I’ve been calling numbers nobody answer the place close I pay $500 for the people to do my taxes and I haven’t got anything I don’t know what’s going on

SHE ALTERS THE AMOUNT YOURE SUPPOSED TO GET BACK AND POCKETS THE DIFFERENCE!A complaint has already been filed with the IRS for fraud!We just got my family members transcripts back and the amount this tax professional had prefilled out on the 1040 is off by a little over $400 compared to what my IRS transcript shows.If youve ever had your taxes done with this business or the TPIN P01879433, I highly suggest you get a copy of your transcript to verify the amount the IRS has reported versus what she manually types in on the fillable PDF she prints out for you before filing the real thing when you leave the office.

Terrible service, the truth is, I do not recommend them at all, they are unprofessional and incotentive people ... they do not answer calls and they do not have accounts to locate them either.
