The staff here is extremely friendly and nice. They do not rush you.The prices are great, but the quality is hit or miss for both lashes and gel nails. I have had lashes done perfectly here for $75, and just average $50.My gel nails with no manicure was $18.

Came in and told them I want a refill and pedicure. They started on my feet and nails at the same time. As soon as another customer walks in, she stops my nails to do the other customer nails. I was hoping to be done at the same time so I can make it to my destination on time afterwards. Sadly, I left with only getting my feet serviced. If they see a lighter complexion coming in, they will service them first I see. I will never return back.

Terrible experience. Literally worse nail job I’ve ever gotten. Got shellac done and my nails look like nail was melting. It was terrible, my 5 yo does a way better job. Never going back again. And besides the fact that they did a terrible job they are so expensive

Nina the owner of the business came highly recommended by my nieces but she was very Rude, UnProfessional, and I told her exactly what I wanted and she ignored my instructions. She totally rushed through my service just to get to her next client. I ended up coming back the next day for her to fix my nails because she had did a 🤬 up job, her attitude was still 🤬 up the next day. I recommend the nail salon I just don’t recommend Nina.

Nina is an eyelash GAWD!! Prices are excellent and they last several weeks. She does individual extensions and they dont take out your real lashes

I was recommended by a couple of people to go for eyelash extensions and ask for Nina. She put a lot of glue and the clear glue in which you can see it. I noticed it when I got back and had to show her. Her remedy was to add extra black glue. In which, when I went to remove the lashes it was hell. Needless to say, the extra glue fused my actual lashes with the extensions and most of my natural lashes are gone.

I’ve came here for a wax then a second time for a pedicure and a third time for a gel manicure. Wax is great. My pedicure looks great. My manicure not so much. Not even a whole day and it had peeled off one of my nails. I’m assuming not enough time to dry like they had thought. May try it one more time and send a second update. Would hate to have to look for a new nail salon.

Nina is an awesome lady!!! Tiffany is great with my nails and Mimi is great with the pedicures. I will always go back.. they have taken such good care of me

Everyone is really nice and friendly. The salon is clean. If you call ahead the wait time is not long. I loved my manicure and pedicure. They paid really good attention to detail.

HORRIBLE!!!!! It was my 2nd time here. I came the first time and they shaped them weird, so as a business owner myself I respected them enough to have them fix it before writing a review. In which they did. I was happy. I came back the second time for another refill and lashes. The pictures below will show the work the lady did. I had them done Saturday, March 31, 2018 I came back April 2nd to address the fact that while wiping my face with a wipe I felt like something was stuck on my lash so I lightly pulled them and they all fell off. The owner told me to come back on Wednesday. I asked her for a refund, because I did not want her to do my lashes nor my nails again. There was NO OFFER to have someone else fix them or do my lashes or anything. In return she got loud along with an attitude with me. This is really bad business and I in return will never be back again. I know I spend anywhere upward of $150 in here at a time and this is how they treat their customers.

I was visiting from out of town and stopped by here. This is by far the best nail spot I have been too. They greeted me when I came in, they offered me adult beverages (which is always a win) and started working on my nails. Once my old nail set was taken off, they walked me back to get my feet done. They worked on my nails AND feet. I felt like a celebrity. I was really impressed by the service and my nails looked great.

This is my go to nail salon. When you go there ask for Tina.She will make sure you are taken care of. She is always attentive and wants to take care of your nails. I have been going there for over 5 years now. If you can’t get Tina then her daughter Quinn is just as good. I love this place!!

Don’t go here if you’re looking to save money and beautiful nails... They rush and sometimes nails come out good not perfect but at times they do a horrible job!! I paid $58 for a refill and eyebrows!😳 I would rate 0 but their customer service is okay.

