He almost wrecked into us while driving down the shoulder of the road and when we called to complain he told me my childrens lives were not more important than him having the right of way. He was extremely rude and combative on the phone, and laughed at us as he drove past. He told me I needed to learn the rules of the road and that he had the right to run into us and hurt my four children, who were in the car with us.
