Nail Stops Technicians are mature in age, therefore they dont nurse their phones and ignore being personable with their paying clients! I love their care and attentiveness, outstanding.

Their eyebrows always come out super good. very nice and attentive. their pedicures are also super good. lasts up about more then a month if needed.

What I Love is that my Nail Tech Hong Kong is very Professional, extremely patient with me even when I am indecisive. I love how she cares about her quality of work. Poor quailty and poor customer service. I went to get my nails done today. When I came in the whole shop just stared at me for a good minute until asking me what I needed help with. I told them I want a almond full set. The guy started to do my nails as a regular full set which means the standard square nails. I asked him if he understood that I wanted a rounded shape and he said yes. He did the set and after he put the acrylic on then he decided to shape my nails. He then shaved my nails down low at the tips. He polished them and I set under the nail dryer. After they were dry the guy said I could go. I left and was on my way home and less than two hours of me getting home my nails broke from me simply picking up keys and phone off of the bed. I immediately called the shop to inform them and the first thing the lady says is they are not paper they shouldnt break, what did you do? And to come and show her. I went all the way back only to be told its my fault and that I need to pay for them if I want them fixed.Do not go to this place unless you want your money taken for nails that are going to break in less then 24hrs.

Worst service especially when it is a busy day... they were asking everyone to Wait for 10 min and we ended up waiting for 2 hours.

Ive been to many nail salons and after finding these guys will never go to anyone else! Very fair prices, excellent service, and great atmosphere. They have such patience and always make sure the customer is happy!

They close the doors at 7 even though it says 8. I got my nails and feet done for the first time here, not satisfied at all. The lady cut my finger with the drill and it looked like I painted my toes myself.

Terrible, I gave them a chance twice and both times I had issues. The first time I got gel nail polish and after a week it was chipped. Didn’t think much went on Friday to get a fill in and on Saturday one of my nails broke, I went by on Monday to get it fixed and they said I would have to pay $5 because I broke it. I literally opened a water bottle and half of the nail just came off. Terrible service, it also was stank in there the two times I went. There are so many other options in the area I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

I never waited 45 minutes after salon open to receive service . It took 2 nail tech to give me a basic refill. I normally have nail full set or refill completed in 1 hours not 2 hours.

They were really good the first time, it was raining no other customers,business was slow and it was a Tuesday. Returned on a Wednesday it was chaos, they rushed my pedi and I realized it was time to go. I paid for a mani also, decided to come back on Thursday morning. Be very picky about who you choose.

They may be great at doing nails but poor customer service. I walked in no one spoke to greet me. No one told me where to sign in at or any type of direction. And on top of that the wait was ridiculous and it was only 2 ppl in front of me. 👎👎👎

They were very kind and professional. I received a gel mani and regular pedi for $45 which is very fair in price. They delivered a good service my only complaint was having to tell the nail tec to clean the excess polish off the skin around my nails but other than that, the end results looks very nice and the quality of the nail polish is great as well. Will return again if ever in the neighborhood.

Worst experience ever! Everyone, racism is still alive and real. It still disturbs me how poorly I was treated. The servicer license name says Shirley (we all know thats not her name). Sat set at first booth to the right when you walk in. I came to the shop straight from work, dressed in professional attire. Immediately, I could feel tension as I was looked up and down. She began speaking in her language to another lady and had me to sit down. She was uncessarily aggressive while doing my nails to the point I had to stop her and say, you know that you are hurting my fingers. While doing my nails, she asked personal questions wanting to know where I worked but I responded vaguely. Afterwards, she did not allow my the proper time to dry mails but ask was I ready ( as to say leave now) ran my visa card, and turned it face down to pick up off the counter while I stood in front of her to sign the receipt. I was in total dismay for having being treated this way. Not sure what she had in mind (stereo type) and why she felt so comfortable treating me this way. I am still shaking my head, regardless of how I looked, I was simply a paying customer who needed a nail fill-in. Never again!

Very poor service, the man cut my nails with out asking me, didnt wash the soap on my legs and used the the towel he used to wipe his hands to wipe off my legs. He was totally in a rush to finish my legs.

My nails only been done for four days and already two have fallen off completely, it didnt break I didnt hit anything, the person who was doing my nails rushed and did them and im guessing this is the effect at rushing instead of taking your time. Will not be visiting again.

Ive been going to this salon for years. However, recently theyre under staffed and the wait time is unacceptable. Dont sit me at a station excepting service then start servicing a client that came in after me. Wont be going back.
