Went in for an oil change today it was very busy. A gentleman name Todd assisted me and was able to work me in which was such a relief. I really appreciate the awesome customer service I was provided by Todd and the staff. Will be returning back for future car assistance.

Tried to purchase tires but they said they couldn’t get the ones I wanted in time so I ordered them on my own (took me 2 days to come in) and then asked them to install. They couldn’t do it the day request because 4 appointments was an overload for them and I would be the 5th. I came the following morning when they opened (opening was supposed to be 7am). I had to drop the keys because nobody even showed up and I was going to be late for work. They called later that day and said my brakes needed to be replaced (did not ask for this to be checked). I allowed them to replace them and was charged for draining the brake fluid and then adding other brake fluid in (erroneous charge). I also retrieved my truck and found they “were unable to balance the tires” because they were too big and their balancer can’t handle it. Would not have taken it to a place who calls themselves a “National brake and tire” if you can’t even balance the one you put on. Very disappointed. Overcharged. Won’t be back.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars I called in and spoke with Jessica she was absolutely amazing. I am not the smartest when it comes to my vehicle but she was able to guide me on what would be best, she was very patient, kind, and they treated me like family. I will be recommending NTB to all my friends and family!

This place is mismanaged and the front desk associates are inept. Went in for a tire swap, guy told me to replace 1 tire which would have ruined my AWD differential causing 8k in damages if I’d have taken his advice. Thank god another tech advised me that I needed to replace at least two. Also Got told the swap/alignment will take 90 minutes. Came back 90 minutes later and they didn’t even start it yet. This place doesn’t deserve anyone’s business.Edit: found out they also lied to me about my brakes. Got my tires on another shop and they said both my front and rear pads have plenty of life left in them. Not only is this place incompetent they are also liars. Never go here.

Great experience at this NTB! I got a nail in one of my tires and brought the replacement tire in to be mounted. Cristian was super helpful and very nice, and told me theyd call me as soon as it was done. I dropped the tire off around 5pm, and got a call around 5:45 that it was complete. Great work, proper balancing job, and no scratches on my wheel. Cristian did an amazing job!

Today I came in for a flat repair because my tire has been leaking all week. When I showed up to the location, I saw that they were having a sale on tires that were b2g2, and I couldnt resist. I was going to need new tires soon anyways, and with summer right around the corner, how could I not? The service was kind and informative, they allowed me to make my choices, and didnt force me into anything. I will certainly be coming back to see them. They did a great job!!!

What a great experience! I was outside trying to remove my battery when this kind employee Elijah walked up and asked did I need help (which I did, I was struggling )and assisted me the whole way through. He changed my battery for me and it was painless. Very patient with me and informative on the battery products they had to offer, nice to talk to also. I appreciate great customer service and for the reason I will continue to go back.Also when I went inside Theo was at the counter helping with my pick up order. Had our work truck up at dale blvd site on Wednesday. It shook so bad afterwards. We took it up 11am this morning. Called at 3:45 (they close at 4). According to the guy they were just pulling it in. He would call when they were done. Here it is Sunday 530 to need my work truck for Monday morning and NTB no truck no repair nothing. I would think real hard before taking my vehicle there

Great service, called to ask about tire prices and todd was a huge help in finding what I needed.

Came in to get two new tires, as I got to the store I noticed that one of my lug nuts and studs were missing from my back wheel, so on top of putting the wheels they also replaced that. Good service, and they did everything quick.

I visited NTB-National Tire & Battery in Dale City VA because my light wouldnt go off. At the front desk, Cristian assisted me with my problem, and he couldnt have been more professional. He greeted me by my name right away. He was so heplful and courtous. He got a mechanic to fix the problem right away, and I was there for no more than 20 minutes, which I thought was pretty awesome. I have been to NTB several times now, and I would honestly recommend anyone who want professional service, to go to NTB in Dale City VA.Im not sure if Cristian is the Manager or not, but if he isnt, he should be! its people like him that make me come back again and again to NTB in Dale City VA.

I have gone here for years do to its proximity to my home but it may be the last time I go here. I dropped my car off and specifically requested Nitto Crosstek tires for my car which showed as being available and for which there was a 125 rebate. I also told them to take off the tire disposal fee as I would collect the old tires and haul them to the dump myself. When I picked up my car it had Sumitomo tires on it (which is a good tire but NOT what I requested). I asked if it was the same company and the person said yes, which from my research after the fact it is NOT the same company. The only thing in common is they are both Japanese manufacturers. Accepting the different tires I asked for my old tires and was told they had been picked up and I was charged the tire disposal fee. (I have edited this review and added one star as in response to the msg below) i consider the issue closed and as mentioned I had bought most all my past tires from this facility, I will just consider it as an honest mistake or error of miscommunication)

I contacted the store in Woodbridge, Va. I was placed on hold in order for a sale to be closed. I hung up in. 3 minutes and called back in 30 minutes, placed on hold again and after answering some questions to find the information. Over all it was disappointing experience. Would the technician working on my car be just as good or worse .?? NTB needs an upgrade on their IT system.

