Great place with great customer service. Went in to get my nails done and I was impressed. Jimmy was my nail tech and he was super nice and even gave me recommendations with my nails shape etc. Definitely recommend and will be back soon!

I went to go get a full set for shellac and I told the guy that I wanted to the French tip with the shellac and he told me that they don’t do that there. Even though my cousin got a French tip with shellac before. And I told him I wanted coffin and he was trying to persuade me to get squared shape. He acted like I didn’t have the money to pay my my full set. I understand that if you don’t know how to do it then have someone else to do it.

Crystals Nail Spa is very nice! The customer service is great and they have many colors to choose from for dipping powder and gel nails. Justin does an amazing job on my nails and Amy is great with pedicures. You shouldn’t be disappointed!

Jimmy did my moms nails very nice work. My mos was happy and that means a lot. I will do mine on Wednesday.. lets see what happens.

This is my second time getting my nails done at this nail salon and I can’t say that this time was as good as the first. I’m very disappointed with the service I received this second time around. I went in for a refill and I highly disliked the way the nail tech did my nail polish. They look awful! I felt he was rushing and was rude. I mean these people don’t charge cheap and they still expect a tip! The least they can do is make sure they do their job right. It’s not like they were super busy either, and if you tell them you don’t like something they get bothered. How unprofessional is that! Again, they don’t charge $20 bucks, so you would expect much better quality and service! I mean it’s common courtesy! I will definitely think twice about giving them my business again and won’t recommend!!

Very professional and reasonable prices. Got the dip powder nails and they came out very nicely. I got them done a week ago and they still look like I just got them done. Will be back soon.

Amazing experience! Spacious salon, clean, organized, friendly staff, etc., I was greeted with a smile once I walked and was offered something to drink. I had the dream team of Jimmy and Chi. Jimmy is a highly talented nail artist while Chi does perfect (and relaxing) pedicures! I highly recommend these two that is guaranteed a job well done!

Nancy did an amazing job on my nails! I always enjoy my time there. Everyones very nice and welcoming! I used to never get my nails done, but now I do for the past few months because of this incredibly talented team. I leave ecstatic each time I go! 💜💅

Would definitely not recommend this place if I could give them zero star I would. I Went in with my nine year old daughter and we both wanted manicures and pedicures. I asked if they have a special for kids where she could get both a manicure and pedicure for one price(like most nail shops do). I was told that because of her height she could not fit in chair and would be charged regular price for both services. This was very odd to me because the chair one sits in should not determine the price of the service. I was very taken back by this and the fact that the man at the counter kept looking back at me and my daughters height to determine if I was telling the truth about her age. Needless to say we did not receive any services and definitely will not be back.

Clean and spacious. Tons of color to choose from for both shellac and dip 💜 I got a mani and pedi and the shellac came out super nice. The techs were all very nice and attentive. Definitely recommend 😊

Horrible experience not happy with the customer service of JIMMY. He was very very annoyed and tugging my nails, I had to get up half way into him removing my nails. Never coming back again. I have never been treated like this in the past here. Seems like they have a whole new staff.

It was my first time here and I had a good experience. It’s a bit pricey but reasonable. I paid $45 excluding the tip for my solar full set. You can’t tell from the outside but it’s very nice and spacious inside. They give you complimentary drinks as well.

Very professional went in for a pedicure and they really did a great job with cleaning the cuticles and made sure the whole experience was pleasant will definitely be coming back.

They did a good job on my nails, but the tech was yanking my hands all around. While I was there the man behind the counter (I assume the owner) was yelling at one of the employees he followed her around and kept yelling in front of all the customers. Wow

Bad service I had to get my money back, the lady seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. I had told the owner I didnt like my nails so, she said told me she will be going to removed it, and had me waiting for 30 min because supposedly she was busy.I had seen her walking around doing nothing. So disappointed.

Never get your eyebrows done here. The lady who did mine was very harsh and felt like she was ripping my skin off. Now my face has broken out. I’ll stick to only getting pedicures.

I spent over $300 dollars getting me and my kids nails done and I have uneven nails and sore feet from literally being punched. My kids had a lovely experience, but I cant say the same. Im literally in tears writing this because of the respect I showed wasnt reciprocated. I felt like I was another paycheck and a ragdoll. I will not be returning. The service did not live up to the price.

I always have a great experience every time I go there. The business is very clean and sanitized. Chi is awesome and does a great job!

Today is Thursday. I got a manicure and shellac on Wednesday. I left when finished and had to go back within 30 minutes of leaving. I noticed my nails had dips and ridges in them. Instead of removing the shellac completely and starting over, the tech attempted to smooth the nail and reapply the shellac. The nails looked ok when I left but I noticed my nails looked the same later that evening. I am clipping my own cuticles today because I noticed some of my nails still have quite a bit of build-up. My last visit before this one was the same. Not sure whats going on. I had always been satisfied before these last two times.

I was charged $60 for a polish change with Shellac and nails soaked off with Shellac. No pedicure or full set or dip powder.. no fake nails. Just soak off and polish!! Ripe off!!!I forgot to mention she cut me and my nails are lumpy.

