Love my nails! Shape and design came out how I wanted. Shawn and Cindy were both so nice. The shop itself is very clean, and they have a cute floral wall where you can take pictures. Definitely coming back!!

This place raises the bar for the nail salon industry! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff (Shawn and Cindy), and was offered a beverage. The atmosphere is relaxing and very clean (a huge plus). They worked as a team to accommodate my nail design and color request without complaints. They even offered suggestions and gave honest input on what would work well with my nail bed to ensure that my nails don’t get damaged in the process. My cuticles were flawless and the process was painless. I’m very particular with the shape as well, but Shawn was able to create the perfect stiletto nails. Unlike my previous experiences at other locations, I’ve had people rush through my nails and file the wrong shape, but I noticed that Shawn and Cindy take their time on their customers to deliver nail designs that exceeded my expectations.During my time there, they made conversation and it just felt like a very personal experience overall! I went in today (by appointment) to have a pedicure with my sisters and had a blast! Vet was my Pedicurist that did my pedicure and let me tell you he gave me the best pedicure and a deep leg massage I have every had in my life. When he was through with me I was so relaxed and stressed FREE! I would recommend him every time. Everyone was saying, “why are you so quit? they just didn’t know, I was put in a relax state of mind. Much needed.” Thank you Vet!The atmosphere in this salon was so friendly and professional, I felt welcomed and was treated like family, very impressive.

This is my second time coming and guess what they never disappoint. Yen was and is amazing! I arrived for my 5:15 pm appointment and she was ready for me. No waiting!!!! I loved that when I walk in they acknowledged every time, not only that I’m treated like it’s my first time every time. She does great on my eyes brows as well. I have found my permanent nail shop!!!! Feet be feeling like a baby’s bottom. While doing my nails and pedicure they check to make sure that you are happy along the way!! I love it. I called and booked am appointment for 12:30 and she Messages me an hour before my appointment asking if I can change it to 2. When I text her back asking if she still will be able to fit me in, She message me back 3 minutes before my appointment time telling me that she had to leave and she was sorry and would have to Reschedule. Its very very disappointing especially because Im working with someone one who made an appointment time to just change it And cancel on me and I have an event today. This was my 1st time and I saw good reviews so I was excited for the nail design I wanted so I am very disappointed and its not a good look for the 1st time customer.

This is the best nail salon in northeast Houston area (Humble/Kingwood area). Nail techs are all creative and definitely in with current trends, which is hard to find anywhere in the outskirts of Houston. The place is clean, they make sure you are comfortable, ask you if you want anything to drink. My nails are super cute and TRUE coffin shape, because where I was previously going they did more of a tapered square and I hated it. Super fun people work here, and they will definitely make your nail appointment fun, interesting, and worth the time! 😁 HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Where do I start?? I moved from Los Angeles to TX back in Aug 2020 and I have been in search of a great nail salon to no avail. I personally have visited 7 nails shops before I found 1st Nails. Went here with my daughter and as soon as I walked in I knew I found my new Nail Home. The place is super dope, clean and the owners are phenomenal. We arrived around 6pm for our appointment and didnt stop laughing until we left. Sophie gave me a Shellac pedicure - Uhhh bomb dot com and my daughter got a pedi and full set. She got exactly what she asked for. Lao is one the coolest and talented in the Humble area - Yen is patient and calm. 1st visit to 1st Nails and the search is OVER! I went in for a pedicure, manicure with shellac, and a lip/brow wax. Lao was awesome with the mani/pedi. He was polite and excellent conversationalist. I enjoyed my visit. My brow wax didn’t go quite as planned. The lady was a little heavy handed on the right brow. Nothing that can’t be fixed over time. Just not sure I would return for a brow wax there again. However, I would go back for Lao to work on my hands and feet again. He did fantastic with my ingrown toenails and cuticles.

Took my mom here for a much needed nail day. Staff was nice, lively, and well versed in their craft. My nails turned out amazing and staff even educated my mother and I on products and practices. Very nice change from the usual nail place setting.10/10 would recommended.P.s: when going into any place of customer service, know what you want and be courteous to staff 💕

They are professional, good people with good vibes & we love our Mani & Pedi. PS when I came here & requested for no chip service LAO & YEN looked at me like I was crazy & asked me where I’m from because I was the 2nd person to come in & mentioned that service to them when they never even heard of no chip. I really enjoyed the ambiance and it’s really good vibes I would definitely recommend going to them but book first. Sophia did an amazing job on my pedicure, engaged in good conversation, and kept checking that I liked it. Lao is something else but he’s really set on no basis nails 😂😂 so don’t expect him to do basic nails. He loves to be extravagant but I loved my set and it was a freestyle. He paid very close attention to detail, he was patient, funny and took his time to ensure quality nails. Yin and the rest of the ladies were equally funny and very friendly. Lao freestyled my designs, and I didn’t even have to him a picture. The nail shop is clean, and doesn’t have an overwhelming nail smell. They most definitely deserve 5 stars. I was a few minutes late to my appointment but that wasn’t a problem! I showed Lao a picture of the set I wanted and he did it 100x better! Shape 10/10 the overall experience was good! Lao and Yen are both personable people which is good because usually the nail shop can feel a bit awkward because techs don’t normally make conversation, but they’re different at First nails! Also I’ve had experiences where the nails on Instagram look great but the actual service isn’t, but this one here was accurate as could be!
