I came to this location. I was seen by huan, she is soo slow and took her 2.5 hours for her to do a set. People came got a full set and pedi after me and left way before she was done with me. Not that she did a great job. I had lint in my nails. Made her aware of it and she couldn’t really fix it. I told her one of the nails was crooked all she did was file it more. Uhg so upset! WILL NOT COME HERE EVER AGAIN! Smh! I did not like anything about it!!!

This place is terrible. They literally rip your acrylic nails off and expect you not get upset or uncomfortable. Kim, the one at the second to las booth is the worst.

Ive been coming here for a couple of months now and the customer service has never been great, but the quality of my nails is always nice (and the price always affordable). Lately, however, the quality has diminished as this is the second time that I have gone to get dipped (SNS) nails and my nails have chipped or cracked the day after getting them done. Of course, theyll fix it, but Im only writing is because the last couple of times I feel as though the job was rushed in order to service more clientele. I think these occurrences could have been eliminated if they just took the time to do the nails correctly and efficiently as opposed to shoeing me out of the door. I like the way Tracy does eyelashes, which is probably the reason for the 3 star rating, but after they fix this nail I dont know that Ill be back.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because it was cheap and they had a covid routine. The pedicure was a joke. I told the lady 4 times before screaming for a manager that I did not want my cuticles cut. To my surprise almost none of them spoke English or at least acted like they didn’t. Then to my nails. They are so amateurish I literally could’ve done them myself. The prices are dirt cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. Please nobody go here. It was my first and last time. Everything hurt and the work sucked overall. No idea how they got decent reviews. I regret that I left a tip.

They work to fast on the customers nails. Always remember if the customer like there nails the tips will always be good

Annie and Tracy are good at doing nails would recommend them and they have nice colors too I am very satisfied with there work.

Great service. Got gel nails done and they treated me very well. I even brought my 4 year old daughter in and they gave her the cutest manicure!

Im really happy with my nails. I got acrylic overlays on my real nails recommended and completed by Ms. Jessica and Ms. Annie painted my nails with the dark blue cat eye gel. I really like how everything turned out.This shop is so beautiful and nicely decorated. Everything looks so clean and the sink is really cool. Thanks!!

Spend the extra money elsewhere, this place is not worth a nickel or dime. Got here around 5:30 pm and was the last person to leave the shop at 8:00 pm. All I wanted was dipped nails. First person quickly helped me, but had me sitting there for over 25 minutes for a nail take off. Second individual who I ask was he doing my nails said yes, then I added service of a manicure, they said $5. I didn’t ask for a discounted manicure for half the service I asked for a full manicure. Didn’t receive that and complained of completion of this task. Once he was done, he didn’t begin the next task but instead I had to wait for the sister to arrive in another ten minutes. At this point, it’s 7 pm. Then it took an entire hour to do my nails. To say I’m dissatisfied or upset is an understatement. I will never return to this place.

The owner is so cute but twice the same lady damages my nails I tell her how I want them and ends up doing the opposite I love the place hurts what happened.

I followed Annie from Bethesda and at first wasnt sure about going out of my comfort zone but I couldnt imagine not going to Annie. She is the best and the salon is shiny and new and the quality of work is amazing. The prices are great too! I would follow Annie anywhere 😊

I am officially obsessed with my nails! I came here because I saw my friends nails two-three sets in a row and absolutely loved them so I asked her where she went. I rode an hour and a half (metro) from Alexandria to YoYo just go to this place because I knew they would be able to give me what I wanted. And they sure as hell did! Specifically, Tammy did my nails and she was absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t help but give her a hug upon leaving because of how happy I was. She was so attentive and paid attention to every little detail. I felt like I was being a pain because honestly I’m kind of OCD and really need to have straight lines and basically perfect shaping for me to be comfortable with a set, but she insisted I not worry and definitely delivered! After not going to a nail salon for literally for three years I am beyond happy to recommend YoYo Nails. 🤩

