I moved from the East Texas area could not find a good nail place because I am very picky. Finally I found this place they are awesome!!

Quick efficient service

Sophia is my nail tech is she always does an excellent job on my manicure. Staff is very nice and professional.

Horrible!!! Do not go here!!! The owner lies to everyone telling them there is a 30 minute wait... expecting to turn people away. I made a terrible mistake waiting. The girl doing my nails glued the tip On My left index finger crooked. When I told her she said she will file it to fix it. She had to do something else and the owner finished my nails. All my nails are different shapes and lengths. When I showed him the crooked nail he tried to tell me that everyone always say that but that’s the way our hands are made... NO! Then right when he was fixing the crooked nail..he started arguing with the one who did my nails. Y’all please Stay AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

***PLEASE READ***: This was by far the worst nail experience ever for me. They did not communicate clear with the customer and even yelled at me. The audacity for them to be business owners and not cooperate with their customers is horrendous. They were not willing to let me pay half price because they did not even come close to what i was asking them to do. In the end I walked out not having to pay anything and i’m glad my money was saved. please go there at your own risk. The owners are rude and disrespectful.

HORRENDOUS JOB literally have never had to write a bad review but there is always a first time! This lady drilled into my nail bed 3 times ! Didn’t even cover up my nails correctly during my refill and I paid because I thought that was the right thing to do but I went back because my nails were never in PAIN from getting them done but I was ignored when I asked for a refund on this POOR JOB. Do yourself a favor and 1. Don’t waste time on their manager he is unfair and 2. Go somewhere else! Never EVER coming here again. There were different employees here before and they did a GREAT job, but those that are there now are HORRIBLE.

Walked in asked for eyebrows to be done. Mam at counter looked said onemoment 10 minutes later no acknowledgement. I felt place wasnt up to my normal standards but it was around the corner. I will never return or recommend this location.

My wife loves this place. She calls and we never have to wait. I get my pedicures bi weekly and enjoy it. Very reasonable can’t complain.

I recently moved here from Seattle and tried different shops in the area but i think i found my new salon! would give them 5 stars but there was a bit of a wait (only have 3 people working). its worth the wait though, i love how my nails came out and not to mention the techs are rather nice and they take care of you. they didnt rush even though its packed and theyll tell you straight up how long the wait really is unlike most salons. so i would recommend this place to those that are patient and are not in a rush.

I have a drop foot so I get really bad callus on the bottom of my feet. I normally dont go to the nail shop because of it and no one ever takes the time to get my feet smooth until I came here. The staff is very patience and nice. The service is wonderful and worth the money. I love them!!!!!

It it very welcoming when I entered Kathy I think was her name, did an amazing job on my nails and I had the best pedicure I had in my life. I definitely recommend this salon. The owners and everyone was so nice to me. Make sure you check this place out because you wont regret it

Just left Serenity nails. Came in at six to get a pedicure and refill. I sat with feet in the water for 1hr before they started. They took 3 people that came in after me that were having one service done. They tried to make me not get extra services I wanted so they could go home. But you just had me wait 1hr to start! Then after they are done with my pedicure the owner told me to come back tomm. I would have went somewhere to have all the services I asked for done. I have pictures in the morning that is why I’m here today! So he(the manager/owner) takes my existing shellac off and charges me extra and leaves my refill service undone and says sorry because they are ready to go. I will never come here again!

Decided to try a different place today and i must say, was not disappointed at all. everyone was friendly unlike the people from across the street. sophia brought my toes back to life so i will definitely be back !

I got a deluxe pedicure for I think $35. It felt so nice, you should definitely request for Kathy. I highly recommend this place and would come back for a second time.

I broke a nail within three days. Went back to the nail shop to tell them that the nail broke. They refuse to repair the nail at no cost. Th ryan Said that after you leave that it’s your responsibility. What this shows is poor workmanship. Your client/customer should always be a priority and you should try and remedy the problem. Do not get your nails done here because your nails will break within a short period of time.

Hands down THE BEST pedicure & massage Ive ever gotten! The lady took her time and did not rush even though there were other people waiting. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back !!!

If I could give this nail shop zero stars I would. This is hands down one of the worst nail shops Ive ever been to. I had the worst experience ever my nails look horrible .Their lumpy and they hurt .. When I asked them to fix it they didnt want to do it.

