I went in to have my dip removed and have a dip manicure. I have long natural nails and they are very strong but the tech kept trying to get me to cut them down. When it came time to do my dip, he kept messing up and the just started dumping the powder over my nail which caused them to be bumpy and not even at all. No drill was used to smooth out the surface of the nail or near the cuticle. On top of two coats of dip he did 2 coats of gel! I have been getting dip manicures 2x a month for 4 years and I have never had such a poor experience. The design was awful and he charged me $5 extra. Charged $15 extra for the manicure which only included a cuticle trim. I left absolutely disgusted with the amount I paid for such an awful manicure.I will not be going back here.

Went in for a fill... Within 2 hours 2 nails had messed up..called to see if they would be open next day as they were having water issues... Explained I had just been there that morning.. Was told We closed for week... No sorry we fix. No come back when we open back up... Nothing.... I can assure that was the worst 40.00 bucks ever spent..... Would not recommend this place at all.

I was in the area after an appointment I had and decided to stop to have my nails done here. I wish I could have my money back this was the worst dip powder nails I’ve ever had and I’ve kept my nails done for over 10 years. The dip powder is lumpy and my nails are all different shaped. So disappointed

This has been and will continue to be my favorite nail spot. I’ve been seeing Jimmy for a while and let me tell you; the man knows what he’s doing! My nails ALWAYS look perfect. He knows just how I like my shape and length. He’s the bomb! Either I go see Jimmy for my nails or I’m not getting them done 😎

Second time around was a completely different experience. I was not a happy camper my first visit. My pedicure looked worsted than when I arrived. Hats off to Ann stepping up and offered to make it right. I am so excited about the service I received this time. Ann was very professional and patient. She did an outstanding detailed job. I will return in two weeks. Truly a spa experience.

Beware!!! Overcharging customers and lying. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. It should ave been $47 before tip. When I was done she told me my total was $57!! When I asked why, Annie told me I asked for deluxe mani and pedi. No. I did not. I didn’t GET a deluxe anything and she knew it. She shrugged, blamed it on someone else and ran my card for $57. She basically stole from me by charging for services I did not receive. I will not be going back. The pedicure Jimmy did was done well but the manicure Annie did was very poor quality at best. Very disgusted with this nail salon!!

I asked for a brow wax. Told the lady all I wanted was for my eyebrows to be cleaned up. I liked the shape and thickness. She didnt listen and now my brows are half the size they were. Not only this but the lady kept insisting I get my lip done too because I really needed it and proceeded to laugh. DO NOT GO HERE. Rude service and they dont do what you request.

This is my 2nd time trying to give this place a fair shot, I only wanted my nails SOAKED off each time and yet the guy uses the HOT drill and pulls my nails off with another artificial nail. I’ve said BOTH times the drill hurts. I looked around to see if maybe they just don’t soak nails of but NO, there’s a woman sitting right next to me getting her nails SOAKED off meanwhile my nails are being tortured. I’ll NEVER return. This place is closer to my work and home but I rather drive the distance to County Line

Jimmy has been doing my nails for several years he does an excellent job (most of the time) and he’s very nice and accommodating.

Went in for a gel polish change. The man was very rude !!!! Didnt take the time to actually paint my nails just slopped the polish on. Stevie Wonder couldve done a better job painting my nails :(

Jimmy is awesome. He always has me in and out within 20 min He does my nails exactly how I want them done each and everytime. Wont let anyone else touch my nails.

This was the worst pedicure I have ever received. I came in with my two friends from out of town thinking it would be a good experience. When we arrived there was some confusion with the prices. The prices on the board they had were different than what the man (who seemed like manager) had said. So, we finally got everything situated and I was getting a pedicure, my friends were both getting Mani- Pedis and gel nails. The man started doing my toes and he was basically painting my whole toe, not just the nail! He then tried to clean up the painting job and i go sit by the nail dryer thinking how bad it was. Then my friend comes over and sits next to me and her manicure is TERRIBLE!!! I then told my other friend who was paying and she was so angry. It looked like a 2 year old painted our nails. We asked to get a refund and they said We dont do refunds we just fix, So they fix my one friends nails, and they made her nail bleed from digging one of the nail tools into her cuticle. At this point we were all very upset. We asked for a refund and they wouldnt budge. We then left and cooled down and then went back in and then they told me they would fix my nails. I said no and then the guy threw $25 at me. So to say the least, The people were rude, it was nasty, my nails looked terrible, and the service was the worst I have ever received.

