What I wanted vs what I got. This was my first time at this salon and the experience was horrible. The workers were very unprofessional. I was charged $45 to take off acrylic nails and have this acrylic set on my toes. They did not give me a normal pedicure treatment (sit in water, massage, and clean feet).They didn’t even clean the dirt from my toes as you can see from the clear acrylic. This was not the color or style I wanted at all. I had to explain myself 5 times for them to understand even after showing them the picture of what I wanted. Worst nail experience ever!

I came twice just to see if the service was really that bad and not just the techs I had. The lady who did my eyebrows over plucked them for one and she kept waxing under the same eyebrow which resulted in me having a scab on my face! I felt as if they were extremely prejudiced because I’ve NEVER had to pay before my services were even finished. My nails look like my one year old niece did them. My pedicure was absolutely terrible and rushed. $70 gone down the drain but I had to leave my review to warn others.

I had to wait a bit but when I got in the chair and started the lady doing my nails was very quick she did them in less than 20 minutes and she was extremely clean.

I went to surprise my girl, just to do a manicure and pedicure (you know something simple for my girl) I waited almost an hour and a half to almost 2 hours just for her manicure to look horrible. honestly I dont recommend this place for first timers. You know for guys that just want to give a simple gift to your girl, I came to this place cause I saw Google rated it a good place to go.... but it was deceiving. For anybody who are first timers ITS A NO GO (TRUST) for your husband, girlfriends or whatever its still a NO. Sorry the place looked nice but no. look at the pictures I provide... the work looks rushed and sloppy.

This place lacks any structure. We arrived and there was no one to greet us. We were asked what we wanted from across the room forcing us to holler back “our order”. They didn’t take note of the services we were wanting nor any others for that matter and therefore were skipped not once, not twice but THREE times on a service we were interested. Why am I still here? They manage to squeeze my sister in so we’re stuck waiting. There’s better salons out there with better customer care. Save your time and money.

I just popped by to get my eyebrows cleaned up. I left with one thick eyebrow and one thin eyebrow.

Horrible service, rude attendants and manager. Poor service, terrible service my nails were bubbling up a day later. Did not listen to what I asked them to do and they do not write down what you want so they do whatever they want and charge you more. I paid $140.00 and could have gone to a better place. Horrible place! They dont care about customer service. The lady cut me in several toes, i had to pay attention because she didn’t remove all the nail polish and was about to pain over that, sugar scrub didn’t have sugar. I had to tell her that there we no granules on it, and a scrub without that is just a lotion. Manager o whoever she was refused to give a discount on the service just because the lady had worked on me for an hour. I hope you read this because your service was bad, and that you didn’t acknowledge it is worse, and says a lot of this place. Worst $26 spent. DO NOT GO

I told the woman three times to remove/cover the blue. As you can see, she didn’t. She didn’t clean them up nor evenly distribute the polish onto my nail. What a waste of time and money.

I went in to get a manicure and full set removed. The lady that handled me was rough my finger set an acetone too long and the tips of my fingers were burning. She was more concerned about getting to the next person then to providing me with good service. I paid for a manicure but got no lotion on the hands not what they normally do for manicure I’ve had them done before but this time she was so quick to get me out of the chair. But I still paid for the service. I just won’t be returning to this location. It’s a shame because I’ve been going to them for a few months now.

Horrible place I came to do my nails and they did horrible they hurt me and did not care they tried covering yet it didnt work it stung and made me bleed then when they took them out they didnt clean out all the glue off and now my nails look like this 😡😡😡 I do not recomend this place then they get mad and start talking bad like its my fault they dont know how to do their job

I was looking for nail shops in the humble area opened on Sunday and this one popped up. I looked at the pictures posted became discouraged. My husband suggested we try them anyway since is was getting late and most places close early. We stopped and both got pedicures and they actually did a great job on both of us him more so than me. So I decided to go after work one day to get a full set and the lady did exactly what I asked unlike other salons when you show a picture they just get the color or one aspect right. Definitely found a new and affordable salon near me. Wish I could post pics

Lady that did my nails was steady going back and fourth with her phone. Once she glued the nail on she didn’t even shape my nail and started applying the acrylic. My nails look super wide and I have small hands lol omg the worst nails I’ve ever gotten! I took them off the same day!