Very clean and professional. They covered all bases on Covid-19 protocol. It was relaxing and quiet and a great selection of music. But what I loved the most was the foot message 🙌🏼. My tech Chi really put time into my service. I highly recommend this place. The barriers are a nice touch.

My wife spend over $100 and didnt even do her nails correctly. The guy that did them said they would last longer and they started fallling apart the day after.They didnt even put the top coat on during her pedicure. They are friendly but the quality of the service is not worth it and they do not offer refunds for bad quality nails.

I love this nail salon! They always do a great job making sure I’m happy with my nails. I also love the quality of the their shellac. I’ve had issues in the past with shellac from other nail salons - but since I’ve been going to them, I don’t have those issues anymore. I highly recommend them!

I went to Crystal Nail and Spa for my 2nd time to get a shellac manicure and regular pedicure on Monday. By Monday afternoon a nail had chipped. Annoying considering shellac should last up to 2 weeks, but no problem. Went back there got it fixed. Tuesday evening another nail chipped. Went back Wednesday and got it fixed. Annoyed but still trying to remain positive. It is now Thursday and I am looking at 3 chipped nails! 3! I am absolutely furious. Not only is this salon more expensive than others in the area but to have chipping to a shellac manicure barely 72 hours after getting it is downright ridiculous. I will not be returning and will encourage others I know not to go there as well.

I come here every two weeks. I really like the atmosphere and the nail techs. Ive only had one bad experience over the 15 or more times I have visited. That was only because one of the male techs were too rough and constantly asking me to relax. Today I had Jimmy. He is one of the newer techs. I had a really great experience with him and he was very gentle. He talked to me about his work and showed me some of it. Im a person that is expressive in my hair and nails so it was nice to see that creativity can be mastered here. I will request Jimmy from now on and I suggest you do too 😊

I called a day ahead of schedule for 3 pedicure. Not to mention I called 20 min before we were to arrive to make sure that we awere ready. When we got there they only started on 2 pedicures and I had to wait for 35 minutes to start my pedicure, which of course they were done with the other ones. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone...especially if you care about your time because they dov not value it at all.

Love this place. Kim took really good care of me. She did a great job. Until more clients arrive and her manager rush her to finish and move with the next one. I feel bad because she got nervous. But before that event everything was great. Four start because manager or person on front desk did not though about customer service/care. Just batch services.

The staff were super friendly.... which in north east Houston that is hard to find. A little pricey but I will pay!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely love this place! I havent drank from the bar yet lol but I got a pedicure and a full set of white tips, my usual for a first time visit at any nail salon and they were wonderful!!! I had the worst pain in my toes, (ingrown nails) and the technician took her time to relieve the pain in my toes and the massage was so wonderful and now Im pain free!!!! This place has just about any powder color you can imagine. I definitely recommend anyone and everyone go here!!!! Extremely clean and a gorgeous place!

Never coming again. the lady in the front was very kind and helpful but the nail technician i had was very rough and seemed like they were in rush, for what ? no one was waiting. they also stopped a couple of time to be on their phone, honestly didnt really know what they were doing and finished too quick. i wish i could give the name but then notice they didnt even a name tag. they are very very pricey for nails that are definitely not worth it

Good quality service, average prices, relatively fast service as there were many techs available. only complaint is that my tech left a small amount of hair after waxing but it’s not a big deal. nice interior decor that matches the name of the salon as well. seems clean and new.

Absolutely love this nail salon! Jenny is really good at her full sets Chi is great at designs and Kim is amazing with pedicures. Good customer service and the ladies are hilarious:)

I came in on a whim and an hour later, I’m drafting a letter to my husband telling him I’m leaving him for my nail tech lady & her magic hands. Probably the best pedicure I’ve had in my life! Kim was ah-mazing. As an avid runner, she breathed life back into my legs and feet! I will definitely be back again!

Decor is amazing and the techs did an excellent job on my nails but the customer service (at the register, perhaps by the owner) leaves much to be desired. If I spend $100 at your establishment, I expect at least a “youre welcome” after I‘ve said thank you.

The salon itself is very nice and clean, they are very welcoming but overall DONT know how to do acrylic nails. I’m not from Houston so it’s very hard for me to find a good place to go to and the one time I do I come out very disappointed and wasted money. NEVER AGAIN.

Came in for Gel color change and decided to get a pedi to. Im usually very nitpicky when it comes to my nails. They were so nice and hospitable. They had soft music playing which made it very nice and relaxing. It is so NATURAL than any nail salons Ive been to! The only place in the town for the nails/toes. And my price is better than ever!

Overall this is a nicely decorated nail salon the way they greet you is awesome they do really good pedicures but when it come to acrylic they are terrible my nails look like they basically just slapped some powder on there I highly recommend that you just get your feet done

There prices are expensive and extremely bad service I went in to get a pedicure and the lady cut me and they told me not to worry blood everywhere and I got upset because of the lack to clean it properly... then when I said something to them they told me that I needed to find another place to get my pedicure done... DO NOT GO HERE they just want your money