Tracy does a good job on my nails. Affordable price and decided to get my eyelashes done by her as well. Lashes are not waterproof but they look good. They are a bit hard and take off your natural lashes when they fall off so beware. Lasts a few days and needs a lot of maintenance. Will definitely go back for my nails. Scheduling with Tracy is the worst and Ill never go back because of that. I had an appointment with her for 2pm. I get there and shes starting with a customer and she tells me to wait. I asked her if I can come back in an hour and she says she has a client then. I ley her know how unfair it is because I had an appointment with her. She acts like she doesnt remember and tells me to come back at 5. I say okay and leave. When I came back, she has another customer and doesnt even acknowledge me. I got up and left vowing never to go back. Other than that, Tracys nails are good.

I do want to love is this place make there 4 times and definitely I will never go back service turns to be awful they really work just to try to get tip towel was dirty the utensils was not sanitize and the owners refuse to turn on the AC they have the doors open no often that several customers was asking to please do something due that the place was to hot and humid flies was inside we All deserve to be in a clean environment is crazy 2 clients was physical mistreated wile the oriental lady was doing the nails to one of them just for the fact that she complains about the pain she was getting on her finger at the moment her nail was drilling and burned by the oriental nail technician is really sad.

Tracy is amazing!!! The nail shop is modern and hygienic. The nail shop is new to the area, but Tracy has been doing my nails for a very long time and her nail skills are perfect!

I have followed Tracey for years now she never disappoints!!! Her team is very friendly, very hygienic, and cautious. Definitely the best salon in the area with affordable prices and excellent quality !

I decided to visit this establishment based on the good reviews that everyone left! But here is my experience so when I walked in it was extremely hot as if the air conditioning wasnt working but I stayed anyway! They started my pedicure right away so that was awesome! The pedicure itself was ok although she cut too much skin off one of my toes no apology afterwards! But my toes look perfect! Next up was my gel manicure fill in! The nail tech didnt rush she actually took her time once everything was dry I always look and inspect my nails before paying! Once I did I noticed that the polish was very uneven my nails looked as if they had been over a week old! They offered to fix them but I had no time because I needed to be at work! I asked for a discount which they refused at least four times! After I stepped out of character they finally agreed to a ten dollar discount! I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN 😡

The worker name Annie is very rude. She argues back with customers. She is very nosey and unprofessional and feels she has the need to argue back with a customer even if she is not being spoken to. Beware she talks about customers in front of them as well!!!

Stopped in cuz needed nails & feet done but couldnt get inti my regular place. Was not very impressed as it seemed like the techs (ones I encountered) were bland in technique. Creative skillset was not there. I asked for something nice with some sort of a design use glitter or stones (heck both). Didnt matter to me as long as it was cute. Was told needed a picture or something when shown, was told they didnt do that. When she asked one of the 3 girls at the end, they said they couldnt... (guess cuz they were doing each others nails).

Being a new face, they always put you with the most inexperienced nail technician. In this instance, this was the case with me. The lady doing my nails did not know how to shape the nails. She even told me she did not know how to shape the nails the way I wanted them. The acrylic, was put on my nails so thin that I might as well had gotten a manicure. I had to go to another salon so that they could fix my nails. I will never go back to this location it was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon.

Did a good job on my friends nails but didn’t seem to want to deal with my feet and took the next person to walk in the door over me. I decided not to give them my business after being passed up.

They like to overcharge the customer I have been there several times for a full set and have been charged different prices and then force you to get gel instead of asking youThey charged me 30$ for a full set and my nails are short they are supposed to charge by length

VERY BAD SERVICE! I do not recommend this place is the worst, I have visited many places where I have done my nails but none as bad as this one. I made the gel nails that should have lasted at least 3 weeks and the day after I made them I fell. They are a total improfessional. I do not recommend that you waste your money in a place like this!
