Got these done 4 days ago and I have 4 broken nails! They literally just popped off while doing everyday tasks. The clear finish is also peeling! Spent $50 on this set and have to get them redone in less than a week! Don’t let the young guy do your nails.

Bebe was great! My feet are so bad. My heels get really cracked and hurt so bad. She got all the cracks gone and.did it without hurting me! I will definitely go back to her. Wish I had before photos to show the HUGE difference!

I got the green tea jelly pedicure which was fine and I wasnt asked about the kind of manicure I wanted - so I received a regular manicure. The tech was pleasant but did a bad job polishing my toes and nails. She was given a 20% tip for mediocre service. I wont return.

The owner Lucy will rip your original natural eyelashes out if you let her remove the ones she put on. You have been warned. I fired them 3 days ago. If you want high quality service for your lashes and brows then go to Lily’s in Largo, MD because Nail Pizazz is trash. Lily had to fix there bad work.

My nails are not at all what I asked for. Nail tech didn’t want to do my nails. It was apparent. She kept suggesting a French manicure. She kept saying that they didn’t have the colors that I asked for. They did. I saw it on the wall. I settled for this horrible clear. Now I’ll go home and use my own gel. She was extremely rough. I told her many times to stop being and pinching my toes and nails. She didn’t even put any lotion on my hands or even clean up the acrylic left over. Don’t to go here. There are better places to go to. Never again. Waste of money.

This is my second time visiting and I have absolutely zero complaints. Cindy has been my go to (first booth on the left). Customer service is amazing, my spa pedicure is out of this world and I love how she puts her own touch to my designs. I also had my eyebrows arched today and I have no complaints. My mom received a manicure and said she was very satisified.

I totally like going to this nail salon. Miss the wine and champagne served before the pandemic. It really relaxed me after a long week. David does excellent work and is very quick. Totally awesome shop.

I got a Gel Pedicure the lady took her time and did a great job then l also got a brow tint was really nice also not too dark like l asked her, l would come back to Nail Pizazz again for sure

When you first walk in you have to check in on a tablet. It’s very quick and efficient. I was seated within 5 minutes which was great. My nail tech was Tina and she did an amazing job. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Prices were a little higher than I usually pay but the service was so good that I think they deserve it.

This was my first visit and my daughter referred me to go there. I have to say I was not disappointed. Babe is a Queen from heaven. She treated my feet like they were gold. I told her I had a in grown toenail and I had been to other different spots and no one to get it out. But Ms BeBe she did the doggone thang. I was very pleased with my experience and I will be returning.

My toes came out great and my nails were fine but I am so upset at my eyebrows. Do not let Diane do your eyebrows she doesn’t know what she’s doing!!! I want to cry I have naturally thick eyebrows and she made them look terrible. I’m so upset because she shouldn’t have offered to do them knowing she’s not good at it, I don’t see how she saw my eyebrows and thought it was acceptable to do them like this. I’m so mad because now I can never come here again and I actually liked my toes and nails!!!!

Very disappointed with my service. I called to schedule an appointment and was told to come at 7:30pm. The gentleman who sits in the front right, David he said his name was, insisted I stayed instead of rescheduling considering the salon was closing. The technician started my pedicure, according to my receipt her name is BeBe, otherwise she would not tell me, did not know how to clean the dead skin from around the toe nails, so she clipped at my skin until I requested that shed ask someone else for assistance. Another woman helped her before leaving. I was rushed to leave before my toes were done drying and even had the police called on me because David THOUGHT I acted a certain way. I was racially profiled, the skin around my toes is chopped up, and I did not get my services completed. I am going on vacation with my toes damaged and no gel manicure as I was told Id receive. I asked for the manager and owners name and neither David or BeBe would tell me. This salon does not use sterile supplies nor clean them with alcohol and reuses the sponges and brushes without cleaning them, which is complete unsanitary. Very unhappy with my service.

I have been a regular customer for about a year and I have noticed the quality of my nails and the customer service has gone down tremendously. Usually I only get pedicures but I decided I wanted to get a full set. I came in a week ago and the guy doing nails in the front was EXTREMELY rude and after that experience I will never be back. He did my nails wrong and I did not ask for anything complicated, just a simple french tip. He had an attitude and he cut me with the drill. He saw that my finger started bleeding and he did not care nor did he apologize. Its been a week and my nails are already cracking on the sides. My nails are also different shapes and lengths. Worst experience ever. You just lost a loyal customer.

I was recommended by a friend. Walked in and the place was spotless. I got serviced quickly. The Jelly Pedi is amazing! They serve complimentary beverages. My eyebrow tinting was done to perfection! The staff was friendly and funny and the gave THE BEST SERVICE. I will say they are on the expensive side but idc. The good experience was enough to make me not care about a 55.00 pedi. My nails were perfect. I got everything I asked for without having to correct them. I am a new, happy customer.

David did an excellent job! Great customer service and quick. My pedicure was great too by a lady very quiet, I dont know her name but I WILL BE BACK!!!Ella took care of me today! She took her time on my nails and toe nails. She followed directions well and gave me exactly what I asked for.

I showed her a picture and she replicated it flawlessly. This was my first time, so I’m not sure about the other techs but I can say all around positive vibez-other customers were smiling, laughing & appeared to leave satisfied. Also noticed that some customers were frequent patrons and had established relationships with the techs. I will be back!!

Im disappointed with my service. I made an appointment online and no confirmation. I called to confirm and when I show up nobody checked or asked about people with an appointment. I check in and put the names of who I request to do my nails, but when its my turn I didnt get any of the names I asked for. My pedicure was easy for them but expensive, but my nails... they said they could do the design I asked for, but they really couldnt. This is for my baby shower and Im so unhappy.

