At the time you decide to volunteer, you must do the work on the right way or its better to stay home. Bothering people with bad management and bab customer service is not accepted mostly if it comes from the supervisor and the security. They dont have the qualifications needed and putting new persons is very required. The front staff need more training.

Tax preparation here was HORRIBLE! I decided to use their free tax preparation service this tax season & my tax preparer was an old grumpy white guy with little to no customer service skills. I was trying to explain to him that I did not receive my 1st stimulus payment & was told to include it on my taxes. He indirectly accused me of lying about not receiving the stimulus check and said that the IRS would audit me. Are you serious?! On top of all of that he was extremely hard of hearing & kept brushing me off not listening to what I was trying to say. After all, this is MY tax return not HIS. I will definitely not be back.

The security is rude she yell at me, if she dont like her job she can go and look for other job.

Neighborhood tax center they are treated people with no respect and consideration. They’re Treated everybody like we are infected by Covid-19. To much hate!!! And discrimination!!!

I have made my taxes on 2 occasions with them and they have been very kind. The process is done quickly and does not take you long at the office. Taxes have been smooth and my taxes have been reimbursed quickly. Regarding the issue of the pandemic, safety and hygiene measures are being followed to prevent its spread.
