Very clean, staff was extremely pleasant. My only shadows are that I had some bubbles in the polish. Also the customers were a bit loud however there is no control that

Bad experience!! I got a fill in on my acrylic nails and I did gel polish pedicure. Would not go there again! The owner Sandy seemed rushed when she helped me. My toenails were left very fragile like if she buffed too much of my nail and my nails from my hand were left in terrible shape. She did not shape my nails and she left one sideways they were all out of proportion, two days later one of them broke I went the next day to get it fixed, she practically kicked me out saying u could come later or tomorrow after she saw two new customers come after me, she preferred to help them first. Terrible customer service, would not recommend at all!!

Went in for a a fill and a pedicure, the person seemed as though they didnt know what they were doing, they were so shaky the whole time and i had nail polish all over my toes. as for my nails they completely ruined the shape of my nails when i asked for a simple fill and a replacement, the replacement nail didnt even look slightly like the rest of my nails. horrible experience wouldnt recommend

I got my aclyric nails done at this place and my nails started to break off the next day. I went back for them to fix they left my nails. They left them even worst.

I went to luxury twice to get my nails done. The first time I went I got white tips with gel. $45. The lady that did my nails did not file them evenly and the gel began to lift around the base of nails within a couple of days. None of my nails were correctly shaped and she hurt my fingers several times while filing.Yesterday I went back for a fill-in thinking if I did not see the same person my experience would be different. IT WAS WORSE. I wanted matte nails that were supposed to be ballerina shaped. She caked on nail polish and it did not even look matte. My nails are not filed right AGAIN even after I pointed it out to her and this fill was $35. Do not go to them!!!!The picture on the top left is what I wanted and the others are what my nails look like. I am so upset, I wouldnt give any stars if I could

First they only accept cashapp or zelle. The man in the corner got up several times to smoke in the middle of doing my gel manicure. I had my nails done for 4 days and they are chipping. Would not go back again.

I wish I was able to give this place zero stars. This was my first visit to this salon and I am beyond dissatisfied with the service that was given. I visited this place on a Saturday 7/6/19 @4pm around 10pm my gel polish had started to bubble up and peel off. The man nail tech who did my nails use entirely too much acrylic on my overlay so my fingers look massively bulky, lumpy and improperly shaped smh. My pedicure nail polish chipped off on the corner of my big toe and he didnt properly shape those either, he filed the middle down but the left the corners of my toenails sharp. This was the worst nail experience Ive ever had and I paid 80 dollars all for both my hand and feet to start messing up in less than 24 hours. Do not spend your money at this place.

Horrible! don’t go here! my nails were horrible there unprofessional get upset because they don’t know how to do any new designs or shape! nails were bulky designs and one was slanted it was horrible wish i could get my money back ridiculous

Horrible... came for standard manicure and pedicure, run away after the pedicure. The master wasn’t really speaking English and could not understand what I’m asking. I was just asking to cut my nails short and then paint. Instead of cutting evenly he just chopped the middle part and made the nail of squared shape with the sharp corners. I tried to explain for 5 min that I wanted everything to be smooth, was pointing at the exact spot I wanted to be removed over and over 🤦🏼‍♀️ Never coming back.

Sandy is the best nail technician Ive ever had. Ive never been faithful to a nail salon until i met Sandy a year ago. My nails, which would never grow, are now long beautiful and healthy. Worth every dollar and more.

Tammy is bomb 💣 ! She does my gel pedicure and is quick and efficient each two weeks. She also does a great job with my lashes as well, makes them look natural and is very safe and careful around the eyes. The prices are VERY FAIR! And they serve FREE WINE during services! Everyone there is very kind to me and make sure Im seen quickly. I only get my gel pedicures done here now.

OMGEEE Im sitting here getting a much needed pedicure & FRANK is the MAN! This is the place to come!!!

The service was rushed and made me feel uncomfortable and my business unwanted! I paid for a gel full set and a pedicure. They charge extra for every little detail. I paid $5 for the shape I wanted (oval), $5 for the length (petite nail more so natural length) & $20 for only 4 designs. So $30 extra for my details. I paid $35 for a rushed french pedicure. Which is not bad at all except for the paint job LOOKED & WAS RUSH! I had clear polish all over the skin of my toes. So I went home and had to fix them myself because my trust level with this salon now is nonexistent. On top of all of that, she pretty much was staring me down for a tip. I thought that was very rude. I also now know they do not sanitize and/ or use brand new equipment while servicing your hands and feet. YIKES! HYGIENE & SANITATION SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN LIGHTLY IN THIS FEILD OF WORK. UNACCEPTABLE! I will not be returning to this establishment at all!!!!! Very poor customer service and just over all establishment. GET IT TOGETHER!

Love this new nail salon. I recommend them to everyone. They did a wonderful job on my daughter and I nails. I also got a message on a precise visit and it was amazing. Great prices and fast service.

Miss Sandy did my pedicure she has great work ethic. My pedicure felt amazing. I will continue to go there for my pedicures.

I walked in at 8:11pm and i was told to come back tomorrow when the shop doesn’t close until 9pm. Workers are just sitting around and he said I couldn’t be seen. Completely unprofessional and i will be reporting that as well. Do not post hours you can not commit to.

