Worst nail experience Ive ever had. I got a pedicure and a shellac manicure and it looks like I did it myself with some cheap polish. I took this pic right after I left the salon....unfiled nails, shellac on my skin....looks like a kid did it. Also, the place kind of smelled like urine. Ive never been upset getting my nails done before. Waste of money!!

I started going to Lisa back when she was at VIP Nails and then I moved from home a couple years ago. I moved back the summer of 2019 and as soon as I heard Lisa took over Empress Nails. (She’s has the place now for over a year or so now) I came running back. She is so amazing, great conversationalist and listens to everything! Plus, she’s really cool. 😌

I love these ladies. The pedicures are my reason for coming I dont know much about the nails, but pedicures are great sugar scrub and hot towels. They are very sweet ladies. Ive only been treated by the older ones they really know how to treat a girl 😊

I am giving one star because I cannot give zero! I am outside the salon writing this review. I came in to get a shellac manicure a couple days ago and it went ok. I observed other customers being chatted up and being offered drinks...I was not. I noticed that all the nail polish started flaking the following day so I called to get it fixed. The lady was nice on the phone and told me to come in the following day. I came in and she looked annoyed but I just ignored it because I wanted her to fix their mistake. She soaked both my nails and almost threw the shellac selections at me. I could not look at them immediately because my hands were being soaked. She told me very rudely that I need to hurry up and choose a colour because there are other customers waiting (paying customers). At this point I couldnt hold it any longer, I responded to her that if they had done my nails right the first time then I would not be back to inconvenience them. She hurried my shellac without saying a word to me except to her colleagues in their language. I will NEVER return to an establishment where I am not welcomed or made to feel at fault for their low quality nail polish and service. Beware as there are many other establishments in the area where the ambience and service is second to none.

They did a great job on my nails today! My cuticles were cut properly and it looked clean after its done. Price is very affordable and the place is well organized. Thumb up!!!

They say you get what you pay for, prices are cheap and the outcome shows it. Polish is uneven and doesnt cover my whole nail. Ladies are nice, though.

Today was my first time trying this nail salon and my experience was horrible, I went in at 4:30 and left at 6:30 with the worst mani and pedi I have ever gotten. They dont sterilize their tools so you get what the last person got and their customer service is awful. My shellac pedicure looks as if my 3 year old did it, smeared, only one coat and the lady didnt even bother to clean them up once I asked if I was done. My hands look just as bad, if it wasnt because I was late to pick up my son I would have ask them to do it again but I had already been there 2 hours, will never be coming back.

This place had no a/c on, it smelled unclean, and they did not do SNS nails.

They less known english but so good at services and funny! recommend to come here
