Only waited about 5 mins even though it was pretty full. She worked quickly but efficiently and answered all my questions without hesitation or attitude. First visit and it was a great experience, will be returning!

First, the wait was long. I went in a Saturday morning and waited about 10 min to be seated for a pedi. Then, waited for the tech in the chair another 15 min. She rushed!!!! through my pedi. She did an ok job except for the fact that my husband could have done a better job painting my nails. Look like a child painted them. She did clean my cuticles and trim nicely tho gotta give credit for that. DONT RECOMEND tho. Oh also she dint tell me there where extra charges until i was at the counter.

Somebody needs to check this place. Their durty they dont sanitize their stuff i got fungus on my toe and every time i come its 100 all the time for only nails

I got my nails done for he first time in months. They are so pretty, Lyn did them. I got the powder nails for $35 and the coffin shape which added $3. I have been getting a lot of compliments on my nails :) !

I went to get my natural nails done.... They had bubbles on the tip... I showed my tech and she said its because her brush is old 🙄🙄... Did not try to fix my nails... I left to keep from arguing... never will be going back..

5 star only because I dont do anywhere else regardless of anything. Theyre service is good. Kim is my favorite, shes good so ask for her number so that can be your girl.. its not the prettiest salon but the service makes up for it. They all dont speak great english. Only thing I dont like is if I have a dark powder and wanna switch to a lighter color, they dont remove the dark color so when they apply the light one. It shows and they say they cant do it unless they start over. Which is a tactics for an extra charge.

If you want to get your nails done here ask for Tina. She is nice and will do a great job. Tina has done my nails for years and she always does what I want. The only reason I dont give a 5 star is because I have had bad experiences with other people who have done my nails when Tina is not there.

Ive been coming here for years. I have my certain people that I use and never ever have a problem. I always have ladies complement my nails and toes. Not sure who or why they gave their ridiculous bad reviews. I call them into question because I have came here for so long. I live in Kingwood and drive here. Ive tried to find someone closer that does as good on nail design or my nails in general. Their prices are very good and shop is clean. Their nail products are high quality! I gave up trying to find anywhere close to home and happily make the drive 🙂

I wasnt going to leave a review but the more I look at my nails the more pissed I get. I paid for a manicure with shellac. What I got was a paint job that a 5 year old would have done. My cuticles are flooded on almost every nail. Not to mention the minute you say shellac, the nail shop feels as if they do not have to do the whole manicure. I feel completely ripped off. Oh and did I mention Im a cosmetologist of 18 years. The sanitation in this place is horrible. Most implements were not being sanitized before they were put in the the sealed plastic we trust.

Linda is the best! I love this place they have great customer service (if youre a patient person) and can understand that they do get busy...because they are fantastic at what they do. I recommend them to everyone. I have had my nails done by other ladies also and they are just as good😊

I had the best experience at this location today. Although it was busy, I was taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend Jon if you want gel nails. Hes truly talented and friendly! Ill definitely be back.

I went and got my nails done at 9:30 in the morning on saturday and by noon that SAME DAY two of my nails had broken off. i was confused as to why they were breaking Soooo easily (all i did was open the sun visor in my car) but when i looked closer i seen how crazy thin they were. they never stood a chance against ANY wear. normally i don’t let things like this anger me so much but it literally wasn’t even a full day and i spent too much money of some paper thin nails that wouldn’t even make it through the day. very unhappy.

Came in during my lunch for a pink and white/ Polish change. I was in and out thanks to John. Hes amazing and very professional. I HIGHLY recommend him. Will be returning very soon!!

Been in the area for 2yrs now. I have visited this place on several occasions when Im not able to make it to SW Houston to my spot. The wait is the downfall to their business. I have waited up to an hour before. HOWEVER I am pleased with the service and quality for the price they offer.

I was turned away for NO reason at all! An hour before closing!!! THEY ONLY HAD ONE PERSON WAITING!!! I BELIEVE IT WAS RACE RELATED BECAUSE SHE MET ME AT THE DOOR AND THE ESTABLISHMENT WAS OBVIOUSLY OPEN WITH CUSTOMERS SITTING INSIDE!!! I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I love this nail salon, ive been going here since they opened getting pink and white solar nails, with (DARK PINK). these ladies know how i like my nails, wouldnt go to another nail salon. However some of the ladies who work in this nail salon/spa do not i repeat DO NOT care about customer service thats why i only let 2 people do my nails. The owner is so rude and does not do very good nails. All she does is rush rush RUSH, and thats she will never get a tip outta me!!!

