If you are thinking of using them, dont. I paid 850 for them to do my taxes, which cost me 250 more then last year for the same set.. If I could give them zero stars I would, I dont see how they have such a high rating. This is the second time Ive used Renees and I regret it. I have been calling for weeks trying to get my tax statements from them and no one can give me a clear answer on whether or not my taxes have even been submitted. They say they will call you right back and they never once call back. I filed my taxes the end of March and still nothing....

First time here and service was great I sat down with Renee D. She made the process simple and smooth I was in and out. Their office is clean and set up for COVID highly recommend coming here

I’m giving Renee’s tax service a one star because It will not allow me to give them no star. I have been trying to get my taxes completed for TWO months now! I sent them my information 3x because they kept saying they did not receive my information. After finally receiving my documents they said someone would call me back with additional information and invoice. Two weeks went by and I never received a call or an email. I called them several times and no answer. I called back and finally got someone on the phone. Stated she was sending me the information she was missing. I would say I filled that form out 4x. Every time I spoke to someone I had to repeat my case all over again, as if it was my first time calling. I finally got my invoice to pay (because they won’t work on your taxes until they receive payment). I paid next day, I had to call again after a week went by because AGAIN nobody followed up!!!! Tasha completed part of my taxes and said some one else had the rest. I have paid EVERYTHING UP FRONT!!! I called last Monday may 11 and the receptionist finally answered and had the nerve to ask if I had paid. She then said she would look into it and Call me back by end of day. It is not may 18 and I am still waiting for a call back. I drove 45mins to their office and of course nobody was there. I called several times before leaving and no answer. I do not recommend this place.

I had been doing taxes with Ms. Renee for some years all was fine but the last year I was cheated out on one of my return’s, my ex-husbands which was 5M. Then I needed to sell my handbags and left them to her she offered to help me when I called her she told me she had been robbed and did not have them. She stole them and I’m talking of about about approximately a dozen authentic Gucci, Coach Dooney & Bourke handbags. I called her, she blocked me and now I’m physically impaired and disabled so I would have used that money to help pay the treatment before I had my seizure and Cerebral Spinal Fluid LeaK. In conclusion she stole my material Possessions buy not my life. I hope she has a good life, God bless her. I hold no grudge, I forgive her but I would not recommend her.

Renee was amazing! I will be definitely be back here and referring all my family. She was very knowledgeable helped us with our tax concerns and helped file our taxes. We felt at ease with her help.

Very professional, knowledge and understanding of the process is superb. Does well at being attentive to their clients. Very well organized. The staff is courteous and considerate. Very prompt and always making suggestions how to better your return for the next season.

Once Renee gets your money, this office does not answer emails or the phone. She and her staff does not worry about your IRS deadline. They just DO NOT CARE. I faxed and emailed my paperwork in 2 days after she asked for it. Then its the big wait, no email, no phone call, nothing. I finally get someone on the phone and its NOPE we got nothing from you. Send it in again. I finally figured out her staff is Renees sister. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, go to a TAX office that cares. It took her right at 6 months to get me the correct paperwork, and then it didnt really help any.

Renee Rhines writes bad checks and jumps bail. She is not trustworthy and doesnt like to handle her personal business. As of 3/22/20 there is an active arrest warrant issued for her.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and everytime I come im always welcome with great friendly service. They make you feel right at home and comfortable, talk about southern hospitality. :) There staff always work hard to get the most out of your return which is why I also come here.
