Id give them 5 but they were out of towels

I’m not a big fan of this location. I have tried this car wash at least 5 times and each time I leave with stains (white and red) from the wash all over my car. Literally had to scrub like heck to get the red stains off. How?! Yes, I have tried all other locations using the same car wash and no problem. This location is old and needs new equipment. The wash is terrible and the vacuums barely suck up anything. The employees run the cars too close together. Some pre wash great and some barely do it. Thankfully there is a second location because I was really considering ending my membership.

Very powerful brushes that ripped off a piece of my car. This is not the first car it has happened to. Do not recommend.

I have gone this Car Wash before. Today my car looked as if it hasnt been washed. The gentlemen that you approach to enter the car wash looked tired. Half using the scrub brush. I didnt pay for the Wednesday Special. I selected the $15 Wash....I couldve let my 9 yr grandson wash it.

It was wonderful. I had a issue but they took care of me right away. AI go get your car or truck cleaned

We were met at our car, they took care of handling selecting the wash for us, And were very nice.

Always 5 Stars service from my experiences.Is the clean always perfect, no but close enough and I dont mind finishing the details.Anytime the vacuum is clogged because people what through their trash away, just let them know and they will take care of it immediately!They will even scrub/ rinse out weather mats. In addition they do offer a carpet cleaner to run the floor board rugs through.Prices are reasonably and nearly always open. I recommended it to anyone, but I probably shouldnt because then they get overly busy 🤔...

This car wash is quick and your right back on the road the they are gentle with your car and I personally use them three times a week the staff are nice the establishmentis clean and the have free vacuuming after each wash

Quick thorough wash. You do your own vacuuming and wipe down. Window cleaner and towels are free. They have a floor mat cleaner available too. We will go back.

I have monthly pass and go as often as Im by there.

Equipment barely touched the top of the car.Left visible road film on paint.This included the hood, top, and trunk.$20 wash and I get to take the car home and do it myself.Next time I won’t waste my time.Told Associate about the issue. Nothing offered to remedy.

Decided to run the van through for a quick wash and to vacuum it out. Payment was quick and easy. Pulling forward we were greeted by two attendants that lined us up and jumped right on washing the windshield, folding the side mirrors, and taping down the rear wiper blade. They scrubbed the tires right fast and away we went into the wash. The tunnel was filled with lots of colorful lights that seemed to make the suds glow. Exiting the tunnel the van was blown dry and then we pulled forward and around to the vacuum cleaners. There was a vacuum hose for both sides of the van. I had plenty of help with me so there were two doing floor mats and two vacuuming and one doing the dash and inside glass. Very quick and efficient car wash. Im not sure why they didnt offer one of their air fresheners like they do on the other side of town. All in all though it was a good experience and we got the van cleaned really quick.

The staff was friendly and patient. The prices are also reasonable for what you get. I was super happy about how clean my car turned out! I would defiantly go again when I do not have the time to put aside to wash my car.

First and foremost, the employees are almost always really nice and helpful, however, have definitely changed over the past 6-8 months.The last several times I have used this wash my car comes out with dirt on the areas they are supposed to pre-clean. The vacuums almost always have suction problems (not the employees fault) and people play loud music and the staff says nothing to them.I may have to start going out of my way to go to their competitors across town if things do not get better.

I love it here/this location. Really simple: pull up, pay, drive in, and place your car in neutral. You will always receive a free car freshener. The following are free to use: the vacuums, windex, cloths, and car mat cleaning machine. Also, the attendants spray down and clean your car really good before the car wash does!

Convenient, and affordable monthly wash club. Friendly employees. Trash barrel always empty, vacuum work great (Free with wash) an free towels an sprays to dry an clean interior.

The car wash is quick. I am on the monthly plan. I go twice a week. There is a drying and vacuuming area to wipe any water spots off of the vehicle and vacuum. They have a floor mat cleaner also.

Automated wash does a good job. Even on tire shine

They fixed the dirt puddle out back! 4/5 stars. Doesnt completely clean your vehicle, but shines it up real quick if you are in a hurry.

I love this car wash although it tends to scratch the paint on my car. Those car freshners they give are strong and smell amazing! Also you cant beat a free self vacuum.

I suppose Im not use to spending 18..00 to wash and vacuum my own vehicle. Back home 10.00 gets me that while I watch and wait for a dynamic handwash with all the trimmings.

Could hardly get through the payment kiosk and an attendant came barreling into my side view mirror...he hit it hard enough (trying to close it) that I thought I may have hit something. I have automatic mirrors, so needless to say, my mirror is now broken. My disgust isn’t from the actual incident - as accidents happen. My disgust is in regard to the response...I called and was basically told it was my fault the whole thing happened.

Oasis car wash gives you alot for your money when you join the car wash club. This is especially helpful when the high pollen season is here (Mid February - May) and then in the summer with all the bugs! The drive thru does a really good job, and the staff is usually pretty attentive to tape down rear window wipers but seem to forget antennas often. I have never encountered a rude employee there. Little kids love all the colors when going through the wash so its a win-win, they get a show and you get a chore done without having to do much more than drive. If you can, try to go in the morning when its not busy. The line often goes out into the street and people can get really rude with cutting in line. The vacuum stalls fill up quick and if you drive a large vehicle you might want to use the stalls more towards the entrance for ease of backing out. I havent noticed any paint damage as others have mentioned, but I have had alignment issues before with using these kinds of washes. It would be nice to see a touchless wash system built in this town that can clean as well as Oasis, but for now I would say this is the best you can buy here.

For an automated car wash it does a great job, and the vacuum cleaners are powerful..the price is very fair.

It doesnt take all the bug off. You would have to clean it yourself with a sponge.

Went here on veterans day for a free carwash. I gotta say i usually dont like taking my car through the wash because i have heard horrible stories of people coming out with scratches on their cars. This place seemed very nice but i dont know about a monthly amount for unlimited car washes. Like i said im big on old school hand wash. It can be time consuming but worth that piece of mind.

Its ok...it didnt get the front of the suv very well..kinda disappointed when you pay 13 to 15 for a wash.
