I came in to get my nails and toes done for my brothers wedding something nice and classy and she did an amazing job! Just what I wanted. I had come once before to get my nails done for prom and the experience was just as great. After various nail salon hopping I have definitely found a salon I will be sticking with!

Went to this salon today with mom friend and our girls. Kids nails were happy with their nails, but I noticed two of my daughters toes that were half way painted. When I asked about it, she was very defensive but eventually fixed it for me. The four of us that wanted tips and acrylic, ended up with messy and rushed tips and dip powder. Never asked us if the shape was what we wanted and the quality was just all around terrible. So now I paid $245 for mine and my two daughters and I am trying to accept the fact that I got screwed today.

I walked in to Legacy nails for a dip nail set. The place was quiet and clean, and I got service immediately. My nails were done wonderfully, and I will for sure be going back!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

This was my first time coming here and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. I had a acrylic set with gel and Wendy did an absolute amazing job in doing the designs. She even added her own little touch and I love them even more!!

Purchased a 75 minute pedicure received. The service was complete in 30 minutes and charged full price. This is not the first time this has happened here. After being frequent guests of this establishment, we will not be visiting this place again.

First visit here to get my girls (daughter and her friend) nails done for homecoming. We went on Thursday September 16th. They asked for acrylic nails and they got that however they are super thin, the gentleman that done my daughters didn’t even paint her entire nail. Not to mention she has already lost one today and we are going to have to glue it back on. Homecoming is tonight. We were in and out in 30-40 minutes. Prices posted are definitely not what you pay and they never discussed anything with us. I was charged $120 for them to get their nails done and was told it was extra because of the shape and length they got, which wasn’t long because they are both in color guard. I have never paid extra for the shape you get. 😒 Then while checking out seemed out of the normal to be asked to pay with cash app or Venmo just doesn’t seem professional or legit. We will not be going back. Just a heads up for anyone else who visits here. Be aware and hopefully they will discuss the options with you better than they did us.Edit: We were there at 6:50 because GPS took us somewhere else and you still had two other customers in your shop getting their toes done. Closed?!? The lady that was checking out when we came in also seemed a little off when you asked her to pay with cash app or Venmo. We weren’t there until 8:00 we were actually in Taco Bell drive thru on Highway 72 at that time. Like I said very unprofessional and rushed. We have had several sets done before and have never been charged for a coffin shape or the length because of the coffin shape. Either way quality of the work was poor when we had them done Thursday and she’s already lost the extra charge coffin nail before she even got to go to the dance. Thin, not painted, poor quality. 😊

Hands down this is the best nail shop i’ve ever been too. I will NEVER go anywhere else! Wendy always does an amazing job with my nails and toes. Once you start going, they will remember your face, and always make sure you’re good.

I am always greeted warmly and they know exactly what services I like when I come in. They are my favorite nail salon here in Jones Valley. I highly recommend this place to anybody.

Me and my daughter goes here and we love the workers. They listen to what you want and how you would like it. My daughter had her eye brows waxed for the first time and they were considerate and had patients with her being scared. We love going to legacy nail!!!

I took my 83 year old mom here. We both set for 20 minutes with our feet in cold water. My mom was placed at a non working massage chair. The people were very nice but totally careless. The $35 pedicure was short and not worth it. The polish was old and the boy had to redo my polish. As of today, my polish has already come off in 2 places. They did my mom’s manicure while she was setting at the pedicure chair. The girl stood there and did my mom’s nail while holding them in the air. Also, short and not worth it. Not to mention I had to pick out my mom’s nail color 3 different times because they kept moving the nail chart ring. It was so hot in the salon and we did not enjoy one minute of our $140 visit. I have never experienced such a disaster in a nail salon. I seldom write reviews but this experience had to be told.

