Love this place the owners are very sweet I recommend this place

It’s the only place I go to to get my nails done. They clean and sanitize equipment and stations after every customer! I moved to Fayetteville,Tn. And still travel to VIP once every three weeks to get a mani and pedi!

Tanisha did an awesome job and gave exactly what I wanted..after another nail salon telling me they could and didnt follow through.So thanks you I will only use Tanisha for my future nail appointments 🥰

Im unsure why so many people had a negative experience here.. My experience was excellent!! Valerie did my nails, I told her what I was wanting, she made suggestions and made it something I love!! I came at a time when they were not busy, so no wait. Honestly if you get your nails done anywhere, there are busy times and you will have to wait unless you have an appointment. I will definitely be back, with an appointment.Just to add, the environment was very clean, everyone was very communicative, and made sure my nails were exactly what I wanted.

Don’t go here unless you want the worst service and nails ever, or if you don’t want to get your fingers cut. The guy knew I wanted a coffin nail (based on having coffin nails when I came in) and proceeded to file my nails to the point where they were way too skinny and. And because of the over filing, he filed the color completely off the sides and also cut my finger and near my cuticle. There was no apology, I just kept bleeding. My nails were uneven and crooked. I was still made to pay full price, was rushed the whole time, and he wouldn’t let me wash my hands and made me leave with cuticle oil all over my hands. This is the worst place I have EVER been to. I immediately went somewhere else to have my nails fixed, because they were literally that embarrassing.

By far one of the best salons in Huntsville. I had to wait for a bit, but thats normal because its a nail salon providing service to other people. I got a full set and a pedicure, and both turned out amazing! 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family!

Warning please do not come to this place! I failed to check the reviews before I got here and I regret it instantly the moment I walk out of there during the time this man was doing my nails he cut me six times two times in my thumb my pinky my ring finger and my middle finger was cut and bled then my nails look horrible theyre dont look clean they dont even look good like its terrible I will attach a picture of my nails. I had to pay $40 for something that I could have done at home which I have the dip powder set for my nails I just thought if I would have gone to the nail salon it would have been faster and easier but I totally regret it I would have had a better nail job done myself in my own home.

Never going there for nails again. Extremely overpriced for a simple manicure and pedicure. My toe nail polish chipped in less than a week. The lady doing my nails cut my cuticle too low and I started bleeding. Plus skin has started to raise of my nail. I’m disgusted. She offered no discount for the long wait or bad service for my nail beds.The two stars are for my eyebrow waxing. My brows look great.

Came in for pedi.. Got less than satisfactory service. Half scrubbed my feet. Polish job sucked.. Just no effort. The terrible reviews speak for themselves. Everybody isnt lying. If you want to give away money come here. Lesson learned. Girls day with my friend never at V.I.P. NAILS again!

This was the second time, granted we didnt make an appointment, so a wait was expected. The guy calls me over to do my nails, I tell him how I want them, etc...not only does he cut my cuticle but he was on his phone half the time!Midway into doing my nails, before applying product...Im sitting there with nail tips glued on and trimmed. A lady comes in with an appointment, he tells me to wait while he does her nails. So I wait, for 30 minutes by then Im so irritated i tell him just to take them off and I left.NEVER AGAIN!

I waited for over 30 minutes and had 3 people who walked in after me pushed ahead of me. I was the only caucasian in the place and they made sure to just let me sit there. Worst customer experience I have EVER had anywhere!!!

I came in at 9 a.m. July 3rd for a full set with gel. Not only was the nail tech incredibly impersonal (only talking to his wife and other customers) but he was extremely rough. My acrylic is bumpy, uneven and the gel is basically in globs. He fully expected a tip for poor service.

Ive definitely been coming here for like 15 years now. Theres literally no one else in town I trust with my eyebrows now. But, shes also done my mani/pedis since I was a teenager. I heart this shop, her and her fam. ♥️

Honestly i wouldnt even guve this place 1 star!!! i was very patient with them, 20 minutes after arriving i got sat by a lady. she filled my water to hot then pointed down to the water.. i guess that was my signal to put my feet in. i figured she didnt speak english so i said hot!! she fixed the water and i put put my feet in... another 15 minutes pass and i tell my son to pull a chair near me and watch on my phone. he is 5 and to heavy to sit on my lap that long. NO ONE else was in the waiting area!!! my son pulled two chaurs near me so he can lay down since it was going to be a while. the male tech walked up to my son and said we need these chairs for customers to sit and took a chair from my child. NO ONE else was there and it was near closing!!!!!!!! i dried my feet off and left I WILL NEVER SPEND A TIME WITH THOSE RUDE PEOPLE!!!

By far the worst manicure Ive ever gotten. I went for a gel manicure. I was there for 2 hours. At the hour and a half mark the owner had to come over and fix the terrible job which had been done so far. When I left, I was offered no discount for my time or the terrible service.Looking at my manicure now on good lighting, I have a couple nails which are smudged and one nail which has cotton fibers underneath the polish.DO NOT USE!!!

Wish I could post pictures to show the poor quality, I went in for a simple manicure which they have gone up on the price of and down on the quality. The guy half did my nails no reason for my nails to be snagging as soon as I walk out. When he sent me to let my nails dry I had to tell him that the ends of my nails were still frazzled so he proceeds to correct that and some how still doesnt get them straight. They were too busy arguing with each other to focus on what they were doing, parts of my nails are not painted and my cuticles are not properly cut. Also dont ask for clear polish they dont have that so they just put on a bottom coat then a top coat with nothing in between. Apparently they cant do real nails just fake ones. Needless to say I wont be back.

This is the worst set of nails I’ve ever had they’re crooked my cuticles are cut up my fingertips hurt dizzy acrylic all over my nails they look horrible and I spent $200 I wish I could show a pic or even video but it won’t allow me

Had a apointment for me and 2 daughters....which was why i made the apointment. Still had us wait for nearly an hour and horrible work. My $35 pedicure was nothing more then a paint and soak. My daughters pedicure (which was the whole reason for going due to having dance pics taken with no shoes on) was even worse. Charged $35 for her and they didnt even cut down or file!!! It was unbeleivable.

I went in for a full set and I got the owner guy. The whole time he cut me and burned me. Got the arcrylic all over my hands then when I asked him if he could get it off he tryed to scrape it off, off the areas he already cut me at.I hated my nails, they werent even the shape I wanted.

This place did my nails and a day later my nails were chipping . I use to live in Huntsville Al and I thought I will go here to get my nails done ... horrible ideal I live in Fl now and they could not work with me to resolve the problem to fix my nails he told me to travel back to Huntsville which would be 14hrs of driving ... no refund or gift receipt ... nothing... if your from out town I suggest you go somewhere else... I sent pictures, DL, and my bank statement just to prove my story ... poor service!!! 😡😡😡😡

Overpriced and had me waiting for over a hour..

My husband and I visited this place on yesterday to get a pedicure. This was by far the worst pedicure I have had. In addition, they do not have their prices posted and charged us an extra 5 dollars for my husband because he was a man. Never again!!!!

Nails turned brown after 3 days.
