I was very happy with the service. I dont think I couldve completed my filing without Albert. If I have a simple return next year I may go with the free assistance at neighborhood centers. Chances are I will be back with H&R Block though.

Ok, to be completely honest, I went to H&R Block on April 13 (Saturday), which is kind of late for filing for taxes. So the tax professional was in a hurry to get everything done. But it was done within an hour and the person who helped me knew what she was doing, so I had a good service.

My tax pro is awesome! She listens to my concerns and questions (as silly as they may seem). I told her about my family event coming up and she sent her wishes to my family! Such a great person and tax pro!
