Horrible service what a scam don t answer phone lazy lazy worker

Will not answer the phone - will not call you back. Typical governmental agency- they are there to help. NOT.

I made a call to the Agency about 5:25 pm and was not expecting to get an answer, but I did and receive help with patience. Thanks to the young lady who answered I now have a different outlook and a peace of mind.

This place does not care about seniors. Seniors have to be near death before help might come. Theres no help in houston harris county or the state of texas for seniors trying to survive.