Worst experience at a nail salon. They were busy so ok I thought maybe thats because theyre good, so I waited. Two other ladies were there before me were told 2 hour wait five minutes later I was taken back to start my pedicure. I was promptly scolded for having shellac on my toes (labor intensive to remove). Then there was a spot on my toenail that was peeling up just before she applied the paint she laughed and said oh its just some leftover wax from my pedicure then proceeded to paint over it. After my so so paint job on my toes was done she passed me over to get my manicure. I had chosen a shade of pink to kinda match my toes from their mess of shellac color swatches and was brought some orange paint I told the guy thats not the color I picked he said yes it is an went and got the color swatches a tossed them on the table in front of me and when I found the color again he said oh well that color is discontinued so just hurry up and pick a new color, I am busy and lot of customers. So I kindly got up and said well dont let me waist any more of your time and I will go somewhere else. Lotus nails just down the road took great care of me and were very personable and professional. I will never go back to mp nails.

HORRIBLE customer service. I had been going here for a couple of months and was a loyal customer, then I had a young lady do a refil on my solar nails I thought she did a good job but then the next day all of the became loose and started lifting which is not normal for solar nails. I went back and got a coupe fixed and they charged me $5 each nail, which is not the advertised price. I then went back a couple days later to get the rest of them fixed and had to wait over 30 minutes. When finished they tried to charge me again and I refused. Management is horrible and technicians to not care.

The worst costumer service ever! Ive never been so disrespected at an establishment. My nails messed up and when I asked them to fix it, they waved their hands and told me to go on after I waited 30 minutes for service. Dont waste your time or money!!

This has to have been the worst and unprofessional nail salon i have ever been to !! I came and got my nails done and a day later ( literally the next day ) they started coming off one by one. By the next week I had only three nails left. I was so upset I went back and had them removed. Those last nails where put in to good that when they started to removed them savagely my finger nail was pulled off and then started to bleed. I have never been so upset and hard to go to work with because there were open wounds on my fingers. Luckily I did not get a staph infection but I wouldnt be surprise if people did. Last but not least she offered To redo them once it all healed and I like a dummy came in and on top of that they wanted me to pay agian after all that !!!! Excuse me I wasnt the one to mess everything and rip my nail off so all in all I do not recommend this place at all. Very unprofessional and rude. If I can stand here and flag people down before walking in I would trust me dont go there

OMG the worst experience ever!!!!!! It dont even deserve 1 star! I will be looking into filing a complaint on them! So I am there to get a pedicure, the lady was working on a man next to me. Well when she was done I seen her slowly sneak the Puma stone and cheese grater (as I call it) file thingy in her drawer! Mind you she did not rinse nor Sanitize either of them! So she pulls out the puma stone and gets ready to use it on me and was like mama really, she knew exactly what I was referring to she got up and Went to get a brand new puma stone....so I get distracted on my phone and a few seconds later I feel her filing my foot with the cheese grater file OMG the same file she just used on the man next to me that she DID NOT RINSE NOR SANITIZE!!!!!!!!! I lost it! How Disgusting! Nasty! Lazy! UGH!!!!! Then I go to the manager and she says NOTHING!@!!!!!!! SO to all stay far from this place and just pay the extra few bucks for clean service!!!!!

I had been a loyal customer to them for years and theres been unpleasant moments during some visits. Ive had them cut me all up, Ive had nails fall off in a few days, eyebrows done too where theyre too thin, they are lazy during any service. If you can think of any way to mess up theyll do it. This last weekend, I decided I had enough of this place when I walked in at 5:35, keep in mind they close at 6 on Sundays and all they did was look at me stupid as I walk in the door and tell me to come back tomorrow, I said it was onlyOne nail I needed fixed and he repeated himself and told me to come back tomorrow as if they dont close as 6 and as if I had all the time in the world. Walked out and could hear them laughing about it. Theyre rude and unprofessional. theres plenty of other nail shops in the area that will treat you better.

The only nail shop I know that doesnt greet you and ask what you want when you come in! They just stare and look away!! Bad Customer Service!!!! However, they have good service (nail process)

I had the WORST experience here! I will never go back ! The lady had a attitude with me she wouldn’t let me speak with a manager or boss or anybody over the shop she laughed in my face and I wouldn’t recommend for anyone.