Up untill now this place has had excellent customer service and quality workmanship, took my chevy suburban in for some quick and simple repairs and its taking forever and the service is starting to lack and prices are going up at the same time. They need to do better then are now and get back the four stars I originally gave them. Took off the fifth star because of the expensive repairs in the past. Otherwise I would have given them five stars.

Did not appreciate the bait and switch regarding a tire I purchased online and the 3 hour wait for the upcharged tire to be installed even though we made a set appointment. When we arrived the person who tried to help us could not find our appointment, even though it was displayed on the wall marquee with our name and time! After 30 minutes waiting outside he called and said the tire I purchased was not available, even though it said it was online. The tire and installation itself was decent, but the customer service needs improvement.

Ive bought a used vehicle. 3 days later the engine light comes on. My warranty provider had said that all the costs will be covered and I wont come out the pocket for service being done to my vehicle. Dealing with NTB for 2 weeks !!! NTB staff is not consistent with calling my warranty company and being on the same page, one staff member (The New Manager)was helpful for me by calling my warranty company, getting everything sorted out another employee comes to me and says I still have to come out of pocket for whatever my warranty isnt covering, after I just got off the phone with them several times my warranty said they will cover everything and for NTB to call them so whatever the extra cost is going to be they will cover the costs.(last week)(Today)In the waiting room the same employee spoke with me and told me there needs to be a win, win. Not a win, win for me ! I told him to call my warranty company to confirm with them, after I spoken to them 30 minutes before he also said that the service men need to eat too. He also said that hell service my vehicle with no charge but in the future if my vehicle needs work done he is not dealing with my warranty company and next time I will come out of pocket for repairs.I will let this location work on my vehicle today! But I will not be coming to this location in the future!

Huge waste of time, set an appointment, had to wait a day, got there and they said the wait would be over 2 hours.

I’ve taken my Tesla Model 3 here several times to get tires rotated and summer/winter ones swapped. Each time they have performed the job extremely well and quickly. Customer service has been top notch. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a shop with Tesla experience.

I normally just get an oil change here. And the other day I got an air filter change as well. The oil change was fine but from the air filter they didnt even screw everything back. My check engine light came on, my car didnt drive right. Will not be going back again

I’ve always had hit or miss luck with Tire shops. I recently purchased 2 new tires for my Charger and the entire staff was tremendously helpful. I’ve gone back twice in recent weeks due to running over nails, one in each! I don’t know about any of you, but this pair may be cursed, anyway I fully recommend considering them the next time your in the market for tires.Be sure to talk to Steve, he has been extremely helpful anytime I’ve had to go.

This past summer I went to the Dale City location with two loose wheels with two brand new tires from my Mustang and asked to have them installed. I was greeted by an older gentleman who stated that they could not install the tires because they would damage the finish on my wheels. I asked if this was common on my 17 inch wheels and he said with chrome wheels there is more chance of damage and they did not want the liability. I said no problem and went the Tire Zone and had them installed with no problem. Fast forward to this weekend... I made an appointment on Wednesday for an alignment appointment on my F150 Sunday early afternoon. I just put brand new wheels and tires along with new front end suspension and I was greeted by the same gentleman who was eating some food who asked me if my truck was lifted. I told him that it had a leveling kit installed but not lifted kit. He began to outline that my truck was lifted by the way it looked while looking at it sitting down eating his food. He said that Merchants does not do alignments on lifted vehicles. I told him that my truck was not lifted and that it was a leveling kit installed previously. We began a loud shouting debate if my truck was lifted or not while he was looking out the window at my truck. I asked if they could at least put it on the alignment rack to check my specs. He began to tell me how he was a Master Mechanic of 30+ years and he has the experience to tell if the truck is lifted or not. I asked Nevin that I speak with a manager, he told me that he was the manager. I asked to speak with someone about his negative approach that was in charge of me and he told me that it was Sunday and everyone was not available. This negative behavior should not be tolerated in any professional franchise EVER. I went to two more Merchants stores in Manassas, Va and was turned away on Sunday. I went to NTB in Manassas and had my alignment done in 2 hours. Thanks Merchants for wasting my time and almost ruining my day. Thankfully NTB came to the rescue.

Had an oil change appointment at 10 am, car didnt get pulled in until 11 after i confronted store staff. there were people who came after me and left before me. going back to jiffy lube
