Horrible service!!!! I have used Jackson Hewitt for over 8 years. I have never felt the need or have never purchased the goal guarantee for $89. This year I was charge for the goal guarantee without my knowledge or permission. I knew I should have left when the untrained staff kept asking me what things on my W-2 meant. Jackson Hewitt is refusing to return my $89. And says if I return next year they will apply the $89 towards my tax return fees for next year. No thank you this was the last year Jackson Hewitt will get $600 for me.

After scheduling an appointment with Jackson Hewitt online. I showed up at the time and date I scheduled only to be turned around at the door and told I did not have an appointment. I told the lady I had confirmation on my email. And then continue to show it to her she refused to look at my confirmation refused to give me an appointment and was very rude. I would not trust them with my taxes when they cant even figure out how to take care a schedule appointment

Belinda prepared my taxes. She was kind, professional and very knowledgeable, I will not hesitate to use J.H. again.

Excellent service very professional and knowledgeable very clean office overall took about 10 to 15 minutes and got a lil more than expected definitely will be coming back next year.

Too expensive!!! I’ve been getting my taxes done here for at least 6 years and never receive a customer loyalty discount. The taxes get more expensive every year! I’m going to choose another company next year, or just do it myself because it’s not worth the cost!!!
