The tax office I used last year was not open this year and I was in a complete panic!!!!!I don’t trust giving out my information of course so I looked at some reviews and came across Gold Star Taxes. I noticed they had the most reviews and majority of them were awesome so I stopped by and was BEYOND PLEASED!It was very clean and professional! The ladies at the desk were kind and helpful and I was sent to get a estimate with Luis and let me just say that his personality and over all customer service was PHENOMENAL!!!! We had a great understanding of what I needed and my concerns were addressed fully!!!!!At the end he went over my refund page by page and explained it all line by line and answered questions honestly and was very knowledgeable! I will be doing my taxes here from now on!!!!It was not just give your documents and I put it in and charge you, it was let’s see what documents you have and explain what you will need to get you the best possible refund and fees were affordable!I felt I struck GOLD coming to Gold Star TaxesVery helpful and easy process!Thank you Mr. Luis!

My husband and I have been doing our taxes here going on 3 years now. We were recommended to file taxes with Jaime by a couple of family members and dont regret it. The first year we met with someone else, not realizing it wasnt Jaime, because we were given his card so we assumed it was him. There was also a mix up with SSN too that had to be fixed. Anyways, we met with Jaime last year and appreciated his help with everything for our taxes so we only want to meet with him now. He is professional and very helpful. He actually listens to our questions and concerns and gives us his best professional advice. He takes his time and doesnt make us feel rushed. They accept appointments only. The building is small and can be easily missed as a new client, so make sure youre looking carefully and slow down. The office is nice and clean. The front desk receptionists are nice and professional. They have a movie playing in the waiting area which can help keep the kids company and sometimes the adults if the wait is longer than usual. For our visit this year (2017) the wait was a lot longer, even with an appointment, because the client before us took more time than usual. We werent too please with the long wait (30mins). They offered to have us meet with Luis but we opted out to wait for Jaime. Everything after that went smoothly. I gave this company 4 stars only because of the first time experience and then the long wait this year, but I know I will end up giving them 5 stars later and would still recommend this place to anyone else.

I met Jaime Garcia in Walmart we were co-workers he worked in electrnics and me Radio Grill. Jaime left Walmart to started his own business. I was Jaime first customer to prepared my taxes and seens then Jaime have move up preparing taxes at his house or going to your house to prepare your taxes to. Then he move up and starting working at La Mansion Realtor and filling taxes as well!! He open his new office and been there to this time. Jaime is a very hard working man and very honest . I recommend him at 100% for you new on filling your taxes as well as a realtor agent. He is very friendly and very honest I recommend him at 100%.

I EXPECTED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN JUST We dont do any free work. Sorry to disappoint you.THE SE WERE HIS EXACT WORDS WHEN I LET HIM KNOW ABOUT AN ERROR THAT WAS MADE ON MY INCOME TAX RETURN. THIS IS AFTER HE DID THE WORK AND OF COURSES HIM GETTING 250$ FOR THE JOB. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM OR HIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. AS A MATTER OF FACT I FEEL BAD THATH&R BLOCK IS ASSOCIATED WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS NO PEOPLE SKILLS AND WOULD JUST BLOW THE OF LIKE THAT. AND AL SO WHEN I TRIED CALLING BACK TO SIMPLY HAVE BOTH MY WIFES AND IS NAMES REMOVED FROM HIS MAILING LIST THE SIMPLY HUNG UP ON ME AND THE EACH TIME I TRIED CALLING BACK THE WOULD JUST PICK UP AMD HANG UP.NOT PROFESIONAL AT ALL.

Very grateful to Gold Star Tax and Jaime Garcia. From the moment I made my appointment, the secretaries were very friendly. When they arrived at the office, they offered me something to drink while I waited (I didnt wait more than 10 minutes) Jaime took his time to listen to all my questions and explain each one of them in a way that my wife and I easily understood.Without a doubt, we were very satisfied with the service of Jaime and Gold Star Tax, we received our deposit or tax refund after only two weeks. I highly recommend them, do not throw your money at Walmart or Fiesta paying $ 50 to a person who does not know and does not mind doing things right, because for $ 50 dollars nobody does a good job. The tax return is something delicate that has to be treated by professional people.