I wish I could give these criminals 0 stars. They gave me a receipt for one amount but when I checked my account the next day they charged me more than what my receipt showed. When I confronted them about it they denied it even though I showed them my receipt and the charges on my checking account. They tried to blame my bank for the mistake. My bank told me the charges came directly from Finest Nails and Spa. I had to dispute the charge which my bank agreed to. My bank also informed me that this business charges an additional $7 on credit and debit payments. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well. I will NEVER give this fraudulent hell hole my business again!

I went in here on a friends recommendation so I was excited to maybe find someone who could do a good job on my nails and feet. They are very friendly however I should have walked out when she kept pulling tools out of a drawer that didnt look like they had been sterilized in sometime plus the pedicure water was too cold. I explained to her I had issues with my big toe because someone else had cut it wrong and she said she would be careful with it. I have never had a more painful pedicure as she kept grabbing my hurt toe. I told her it hurt but it didnt seem to matter. I have never had a pedicure that continued to hurt for a day after even with the hurt toe. Also the gentleman doing my fill was very pleasant but left behind nail polish on my hands that he didnt seem to worried about removing. I paid extra to have the gel polish on my toes and nails and they did look pretty good when I left. However two days later the polish on my fingernails started to peel and come off even though I know a gel should last two weeks. I called them and was told they couldnt do anything about it. I will never go back nor will I recommend them to anyone. It was an expensive venture and I will continue to look for someone else. If anyone has any suggestions in the Huntsville area I would greatly appreciate it.Maybe I am too picky or looking for something that isnt out there when it comes to nails and pedicures.

No wait to get in but the water was cold for the pedicure and the lady who was doing my pedicure was very nice and attentive but didnt really understand what I was saying. I asked for the deluxe pedicure but left with peeling skin and rough heels still. The tools they use also didnt appear to have been cleaned between customers. The guy who did my nails was fast but I got the shellac and he left some on my skin so it peeled off the next day. This is extremely frustrating as shellac is supposed to last 2 weeks and I had a wedding shower to attend the next day. I used this salon because I was in a hurry but wont be going back again and will have to get my nails done somewhere else before attending my event. It was a waste of money and time.

Left a great review at first ..... taking it back after I paid 60 bucks for my nails to chip off the next day. Will never go back. A waste of money and time.

Worst experience Ive ever had from a nail salon. My two usuals were very busy and I decided to try them out since it was closer to my house. The first tech didnt fill in my toe acrylic after he sawed it off. A second tech tried to sand down my shellac on my nails (while Im still in the Pedi chair with the tech still scrubbing my feet) and clearly almost cut my finger off! Then he decided that wasnt a bright idea and goes to his table and deliberately pushes my hand every time he finishes one. After that I went RED! Completely rushed my entire service. I will never go back. I wouldnt give any star if I had the option.

I had my nails filled in and was so very unhappy. The man that did them was rough, didnt fill in the white area fully. He didnt square off my nails either. Dont waste your money.

They are the worst ! My nails are so uneven ! Amd super over priced they charged me 60 for a basic fill in! I will not be going back.

If I could give negative one, I would. Had a fill-in and the polish came off within a day. Went back, had them fix my gel polish and paid and it peeled off THAT DAY, within hours. I’ve been off work for almost 8 days and haven’t had to do a thing. Horrible.

They are fast and friendly but I personally saw someone finish their pedi and they sat someone else down and didnt clean the chair or tools and my nails look as if someone team over them with a steam roller flat and wideout not one to post reviews but please be ware of the dangers of unclean implements and pedicure bowls

Wish I had checked reviews before going in . They charged me $53 for a pedi.