The worst experience I ever had with getting eyelashes.Will never go back. The owner Nina called herself fixing them glue all in my eye burning the, attitude out this world. Now because two different people did my lashes now one eye look different from other one... Thought I can try somewhere different because I was in the area will never ever ever come back again... I am not impressed with the service I received. My feet soaked for 30 minutes before I decided to leave and thats when someone finally decided to assist me. By that time I had already began to prepare to leave. The same lady end up doing my nails too. About 85 bucks later my nails and toes are a mess. Thumb nails is filed going left. I do Not recommend this shop. $75 dip and pedi at Lauberge and very satisfied every visit.

I recently started coming to this nail shop. First few experiences were not good. The two guys who would do the shellac manicure were always in a rush and did sloppy work. However, I did not let that stop me from going back. Quinn & Tina do awesome work. I have been told that Tiffany and Tracy also do awesome work. So if you want your nails done right use one of these ladies. They are always busy so its good to make an appointment when you can get a spot.

HUGE language barrier. Said I didnt like how it looked. (Showed him the picture 4 times of what I wanted). Told him I wanted the colors in the picture (in colored powder) He got upset with me cause I said after he did 1st hand thats not what I wanted. (In the 15 + years of getting my nails done Ive only made someone do my nails over 2 times.) This is one of those times. Finally just got irritated and said do regular pink and white ombre. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Worst nail experience ever. I just wanted a simple manicure and pedicure. An older man was doing my nails he was about to paint them when I realized he had filed them so uneven and square. After he did one coat on one hand I realized there was no polish close to my cuticle or on the side of my nails. I asked him to put nail polish there and he said he would put the lighter color over it. ( I had a dark orange and a shiny orange on top) after he did that u could tell wear there was no polish on those parts but just the lighter color. After I told him I didnt like it he began to add the darker color over it and adding more layers. I noticed that he hadnt fixed all my nail but decided to leave it alone because at that point I was very fustrated. He added so many layers that it had that bulky thick look and after waited 30 minutes under the drying light I went to my car and one of my nail messes up because all the layers wouldnt let it dry. My toes were done by a lady were the color wasnt put on right either and my nail was cut wrong it looked sideways. They seemed very rushed and the were not even busy. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Tina always has an attitude ALWAYS !!!! Do NOT I repeat do NOT go to Tina !!!! Tina will talk about you in there language and not think twice. I’m that customer that will record you and bring it to someone to translate! Tina is RUDE ! I thought the first time she did my nails maybe it’s a bad day ... everytime I go it can’t be a bad day ! Also she acts like she is always in a rush... for what ? Nobody books you! She rushes and doesn’t care about the outcome ! Idk if winter is still here but she was very sweet and polite and her work is wonderful ! If winter not there they need to be shut down ! I went today and didn’t see WINTER ! So if you go look for winter if not just leave ! Tina has done my nails 3 times all 3 times where a disappointment and she always had an attitude and always rushed !

David is my guy and never lets me down. Gives the best pedicures and knows how to hook your girl up with coffin nails, he is usually up to date with all the trends when it come to ombré nails, clear nails, etc, show him a picture of what you want and he will either give you 100% of what your picture looks like or at like 95% . He so polite and gentle with his work, staff here is so friendly and Nina is the best with Eyebrows .

I would not recommend! The lady who did my nails did a horrible job! I wanted coffin and clearly that wasn’t her expertise. They looked a mess and she charged me an extra 3 dollars! The nails came off a day later just popped right off! I’m already missing Two and it hasn’t been 3 days!!! Shi** job and rip off prices! Will never go again! I didn’t get the lady name but she sits at the 2nd table to the right at the end near the door.

Anybody complaining 9 times out of 10 its THEM and not the nail technician! If theres EVER an issue with your manicure, pedicure or nail service, ALLLLL you have to do is politely bring it to their attention and they will gladly fix it for you.....but what do I see? I see blatant disrespect from customers who lack communication skills necessary to respectfully voice their concerns or dissatisfaction with their end product. The tone reminds me of how slave owners spoke to slaves or how white people in general spoke and treated black Americans during Civil Rights...or even currently.....Every visit Ive had to Ninas Nail Salon has been nothing short of exceptional... Everyone has always been courteous and respectful....and willing to provide you with the service you expect....but how awesome would you be if you knew your customers were treating you as if you were nothing worth respecting....think about that when youre judging and acting ignorant in the nail shop....or anywhere!! The ladies and gentlemen in the nail salon probably make more money than most of the customers who seek their services......think about that! All Im saying is...treat others the way youd like to be treated if you were in their shoes....Nina herself provides superior customer service....and the expectation from her employees is the same. And if you find offense...9/10 Im talking about YOU!