I am a creature of comfort so to try a new salon was scary but I had one of the best pedicures I have ever had! Frank was the best!

Customer service is terrible, I waited 3 hours, then was asked to leave because it was too many people. The nail tech was digging in her nose and tried to continue doing other people’s nails. There was a peculiar smell that fumigated the salon, almost like bodily fluids. Over priced. Never Again! Review A -1.

Everyone was really nice, and even just the regular pedicure had me feeling like I was at a real Spa. A great place to get your nails done for sure!

It hasnt been a week and my nails are falling off. Plus I waited for an hour for a terrible job. The customer service was nice but it wasnt worth the wait.

I will never go to this nail salon again. Within a week of getting my nails done, four of them have broken off. One broke the same night I got them done so I went and got it fixed the next day. When I went in to get the other three that broke fixed, they tried to charge me 10 dollars to fix their subpar work. I have never had this many nails break in such a short amount of time since I started getting my nails done. GO TO PG NAILS INSTEAD it is the next block over.

Horrible customer service, the lady with the birth mark on her face made my nails extremely shorter than what they already were, i asked her to change the shape of my nails which is a $5 upcharge, she just up right told me no, and then she told me she was doing square, after when i tild her she wasnt doong square i wasnt paying for a service of what she wanted to do with MY nails, then she continued with an attitude, she also tried to make me pay $10 extra for her to do my nails, she stated that she was off so since she was off i had to pay extra for her having to stay longer after i switched nail tech she continued to say as if she wasnt off. she then began to keep walking over by the new nail tech, i will never come back again

Horrible experience the nail tech Cindy caked on gel nail polish. Which wasnt neat at all...she was very rude and had a bad attitude. The service was horrible. She filed my nails any type of way and blamed it on my natural nails not being super long. Ive never had that issue anywhere else. She lied when I asked her who was the manager and she said pointed to her name.Peter was very polite and did a great job on my pedi.

Hours here on google are incorrect. Customer service there doesn’t exist and to add insult to injury this happens to be one of the most out dated salons in the area. Save yourself the trip :)

The staff was polite and friendly. I had a gel mani done here and it lasted a full two weeks. Ive had gel manis done elsewhere and the polish chipped after a few days. This will be my new go-to nail salon.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST NAIL SHOP IVE EVER BEEN TOO!!! I went and got my nails done on thursday and by tuesday all my nails were ruined. my real nails are all taken off and bleeding and i would be doing simple tasks. my nails look horrible the customer service is horrible. dont ever go here

I went there for a full leg wax, but I wouldnt recommend going here for that. They arent experienced in large area wax( i.e. Legs) and dont have the necessary materials. The esthetician was too rough and didnt finish. Im not satisfied with the job.

This is a fairly new business in this shopping center. All the staff were very friendly. The nail tech who serviced me was Le. I went on a Thursday around 3pm and it was only one other customer there. I started out only wanting a basic mani / pedi but because the service was great I decided to indulge and got the exfoliating scrub with hot towels, gel mani, and my eyebrows waxed also. Le was very talkative and funny we had great conversation as she took her time on my nails. Good prices, customer service and the atmosphere makes this place a definite hidden gem in this shopping center! I plan to make it my new go-to nail salon!

TERRIBLE!!!!! I went on august the 3rd for a fill in and everything was ok until the man doing my nails started to be kinda pushy and trying to get me to do gel nails and I told him no and he still persisted that I get it and I continued to say NO ! Until he stopped asking and just continued with doing my nails so everything was fine until these other ladies walked in and then thats when he started trying to rush me out of his seat because he didnt even paint my nails correctly (PS NONE OF THEM KNOW HOW TO PAINT NAILS ITS TERRIBLE!!) so when we officially got done he told me to sit and wait for them to dry under the light before he walked away i asked him how long does he want me to let it dry he said 1hr and a half then hit me on the shoulder like I was some type of man which this made me feel kinda uncomfortable afterwards then I went home everything was fine then I woke up the next morning august the 4th and I noticed my nail broke and I just received a fill in I was so disappointed when I went to them to get a repair the lady took me when I told her I wanted a repair that was it she was pushy about gel color and blah blah blah I said no so when we went to look for the color I had I asked her How much does it cost for color change? And she said 8 dollars I said ok Ill remember that next time I come and then when we say down she took off all of my nail polish tried to change the color and then charge me 11 dollars for it all when I never asked for that service she told the manager and the manager told me You know what you did was wrong so dont come and do it again next time dont argue just pay. I wanted to slap her so bad but it was ok I said Ok i guess and went on about my business and that was the worst F****** experience I had there ...in my opinion ITS TERRIBLE I DO NO RECOMMEND YOU GO THERE THE SERVICE IS S***TY THE PEOPLE ARE S***TY AND THEN PLACE LOOKS LIKE IT NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING.

I brought a friend here and while she was giving her a pedicures he cut him with the scrubbers that she was using. Causing him to bleed! DO NOT GO HERE!

Came in looking to get my eyebrows waxed the owner that was a male said he would take me I asked him if he knew what he was doing he told me yes, I let him do them and he did a horrible job had one thin and long and the other with out the arch very disappointed DO NOT TRUST HIS WORD !! he set me up and had me looking like something was wrong with me very upset

Not happy with my nails. It was my first time today and it will be my last.