Nail polish cracked and bubbles it look bad

I have been coming here for years. Pedicure polish lasted the last few times that I got a pedicure a week or less. They had the audacity to charge me regular price to correct it after 4 days this time. I came in Monday 7.15.19 for the pedicure and its Friday 7.19.19 and half the polish is off of my toenails. My pedicures have always last 2 weeks. Obviously theyre using cheaper products and what a way to treat a loyal customer. Ive learned my lesson though. Ill find another nail salon that has integrity.

Good service

Spanish lady works there who ALWAYS has her airpods on. Ive gone to her twice. The first time she did a good job on my nails, but kept being more concerned on her phone or talking to someone on the phone while doing my nails. The second time I came back to her she went way too rough on my nails and made them bleed, and not to mention her phone rang about over 8 times while I was there. It got to the point she was hollering because of her son was about to get in trouble. If youre not giving me your time, why should I give you mine AND my money. She will also at times have an unpleasant attitude and more into herself than her customers, it speaks a lot. Never coming back.

This was my first time going to Deerbrook Nails. I was very pleased with the service got a Shellac Manicure. Its a 30 min drive for me, but it is worth it. Have tried a couple of Nail & Spa where I live in the Summerwood area was not pleased at all.

I always come to this nail shop in they do some what of good service. They last two weeks. I came here after work set here for over two hours for bull I could have done it at home I save myself 45 dollars one of them broke.

Lady to the right super rude and unprofessional!!!!!! I explained I could not use the primer due to sensitivity to my nails she said she has to use it!! Then turn laughing to her co worker talking mess in their language!!!!! I paid for my pedi and walked out...The gentleman working on my pedi did a wonderful job!!!! Heads up Do Not go here!!!!!!

This nail salon is located in Humble right next door to Plato’s closet. I’ve been going here about a yr now like once a month or so. I’m not someone who gets my nails done often. (Usually just on special occasions) Their prices are cheap but a prime example of “You get what you pay for” never had a problem with them until this last visit. I took my acrylic nails off to find out for the very first time in my life!!! I have nail fungus on like 3 of my fingers!!! I was livid! I don’t often write reviews but this place deserves 0 stars!!! Unfortunately, “Google Rating” requires me to leave at least 1. I will NEVER visit this place again! Please be advised that lower/cheaper prices aren’t always a good thing ladies and gentlemen.

I always come here now for my nails- they make them the way I love- thin and natural looking! I have a crooked finger, and she always gets the nail straight on that finger- unlike other places.

They didn’t tell me it was extra for coffin, my nails wasn’t shaped good enough, very unprofessional would NOT recommend!!!!!!!!!

I just paid $22 to get my already short nails cut after I said not to, cut three times, the wrong color, and it took an hour just to get them painted. Never will I ever come back.

I am highly dissatisfied with the service.The lady that did my eyelashes were so unprofessional and unprepared.my eyelashes were clumpy and uncomfortable.

I went in to get my nails done and the lady completely messed them up. It was my first time so I wasnt sure what to expect. I asked for ombré coffin nails. The lady tried to do coffin and took off half of the nail and didnt know how to do the ombré effect. When she was done I had 2 “ombré” nails and my others were ruined. She tried to send me out with some raggedy nails and another man had to scrape them off and do them again.

Was not happy with my service on July 4th i got Gel Cat Eye Polish and it cracked 2 days later because it wasnt applied correctly. Well not be returning.

It’s okay ig..but they are doing your nails and they see another customer coming in the door ..then they will rush through the process to get to the other customer not the best but not the worst
