Very rude and unhelp., window agent got attitude .,they need retraining for Customer service

Very rude amd unhelpful staff. They really dont care to hear what you problem is and some window agents seriously need retraining in their customer service skills. Not very empathic at all to certain people. Very rude and disrespectful!!!!

Just dont come here and if you want things to get done

The workers here are very rude and not helpful with anything if you have a question good luck because they’re not going to help you and each person I spoke to had an attitude.

When I call they answer me and then they transfer me to 211, if I am calling the office it is because I want to speak to a person from there not from 211 if so I would call 211 directly

Very rude and unprofessional service have been back to this location 5tines in the last months this is a pandemic and my service where not renewed due to there error and they where not helpful at all all documents where sent and they continue to give me the run around just to not do there job being as this is government our tax money pays for this I will be placing a formal complaint.

Awful service the lady who attended us was very racist and didnt even want to touch the papers we were giving her I wont recomend anyone to go here

The people who work the front windows are so rude and treat you like a animal and not like a human!!! And they have awful ways of working!!!!

The worst customer service I ever experienced in my life! The lady who ever answers the phone. Is disgusting! The way she talks to people is horrible. Just because someone is on food stamps or is getting helped doesnt make you better then them. She should absolutely be fired!

The ppl here are a joke.. poor customer services nobody is on the same page in the office everytime you ask them somthing about your case you get two or 3 different anwsers every time you call they will never let you talk to a social worker an when you do talk to someone they are very rude I just dont understand what is going on in this office my sister called about her case an ask the lady what her name is she hang the phone up in her face....now something is wrong with this picture I need answers... anyone
