’t do my nails she has other clients, i had enough at this point, i proceed to tell her that’s okay but why is that i’ve been here for almost 2hours now and it took you guys 40 minutes to acknowledge me, and even after that you guys discussed about you doing my nails and told me to wait, she could’ve told me there and then that she had another client but not they allowed me to wait those 30 minutes to then finally tell me they can’t take me in. They didn’t even apologize, the day was even laughing. This wasn’t my first bad experience, they are extremely rude if you ask nicely to fix something they will get an attitude with you to the point where i had this lady hand me a file and told me to fix it and i looked at her and told her no because i am paying you to do it, she rolled her eyes and continued to fix it but with an attitude the whole entire time. I do not recommend this place at all. i’m actually really surprised it’s even open because before i started having these issues here there were other lady’s having the same problem while i was there. If they had the option to let me give them zero stars i would.

I had a pedicure there on a Sunday, I left with my left ankle bleeding

Just witnessed a technician run water for a pedicure and didnt clean out bowl. When I called her out, she act like she didnt understand. The lady she was running the water for asked had it been cleaned and she said yes. I was sitting there when the other lady left and all they did was remove towels. She went to get something to clean bowl. The lady left. Ask them to clean bowl in front of you.

The staff is very helpful and professional. They always use new, clean instruments. They listen to and follow my wishes. My nails look good.

Terrible service. Came here today because this place is close to my job. I asked for a pedicure and was given a basic one not offered any other type. It was quick so I had no problem. Then I was told to wait 5 minutes for one of the male employees to finish with another customer before starting my hands. I had no problem. 35 minutes went by and I asked the lady who did my pedicure when someone will help me. She told me everyone is busy I have to wait. Mind you, this guy is sitting on his phone and has been done with his customer for 15 minutes now. I told her I only have an hour left before I have to be at work and asked how much longer I will have to wait. She asked if I can come back later. I said Ive been waiting 40 minutes now and you told me 5 minutes 35 minutes ago. She laughed. So I asked again how long will i have to wait? She said 30 min. Im trying to figure out why I wasnt told this when I walked in there were 4 staff members not working and now I have to wait even though I came before everyone? Please do not waste your time coming here. The manager just watched the entire thing, said nothing, and made no attempt to resolve the situation. Terrible customer service.

Ask for Tru!! She does the best eyebrows! Ive recommend all my friends and family to her and she does each of our brows differently to match our face perfectly!

Although the nail tech was very nice and friendly his technique was awful. My nails looked like a 5 year old did them and the almond shape was uneven. Will not be returning.

Though I love my Techs work (Vaneesa), that place is dirty and most of the time poor customer service. They got an extra star because of my technician.

It was okay. They were nice but idk how clean they are with the tools. I have a small cut on my thumb, hopefully they cleaned their tools enough that not infection happens. Also I paid $15 for a pedicure, def not worth the price.

For the price you pay, the service is ok. No assortment of regular nail polish so if you want that, bring your own. Dont expect great things of this spot. Most of the tech work well, not all tho. The acrylic they use good quality tho.

Worst Nail salon ever pedicure was only feet washing and polish and nails didnt have proper coatings so I got my $ back after everyone act if they didnt understand that they did a terrible job

The customer service is ridicolous. I️ called on Thursday to set an appointment with Vanessa, she claimed I️ could come on Saturday at 9 am, yet when I️ walk in she is working on someone else’s nails, as if they opened early. I️ will NOT be returning. The work is good but the customer service is terrible.

Its horrible. The guy in there is disrespectful. He used foul language in front of children. He assaulted a customer and theyre horrible at doing nails. They put acrylic on my cuticle. Terrible place to go!!!!

The worst customer service ever. I went in at 9:50 and after 30min of waiting this girl came in and talked to one of the nail technician and said you guys seem really busy but can u take me and she did as soon as she was done with the person she was doing. It was really unfear but i let it go and waited 15 more min and i had to tell them how long more before i can get my nail done they said 10min. I waited 10min but they still couldnt get no one to do my nail. And the funny thing was it was morning they just opened the place wasnt really that busy. I waited 1hr 15min so i walked out, i waited all that time. Never go to this place its the worst.

Customer service was not good at all. I waited for 30 minutes before I was called and the nailTech who knew I was next purposely walked past me and asked everyone else who’s next?I thought that was extremely rude and disrespectful. The manager then argued that I wasn’t waiting for 30 minutes when clearly I was. I refused to give their business my money after their lack of customer service and remorse.

I have vitiligo at the tip of my finger tips. It was pretty obvious that they were talking trash about it in their everyday rice eating ass language. People are different, you guys touch nasty feet all day, my vitiligo cannot harm u one bit. 1 star.

Sometimes a bit unorganized. Always something when you go..either workers arguing with each other or workers arguing with clients. Appointments almost always mean nothing but Tru is the best nail tech.

I have been going to Nail Trix for three years now. I have had thick eyebrows my whole life but going to so many different places have severely thinned my eyebrows. When i met Tru, she took me under wing and she took her time with me. Everytime I leave Nail Trix, I look like a whole new person. Ask for Tru, if you want a really good eyebrow drop!

Second time going for a quick/cheap mani-pedi. The first time the experience was good enough to get me to go back. The second time I had the most rude and condescending nail tech Ive ever experienced. Quite possibly ever in customer service. She spoke down to me about my foot care and said that if I didnt come back every two weeks she would charge me double...I couldnt tell if she was joking or being serious buy it was ridiculous. When the manicure part came she asked what shape I wanted and when I took a moment to answer she said, well uhh...uhh. What kind of service is that? I sat slumped in my chair hoping not to get on her bad side, again. I got out of there as soon as my nails felt remotely dry.This tech was impossibly rude. The rest of the folks there are nice enough but I wouldnt take the chance of getting her again. Their polishes are thinned out and service is now subpar.