I should have known by the way it started I came in to get a full set and an old set taken off .. the way he was taking off my nails was with no care in the world he was stabbing me with the other nail he was using to remove the nails and it hurt really bad .,.. then after he shaped and did my nails he started to try and put the acrylic powder on and I said arent you going to file the whole nail? (Ive been getting my nails done over 6 years now I know how they do nails and what steps they use .) never have I ever had them done like this . He trys to tell me that oh its the customers preference ummmm excuse me why would a customer suggest something that is suppose to be done . So he starts filing them and cuts me with the machine and wasnt even doing my full nail was doing it all sloppy on purpose I could tell by his whole demeanor ... I immediately asked for someone else to do my nails and so I sat with another lady who started to cut my nails short and I wear my nails very long so I was in shock as to what she was doing .... I said no I like my nails long thats why they are like that so I asked to get them taken off and redone and she immediately had a problem and started telling me to leave because she had to go home . She said Im done I go home I was so appalled on how they treated me !!!. Worst nail salon ever !!!! If I could give 0 STARZ I would !

Worst customer service ever! I went to get a powder set and the guy who did it was rushing and he kept hurting me without apologizing until I addressed the problem but then he made it seem like it was my fault!! Never coming back here.

Customer service was horrible. The lady at the very end table attempted to do my nails, but she continuously was hurting me and would not apologize. I had to tell her off a few times and she stormed off, requesting for her Collegue to now finish up ny nails. I refused, and asked Anna the pedicurist to finish working on my toes and was going to go else where for my nails. Anna by the way was awesome. I would not recommend them for a manicure.

Will not go back. Very unfriendly staff. They look at you like youre from another planet when you walk in. I went to get my eyebrows done. She did a horrible job. I really dont know how she could mess that up because Im not that hard to please. There was no Thank you, come again. I guess the desire to have a repeat customer is just not there. It was brows this time...it could have been a manicure or pedicure the next time. They will never know.😒

Worst customer service ever! They are lazy and very unprofessional. Went in for a manicure and pedicure had to wait 45 min in between the 2 services. They are rude, lazy and messy. Always speaking in their native tong so the public cant understand them. If zero was an option thats what I would rate this nasty unclean place.

My nails werent buffed down.. 3 days later a nail came off .. polish on toes were chipped off in a couple days.. they dont know quality.

1. ignore my user name I never thought I would use this account.2. BEWARE!!!!! I went there 2times. both times hated it . the second time. I got into it with the manager. in summary: she nicked my fingers. i warned her. Che CUT my pinter finger with the drill. she Cut my other middle finger when she used her nail to pouch back skin .Its STILL healing. I went there on 8/20/2014 and four days later my finger still hurts. three nails are warped. When time to check out came I thought she would step and take responsibility for cutting me .. NO this B...thries to charge me full price. I ask for the manager which my gut told me she was... she said the owner is not available and the manager was not at the store. After calling a mother employee to find the manager he tells me SHE IS the MANAGER! her name is Mai...spelling is guessed cause her license was not displayed on her table like it should be. after arguing she take my price down to 20. and when I told her I am filing a complaint she huff and attempts to throw me the sign stating where to file the complaint. so i threw her the money! Uneffingbelievable!

Let’s start by saying I’d give 0 stars if I could, I came in to get my current nails replaced with new Acrylic nails . I feel like the whole process was rushed when he was taking my other nails off he was pulling it off with a plastic nail . My nails wasn’t trimmed before putting the new ones on . But my biggest problem was he cut me twice with the machine that files down the nails and then cut me again when he had to fix my nail because their black light where the nails dry had plastic in it and it messed up the nail . I will never go back to this place again . I’d rather go back to the nail spot and spa and pay the difference for better service and a Margarita!!!

Got shellac, manicurist messed up nails 3 times in the end she put a coat on that was not the color I picked. She put it all over my cuticles and did not paint my entire nail either. She was also rude and walked away so many times to eat or do other services on the nxt customer over all worst service EVER. I would not recommended this place to anyone.

Friendly but horrible experience. I had shellac painted on my nails and within 24 hours it has already started peeling off, mostly due to the fact that they painted on my skin and over my cuticles. My nails are already short and they filed them even shorter to the point I had to pull away because it was hurting. I am very disappointed in the service I paid for and will not go back.