Horrible experience. She wasnt taking her time had to tell her to slow her down. She did refill and replaced 2 nails instead of using chemical to remove the nail she decides to file the nail off burning and thinning my nail. When she put the nail on my thumb i asked her to remove it bcuz it was on crooked. The nail painting was inconsistent. Rhinestones werent placed properly. 2 days later the tip of my nail broke with my real nail causing it to bleed with pieces of nail debris. My other thumb nail is cracked and bleeding as well not as bad as the other and that is both thumbs. Never ever again will i step foot in that nailshop . poor lazy workers careless. Negligent. I wish i could give 0 stars

They do ok nails I think they are over priced a little. I had them paint my nails blue and didnt really like the color they said ur would be $18 for them to change it. I had not even paid yet. Other places done charge near as much and usually will change or for free if you have not leftor even paid yet.

Its bad business practices to take in as many clients as possible and start on them to ensure they have to wait. I walked out of the salon with prunie, unpainted hands after 45 minutes.

Fast and very efficient

Went here last Sunday for Shellac mani and pedi. WORST experience Ive had at a nail salon! Went there with a friend who has been there a few times. I had a man working on my fingernails and a lady doing my pedicure. Never asked me if I wanted something to drink. They seemed to be in a rush and asked several times what type of mani/pedi I wanted. Not sure if they werent really listening or just kept trying to up-sell. Anyway, before I knew it, my fingernails were done- I looked at them and it looked like a mess! There was shellac on the sides of my fingers, not even wiped. My nails werent filed evenly and were all jagged, the shellac on my thumb nail was not evenly coated- I had a clear spot where you could still see the color of my natural nail. And the lady who did my pedicure was unprofessional- was wearing a dress and heels like she was going to the club right after her shift and when she was done with my toes she just walked away without saying a word. The lady who did my friends nails must have noticed how badly my salon visit was going as she overheard my friend and I talking and offered me something to drink. I then asked her to tell the man who did my fingernails to fix his crappy manicure. Needless to say I will not be going back there again and hope that someone at their salon reads this review. 😒💁🏻

Just left this place about 1 hr ago (Monday 5:30pm). Horrible. I had a mani / pedi. Shellac on my mani & regular nail polish on my toes. The water was scalding hot & I asked for a super deluxe pedicure. I saw no difference in any other pedi. The wax wasnt left long enough on my feet & they didnt even air out the hot towels. Straight from the oven to burn my shins. I asked to have my toe nail polish match my shellac but of course it didnt. It was definitely rushed & all over my skin. The Shellac was 90% worse. Three coats & still looked blotchy w/air bubbles. On top of this, the UV light was not working properly & both middle fingers on each hand smudged when alcohol cleaning solutions was placed. Now both middle fingers have four coats & not to mention the sides of my finger have hardened shellac. I wont be surprised if it doesnt last. There goes $60.

So I just left her and will NEVER go back..They are schemes. I went in to get a full set of nails nothing fancy and brought in my own polish..She tried to convince me to get shellac after I said no, the 3rd time..She bein to file my nails I then asked how much is a full set she said 35 then she said 30.00 I got up and left...then I called and spoke to Nina and she said a full set is 25.00 come back...No I will never go back..lying and scheming..DO NOT GO THERE

Went this morning and got a shellac mani and Polish is on my fingers fries so I try to fix it at home but no surprise the Polish is already coming off. Very poor work and very poor workers. Made it seem like they dont care expecially the male worker who did my nails