I went March 19 to get a gel manicure and my friend got a full set of acrylic. They were not busy at all, so the amount of flaws in both our nails was disappointing. We didn’t receive any hand massage or cuticle treatment like usual. My nails polish has high bubbles, uneven color, a brush hair in one nail. My friends nail set has dips in the acrylic, you can see her natural nail on the sides of her acrylics. We were not satisfied with our service, sadlyEdited: we went back and spoke with Wendy. She redid both of our nails. They’re amazing. We didn’t get them fixed for free like we had originally thought which was a surprise but she charged half off. Wendy did a great job. I highly recommend her

I’ve been here quite a few times and leave disappointed majority of the time, today i sat in there for 3 hours and left with the most atrocious nails i’ve ever seen. she cut them way too short, they are extremely uneven ane way too wide for my fingers. will definitely not be back.

2 things.... 1 good and 1 not so good. 1.Loved the service I got from the gentleman. Kind, and very professional and took his time . He made you feel like you were the only person. Will definitely go back to him.2. The woman that works there is in everybodys business and rushes her services. Will definitely not go back to her.

I received 2 pedicures and 2 full set nails $178 and about 3 hrs of being there for me to receive terrible service. The staff are very nice however they don’t manage time well my pedicure was by the women( I believe is the owner ),after she had me sit for about 20mins in the water she did my basic pedicure in less then 5 mins, my nails were also rushed one layer of acrylic (super thin) and didn’t stay on passed 3 days with me doing no extra activity !This wasn’t not my first time here but it will be my last I understand being busy but just tell people no or let them wait until you’re ready to give them your attention waste of money !!!!

Ricky did an amazing job on my nails today! I challenged him with some nail designs and it was like he just copy and pasted it on to my nails. recommend coming here!

Wendy made my fingers bleed and didnt do very well at shaping them. They are different sizes all around as well. While there I had heard about another customer ending up in the hospital because of how badly she was hurt there early today. Just overall so upset at how my experience was. Left in pain and severely overcharged for what I got.

I have been with Ricky & Wendy since 2016, and I love their work. I always get my nails all ten of them with a design on them and Ricky & Wendy does an awesome job with the designs that I find on google. The designs are the splitting images of what I show them. I recommend anyone to come and try them out!

I went today for the first time for a french gel mani. i’ve been getting gel polish for years but today Ricky did my favorite set so far! thank you & i’ll be back! :)

I was very disappointed with my acrylic nails that I got done here. When I got them done, the lady that did them was extremely rude and barely managed to make the acrylics look clean. She razored four of my finger on the cuticles, a day later they bled, and the gel polish was bubbly and uneven. The nails broke and were extremely sloppy. Must say, the price is definitely not worth the quality. Will not go again.

I usually only get a pedicure and have a gentleman that does mine. Today I decided to get both and the girl seemed to rush. I can see where part of my fingernail is not covered and she did not do as much massage as usual on my feet. I got the same pedicure as always. Just disappointed that it was not up to the usual standard of service.

This my first visit here and I opted for the Elite Pedicure. Itd been about 8 months since my last pedi due to the coronavirus. Let me just say, this was everything Id wanted from a pedicure and more! When those hot rocks came out and my tech massaged all of the tiredness out of my legs and feet!!! What a way to enter back into the world of going to a nail salon! Highly recommended!

Don’t go here the took almost two hours just for the nails to look terrible. The lady doing our nails kept getting up to work on others nails she wouldn’t just sit and do one persons nails. My friend waited almost an hour and a half to even sit down. DONT GO HERE!!!!

I am a long time customer of Wendy and Ricky when they owned a different nail spa a few miles away. Even though this new location is a little farther drive for me, I will still bring my business to them!!! They will always make sure that the customer is 💯% satisfied!!! Of course, there are some people that are NEVER happy but that cant be helped. The spa is clean, relaxing and I always have a positive experience ❤️❤️❤️

I felt very comfortable and able to ask whatever questions needed to make decisions about getting my nails done for the first time in 15 years. Nails were done quickly and well. I plan to come back!