The service by my nail tec was fine. I would have given it 5 stars. While I was waiting, an employee suggested that I sit RIGHT NEXT to another lady in the pedicure section. Umm, maam, you know we are supposed to be 6 FEET AWAY FROM EACH OTHER!?!? I told her that I would wait.Other than that, the nail tec wiped the chair after the other customer exited.

This place is clean. The staff is professional, considerate, and friendly. They do a great job. I always get exactly what I ask for and the price is reasonable. Nancy is the nail technician that assists me biweekly and she’s great! I would recommend this place to anyone. I recommend you go early so you don’t have to wait but even then, the wait is not unbearable.I do recommend that they add bottled water and wine to make it a more relaxing environment.

I went in early this morning to get a pedicure and full set gel. I was greeted by a nice woman and then someone else sent me to the back. I was serviced by Rose for all the services I received. The pedicure wasn’t anything special so I can’t complain about that. The gel set that I received was not what I expected. The design wasn’t exactly what I asked for but I was okay with that. As I continue to look at my nails I see how different they are and the shapes are all over the place instead of uniformed. I have some square, some coffin and some I don’t know what it is. I would recommend getting your eye brows arched. That was the plus to this. It was really expensive and I probably won’t return.

This place used to owner by an older Chinese woman whom often traveled back home & back to the us. She was a WONDERFUL BROW TECH she was the only person I let do my brows for the last 7 years. Sadly there are new owners who can not perform the same. The nails pizazz that this used to be is not the same. If you’re an old customer like me then you know things have changed not for the better. Sad I wish she didn’t sell the shop

Ive been here a few times since its right across the street from my house and Ive never had a bad experience. They serve you water or wine while you get your services done and their pricing is much reasonable than the place I normally go to. They are nice and professional and take their time. I definitely plan on making this my regular spot.

First time and I just just go back. A hit on the pricey side. They will sell you on everything to rack up a hefty bill, if you let them.

Terrible service. Ann, my tech, was not professional. She was on the phone for the first 20 mins of doing my feet. She rushed to do my feet, did not do a good job, failed to use the toe divider as my toes kept sticking, and continuously jammed my toes with the Gel UV light machine. Never patronizing this place again.

I love this place. Their prices are worth it for the quality service they offer. I got fake nails done at the salon next to them called t&y nails and the lady was rough with my skin and didnt do what I asked. Here at famous nails though theyll do what you want plus theyll suggest something different that could look better. If you say no to their suggestion they respect that and try not to pressure you into getting something you dont want. They are sweet and always accept walk in if they have enough staff.

Today I went in for a Fill In... it took 4 salons before I found one that was honoring walk ins. I was greeted and seated as soon as I got there. Cindy held me down with the Fill In and the conversation so I appreciate her very much. I’ll be back for sure

Very nice, clean, and great service! I wish I remembered the girl who did my pedicure but she was so sweet and nice. She greeted me and said thank you for coming in the most sincere way. I was one of the last clients to come in at 5 and I didnt leave till after 7. They really took their time with me and made sure my nails were perfect. I will drive out there again only for this place.

I always come here to get my eye brows done. I love it. They dont rush, they take their time and make sure u love it before u leave.

Did not like lashes. Didnt have time 2 go else where I ask her 2 give me $5 off I will pay 25 instead of 30. She wouldnt even do that so thats crazy. Everywhere else you go you pay $25 thats it they dont charge you for how thick you want and all that I feel like you trying to get over. So if you want people to come back then you do whats necessary to make them come back. But I will never come back there to get my eyelashes done again.

I got a gel manicure cure and an eyebrow wax and Im so happy with the results! I love getting my nails done here its my favorite spot. In fact I dont get my brows done anywhere else there waxing prices are great and the manicure price was reasonable. But all around I love this spot.

First time here and I love the outcome of my eyebrows. She was able to properly shape my eyebrows. I’ll def come again.

This was my first time here and I was being referred by a friend. I am a mother of a 10-month-old baby and I also work full-time so its very difficult for me to do my own nails at home. Erika was amazing! We talked story the whole time and she politely asked for my opinion on color shades, designs, amount of glitter etc.. this meant it would come out exactly how I expected! Absolutely love this place! Ill be back in a few weeks!

I’ve been a customer here for years. I find the atmosphere to be relaxed and friendly. After Mr. Le retired, I had Cindy give me a pedicure. I see her exclusively. She keeps my toenails healthy and she takes time to make sure my feet are healthy as well as attractive. I always receive compliments on her work on my feet.

Checked in today for the first time for a pedicure and full set! The salon is clean and well maintained. Saturdays is by appointment only, so you dont feel rushed or like you are being rushed out the door. They take their time with each client and make sure you are happy with the shape, color and design. The owner is a great nail artist and attentive to detail. Highly recommend.

The man continues to take advantage of the fact that it was my first time getting my nails done at a salon and did my nails very poorlyAnd he also continued to get up and walk away after I told him I was on a 45 min break and I only got a gel I would not be attending here anymore and I don’t recommend it

Got my first manicure ever here and it was a great experience. My nail technician Kathy did a great job and the did really well with shaping and cutting my cuticles. I was worried since I havent had anyone handle my nails since I was little but I didnt feel a thing when she did them. I got the gel manicure which was not including . We made a reservation for 7 at 1pm and we waited about 10 minutes as they finished up, one person from our party had to wait a until one of the techs finished with us but that was expected for a group of our size. Overall it was a good first experience.🌹🌺🌹😍🌷🌹🌷🌷🌻🤓🌷🌺🌺

I have tried nail places all over in Hyattsville and some were okay but I LOVE it at this place. Im making this my regular go to place for my pedis. Id recommend making an appointment though because they do get really busy at times, but if you do walk-in and wait I assure you the wait is so well worth it!
