I have been getting my nails done here for awhile now and I think that this is a great place to get nails done at. These are pictures of my nails recently and Im really happy with them!

Got charged $97 for a full set and pedicure. Wasn’t told the price until I reached the register and when I was told it would be 50 I said “ for my pedicure and my sister’s full set” she said yes and then proceeded to run my card. Then she came back saying I owed another 47. For my basic 25 dollar pedicure. Informing me that the cost of gel polish is an additional $20. To each service. Not as priced on there wall or options page when you enter the door. I will not be using this manipulative spa again. My small business nail tech doesn’t even charge that much.

I’ve been coming here for years, the owners and workers are pleasant. The work they do is phenomenal, if you ask for pics or symbols they are able and willing to do whatever you request. Chloe’ is great when it comes to grooming eyebrows. I could go on and on, it’s just really nice.

Very busy so good idea to call and make an appointment. But they take walk-ins also. So if you have an appt be prepared to still possibly wait a little bit. They do quality work. Spa pedicure was fantastic. Really give a great massage! Regular, not gel, manicure was just right.

They did a good job on husband and my pedicures...but wouldnt do my full set without the drill so I didnt get to see how great they do on nails, more than a little disappointing for my vacation.😔

I love my set. They arent very friendly but they get the job done.

It was very gross on the inside and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in several days. They have a fish tank in there that hasn’t been filled up all the way and the fish don’t have a ton of room to swim. I always get my nails dipped and I told the man I wanted dip. He pointed to the wall of dip powders and told me to pick.. he never gave me the swatches to look at like the other techs did with other customers so I settled for black, because you can’t mess that up. My nails are not the same length and my thumb nail is chipped and it hasn’t been a week since I got them done. Normally dip can let me 3-4 weeks. My friend who went with me had to sit on the opposite side of the salon and she was given the swatches to look at. After she chose her color, the tech brought back a color that was supposedly the color she chose but it was not. Two of her nails were cracked by the end of the day and one was chipped by the 3rd day. Unfortunately, we are both out $40 and chipped nails. I will never go back here to get my nails done.

The lady who did my pedicure did a nice job and she was nice BUT the gentleman that did my nails was rude and was trying to do my nails like HE wanted them done. He stated that I wanted my nails too short and kept filing my skin. He tried to put the glitter on the wrong finger because he said the finger I SHOULD get it on would b pretty so he had to scrape it all off. Then when I tried to tell him one of my nails was slanted and pointed to it, he said I know and moved my finger out of the way. I dont care how crowded it is, he wont touch me again and/or I will go elsewhere.

They have you sitting in the pedicure chair soaking for an hour. Did the 35 mid pedicure and it was not much more than the basic. The girl was rushing did not rub the lotion in and had an attitude about rubbing it in. So she took a towel and half wipe it off. No walk up to the drying station. Has to request assistant for which one was turned on. Plus they do not sterilize there equipment. They just up and move to the next client after only wiping it off. This is my last trip. They will keep providing half a$$ service if we continue to frequent this establishment. It is not worth it. The girl’s name is Chloe. The real issue is I think she prefers to do nails. Well she can and I will not be back.

Soooooo soooo sooo freakin rude they don’t even greet me ever and i work in customer service they do good nails but i seriously HATE this place i say here 10min on my lunch and no one has said a word to me AT ALL and this is like the 4th time this has happened and the last time, then you can’t tell them something is wrong they get upset and hold a grudge towards you i seriously hate this nail salon

I came here yesterday after work and so glad I did! I didnt have to wait too long. Chloe and the other lady that helped me were super sweet and the great job on my nails. Even though I live in the outer sunset, I will definitely be making this my go-to!

Sam has been my nail technician for over 20 years! He is the best and most skilled in the city! Each visit is always precise and consistent! People compliment my nails all the time! Thanks SAM!!

Chloe, Sam does a thorough job and really takes their time on perfecting your nails which I love. They pays attention to the small details and will make sure youre satisfied during the process. I like that appointments are required because Im not rushed through like other nail salons.Overall the place is nothing fancy but it works and thats all that matters to me.If youre looking for a nice spa treatment then I suggest you go else where. Excellent service at a really affordable price, especially for students!They are really lovely lady, extremely sweet and makes for good conversation. Im happy coming here and will continue to do so.

Great prices and even better service! My mother and I showed up 30 mins before close and not once felt rushed. They took there time and even allowed us to sit in the AMAZING massage chairs as we waited for our toes to dry (keep in mind they were already closed). Will definitely be coming back.

Terrible. Never again. Dont waste your time. Not sure about the quality of work done because I left before they even got to my nails due to terrible customer service. Find somewhere else to go where the staff actually communicate and explain why they continue to skip over you over and over and over and over again.

Just stopped for my daughter to get her nails done. Decided on a pedicure for myself. Wonderful job, may have to make this a regular stop. Need more staff, but could have just been time we stopped.

I recently had an encounter with one of the employees at this business, I’m not sure if this person was a man or a female, but the employee was extremely rude to me. I arrived at 8:50 (early) because I tried coming the day before and was told to come back the next day as soon as I got there, and only two people were working. Instead of servicing more than one customer the employee felt the need that they both work on ONE customer, I had already spend hours there last Saturday getting my nails and feet done and I just needed one nail fixed. When I asked the employee To fix my nail the employee said no and just started to ignore me and started to talk to his or her coworker in another language I felt very disrespected by this employee. I felt as if the owners were there I wouldn’t have been treated so poorly. People like this shouldn’t work in customer service. If I’m spending my hard earned money somewhere I feel as if I should be treated with respect.

Please if you want your nails done right don’t go here...They are very Unprefessional and they do a Horrible job and get very nasty when you ask them nicely to redo what’s they messed up! They don’t open on time ever just when they feel like getting there to service customers!

The nail tech took her time gave me a great pedi.....one of the best I have had beside in Tennessee i normally go down to hwy 53 and jeff rd but after today i will make this my salon....very much appreciated and will be back....

Got a simple Pedi here, but I wont be returning. The lady was very nice, but she was rough. She even knicked me a little causing my toe to bleed. It was not a very pleasant or relaxing experience which is exactly what I look for with my pedicures. She also did not get my heels completely smoothed out; I still feel roughness on there. Also, they put another lady in the same chair after my pedicure but she didnt clean the foot bath... only rinsed it out. Yuck.

I had a mani pedi and my toes look beautiful she was very professional.

I’ve been going to Sam n Chloe since they opened Sam was my nail tech at tip top but last few months the customer service has been terrible I got a new set on Monday before Easter on Wednesday they was coming off looks like press ons!

Wait time is horrible!!!! I have waited 3 hours soaking before... they take other customers first even if have been there for hours