Update: since the owner replied & I can reply under it. It wasnt 2 weeks,it was 1 week & 3 days of them having the nails. Have the time of the call in my phone,it wasnt 2 weeks. I spent over $125 dollars for them just for them to fall off. They have never had a problem at other salons with short nails getting the same thing. Thank you.Went in there in August 30 & got my 2 daughters nails done & my feet done. They havent had their nails 2 weeks & they have already came off of one daughter,the other one is lose. Call to let them know & was told they could redo them at a discount. Said that because their orginal nails was short & they got long nails, they would have issues. I understand that but they have never had a issue at other nail shops. I paid alot for the nails only for them to fall off a week later. I am not happy with this. Thats money I just threw away for nothing. Im not happy.

Horrible place. I had been a very loyal and repeat customer here until the staff changed. Everyone is rude and a liar. I walked in today to get a dip powder manicure. They sat me down and took off the existing polish that I had on. With the powder, you normally sit there for about 10 minutes with acetone nail polish remover with your nails wrapped in foil. A mother and daughter walked in and the man doing my nails immediately got up and started to do their nails, even though I had been there way before them. I sat there for about half an hour with the foil on my nails until it actually started to hurt my skin. I took off the foil and one of the ladies there got mad at me. I told her it was hurting my skin and it had been on for a long time. She got furious and was very rude. I said I would just leave and not get a new color. I went up to the desk and she demanded that I pay them $10 which was the “nail polish removal price”. I have never been charged before to have them remove my polish. They lie and try to cheat the customer. I will NEVER go back to this establishment. What a joke.

Started coming here because they are under new management. Ricky the new manager is AMAZING!! He is friendly and attentive and won’t let you walk out the door unless you are absolutely satisfied. I came here to get dip powder nails with chrome finish for the first time and was blown away!! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had to follow my pedicure family to legacy. I have been getting my nails done by Ricky, Wendy and Tom at another location for over a year now and I wont go to anyone else. Legacy is now the BEST spot in Huntsville for manicure/ pedicure!!

Before you set foot in Classy Mails, go directly to Legacy Nails. The quality customer care, kindness, and quality work at Legacy Nails is by far the best Huntsville has to offer. There the staff will not “Hurd you in like you were there being processed for the next one” like the service that Classy Nails provides. So do yourself a huge favor and head on out to Legacy Nails.

I have never been to a salon where the people working were as exceptionally rude as these people. They leave acetone baking on your nails for over 30 minutes, then blame the customer if the customer dares to say something . I wouldnt be surprised if this place shut down soon from lack of business!****UPDATE: This is a reply to the Owners response.Maam or sir.... I DID have the dip powder nails (SNS) which is some of the thinnest on the market, which takes significantly less time to soak off and this is where the problem lies. It was NOT right for me to sit around for 30 mins while your employees talked on the phone, waited around, etc. Im not the only one talking about this problem occurring in your salon, look around at your other poor reviews. Also, you do not have 100 customers per day- with all due respect maam/sir, your employees are always sitting around on their phones or looking out the window, but yet dont have enough time to be attentive and treat your current customers right. When you have a business and make a mistake, own it and learn from it. As others have mentioned... STOP PUTTING THE BLAME ON THE CUSTOMER!!!! This is why youre the least busy salon in town. Learn from your mistakes and correct them.

My daughters went to get their nails done with the Christmas money they had received. They came home really upset at their experiences as to why I decided to write this review. They told me that when they arrived that everyone was on their phones. The one lady that greeted them was talking on her phone placed it behind her ear asking what you want then pointed them where to sit and went back to talking on the phone. They said that the sign posted it would be 30 dollars for acrylics and thats what they wanted. When the nail techs were done one was $45 the other $50. They werent even in the chair for 30 minutes. When they asked why they were told that they charge more for shaping and choice of color. And to see the results they came home with was awful. Ive never had my own nails look as bad. I hate that this was not a good experience for them but I guess these are things that you go through (life lessons). I will make sure to share my thoughts with anyone seeking a good nail salon and plan to find a better nail place. Thanks but no thanks. 😕

Went in today and 8 times the women doing my nails was on her cell phone. I might have overlooked it, but she stopped working on my nails to talk on the phone. It took twice as long. She also asked me 4 times what color I wanted. It was a terrible experience and I did not tip. I will not be back.