The service here was so horrible it doesnt even deserve 1 star. The sign on the front door clearly states they close at 7:00 pm. I walked in on 04/27 at 6:23pm the lady asked me could I come back tomorrow because they take their last customer at 6:30. On 5/03 I walked in at 6:15 pm so I could be sure I was there in enough to be serviced. I walked in asked how long was the wait? The nail tech relied there are 4 people ahead of you can you come back tomorrow. I said you told me last week you take you last appointment at 6:30.She then says it up to you if you want to wait. After I set there and wait for an hour and listen to her and her father exchange words in their language her father gets and comes towards me angry and he says you have to leave. We cantdo you nails. We close at 7:00 and we still have all you people here. I told him I was told I could wait and dont talk to me in that tone. He told me no you have to leave we not doing your nails. I told his daughter not to service me. When I started speaking to his daughter I explained to her the meaning of having a closing time. I said if you take the last customer at 6:30 then you hours on the door should say Open at 10:00 am Close at 6:30 pm. Dont wait until the customers come in at ask them to come back tomorrow. I dont who you people are however since the nail sop is in a predominately black and Hispanic area one could only assume he is referencing African Americans and Hispanics. I will not be spending any of my funds here I would suggest you dont either.

I went in there at 6:30 wanting to get my brows done & the man working there gave me a sarcastic response. “You waited this late to come in?” “Well the wait is 30 minutes.” They close at 7. The nail salon wasn’t packed. Very RUDE. Lost out on future clientele. Do not recommend.

They are very reasonable and they are very good to listen and get it Rgt the first time. Very clean and sanitary. They also take their time which is a big deal to getting it Rgt. Very happy with them I recommend it.

Had to wait for my car to be repaired, so I decided to stop in Serenity Nails. It was anything but serene. Horrible experience. Nail tech did not want to file my nails the way I wanted. When I pointed out that part of my nail wasnt covered by the solar nail solution, she indicated it was because my nail was so narrow. Was asked to pay immediately after my full set and before my pedicure. Asked the nail tech to add a design to my nails; she quoted a price to which I said okay. She never returned to give me the design. Pedicure tech seemed nervous and fumbled with my feet alot. Asked her to provide a white coat for a base on my toenails. It was sloppy and did not cover the whole nail. When she painted my toenails with the color I provided, to say it was a hot mess would be an understatement. When you take a moment to be pampered, it is more than disappointing. I repainted my own nails and walked away feeling like like gave money away. Also left with a massive headache from the strong smell of nail solutions. Pedicure chairs looked ancient. Huge and utter disappointment. Epic Fail!

Horrible would give 0 stars if I could! Paid 50$ for basic nails no rhinestones no design just basic nails. They popped off within 5 days. All 10 of my nails! I went back with 3 on and asked them to fix my nails. The owner/manager or whoever he was said NO WE NEVER FIX NAIL I DONT CARE IF BREAK SAME DAY MY CUSTOMER KNOW DAT Dont waste your hard earned money here!

I would not recommend the salon. They have horrible customer service and their nail techs are not up-to-date on the latest technology. I paid $35 for a pedicure and they didn’t even put shine on my toes. The tech who did my toes did a horrible job painting my toenails they looked as if my five-year-old painted my toes. Did not want to give me a refund and made me wait another 45 minutes to repaint my toes

I think the ppl are nice but prices r ridiculousmy high for just some basic nails n then not just that did my nails on a Friday n by Monday my nail came off because they make them so thin n I called n they couldn’t even say come in n we will fix it all they say is your responsibile for ur nails obviously I know that but if it’s popping off just by putting on a shirt than something is wrong

Ok so I just have to leave a review first of all they try to get you with a sign that states 20% off your total thats not true .Then I go in get a full set and a pedicure and the pedicure seemed ok but then one week later my feet was really ruff never had that happen to me. The full set popped off in two weeks or less like they use cheep products. I would never go back to this place it really sucked very up set!!!!!

Very disappointed. Will never go back. Got gel nails done and they were sloppy. And didnt even last 24 hours before three nails were coming off. Went back and lady was rude and stated that she would fix them if she had too, but that I had to wait. Left because she never apologize and was rude. Dont wast your time.

Worst service ever! They close at 6 PM on Sundays, they only did my pedicure and rushed me out asking me to return on Monday for my refill and color change, because they had plans & closing an hour early. Im assuming the man that made this decision was the owner or family, of course speaking their language to each other. On top of this, color was very sloppy, a 2nd nail tech took over to clean it up.

Thus by far was the worst manicure I have ever had! Im a male, how difficult could it be? I was the only person in the facility and if she worked on me for more than 20 minutes that was too long. No squared off or rounded edges. Dont even waste your time or money.

Was in a rush my regular nail shop was crewed so I decided to come here. Worse mistake I ever made I my toes look like i had them done for weeks they did not have a fresh look. My nails were not done the way I had ask. Then at the end they told me they were giving me a discounted price because i had on my work uniform. How about free because it was all trash money wasted...
