Pros: big tax refund and less pay back to the IRS than the other tax servicesCons: barely get a hold via text message or calling to the business phone number. The best is just going there and ask the assistants help to problems solved. A lots of efforts and drives but when you look at the big fat tax refund, I guess everything is all worthy.Recommendation: definitely yes but be very careful and throughout communicate with them if you dont want to keep driving back several of times.Refer: Jassminep/s: after tax season, she tends to be out of the office a lots so it is very hard to get contacted with her via the phone number she providing. Best to call the office is around at 9-10 Am since it worked for me many tries calling different hours

I can not even begin to explain the nightmare. Randy and Jassmine obviously have some shady stuff going on. Filed in March. All my info on my tax return was WRONG!My return was supposed to be direct deposit. To which the account and routing number was wrong so they sent it via check on July 2nd. Got to looking into it and he reversed my home address with my husbands work P.O. Box. Called him and informed him. On July 14th he told me he had contacted the IRS and updated the correct mailing address. Fast forward to now 4 weeks later and I sit on the phone with the IRS for 4 hours to find our he never contacted them, there was no notes on my account since March when they released the funds and the address was still set as my husbands work P.O. Box. I ended up getting the address changed myself and we were able to put a trace on the check. I’ll know within 6 weeks if my check was cashed or not. Fingers crossed they’ll be able to just cut the lost check and recut another one and send it to me or I’ll either receive claims paperwork to start that process.WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!

They are so personal there.. Jasmin W was the best tax person I’ve ever worked out my life time filing for taxes she gave me the max and even walked me through the process... answered all my questions and plus more.. I WILL BE RETURNING NEXT YEAR AND THE REST OF THE YEARS AFTER THAT...

Most horrible tax service ever. First they wouldnt answer any calls, and messed up all my taxes then when the money came in THEY LOST MY CARD, I never received it and am still waiting on it to come in now. Owner of company will not return my calls or texts I am furious and about to call a lawyer!!!

Poor communication, extremely poor. I was referred by a relative and I send my documents over a month ago I have been attempting to contact for days now. These people have my social and have yet to respond about the business at hand. I was referred to jasmine weber and unfortunately I have yet to get a hold of her or anybody else at that business. I hope this wasn’t a scam to get my ssn etc smh #blackbusiness smh

It was horrible I would not recommend no one to them they do fraudulent stuff and when I comforted them it was a confrontation and the man that works up there RANDY pulled a gun out on me.

Best experience I’ve ever had in a tax office, everyone there was friendly, Candy Turner, my tax representative was very friendly and quickly got my taxes done getting me the biggest refund i could get. Ms. Carla of Houston, Tx. was my tax preparer and everything was really a 1,2,3 process. She was very professional and catered to any questions or concerns I had in a timely manner. Everything was broken completely down and explained about any paperwork before allowing me to sign the document. She also stayed in contact until my taxes was received. I would definitely recommend her to others as a must go to and I will be filing with her in the future as well.

My experience with platinum tax service was a 5 star. I walked in to smiling faces and experts who services me professionally and with the sole purpose of my visit in mind. At least that was my impression for beginning of my visit to the end of my visit. While I was sitting with the preparer there was no constant interruptions, total focus on the client.

When I reached out to here the following Monday, her response after answering my questions were always !!!!!!!!!!! Guess, she wasn’t having a good Monday.. But that’s no way to speak to a customer.. And, I don’t review, but I had to b4 you’re missing $600plus and a forged signature electronically!!!!

Do not use their service. They will charge you for all kinds of fees without telling you. I was told $250 for their service but found out the day I received my deposit that I was $1000 short. They also entered my address incorrectly once they got around to emailing me my documents. I tried to call to have them change it but no one would answer or return my call. The owner wouldnt even talk to me to explain the reasoning for my refund being short. I just wanted an explanation on their fees that I was being charged for that they found it necessary to not share with me. I trusted them with my documents and trusted their word on what I would be receiving back but was completely taken advantage of. My spouse also used their services and the same thing happened to them.
