First of all, got double the amount back than I did last year using free Turbo Tax (guess you get what you pay for rings true in taxes too lol duh me )Also Steve is a very kind and intelligent man. Was a pleasure to work with him n worth the wait too. Def found my tax man 🔥Thank you !!

Steve helped me last year with my taxes and I had a pleasant experience, today was the opposite. I had to drive almost 40 miles to get there for them to tell me I was not doing my taxes because they didnt provide us with the accurate information, disorganized, bad attitude in combination with sarcasm. It is ashamed when business loose customers due to lack of staffs professionalism.

Already waited 6 month total and still dont have my taxes. Always take more than the normal time.. very dissapointed.

I have been filing taxes for nine years, and everytime it was a rush rush job with my tax preparer at a very reputable franchise outfit. I was not happy. My girlfriend recommended BUMAC, but I was too lazy to drive all the way across town. Then the IRS came knocking, I was hit with a tax audit bill of $19,029. I did not know what to do. in desperation, I went to visit with BUMAC. My tax audit problems were resolved. I paid $1787 instead of $19,029. Thanks BUMAC. Very professional. Very Knowledgeable. Five stars!!!!

If I could give them no stars I would!! This is my second time with them!! When I came in to give them my W2’s they ask did anything changed & I said, “yes my phone & our bank account has change” He said ok write all your new information down and I did. So when I came back 2 weeks later to pay they had the wrong bank information down! So it’s 2 months & I haven’t received anything!!! All the receptionist say is call back & I never get a call back. So once I told them that the bank account was wrong they filed it 2 days later there no way you can correct our bank info over the weekend then filed it on Monday!! When you play with my personal information that’s where you mess up! THIS IS MY LAST TIME COMING TO THEM!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!

These people are amazing! Most def recommend, ask for Steve. He is amazing at what he does. I plan on making my tax every year with BUMAC.

I had problem in the past with the IRS and because of a notary public that supposed to be tax people it ripped off 180 people and I was one of them so she let me with a $13000 debt to its and a messy tax in 2013-2014-2015 but thanks to bumac I got money back and they are so professional I recommend them to anyone thats wy I saul Aguilera give them 5stars👍
