Sophia is always available to answer questions, very helpful and easy to work with.
Ive lived at 936 Heights Blvd. for a year, and Im sad to leave.=:( My neighbors have been very welcoming, many have lived here for years, so they all know each other and created a nice little community together. I am blocks from my favorite watering hole and was minutes from my old job. Sadly, Ive had to take a new job out of town, so I am very sad to leave my sweet neighbors. The staff is more that helpful, all very friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment community if you are looking to live in the Heights!
This well-kept complex has a great feel. It is also pet-friendly with quick access to multiple parks. The staff has been knowledgeable and easy to work with which is always desired. Highly recommended!
Love this place! I love my little apartment on Heights Blvd.!! Our community is so cute, the neighbors are really friendly and its been a nice place to call home for the past year and a half. The management team is very friendly and I would recommend anyone to come live here!
I have rented here for 4 years. I love the staff, the have been nothing but nice to me. They know my name, and they are always so kind and helpful when we have a problem. The apartments are old, but I love the location.
I have rented from Historic Heights Property twice over the last three years. I had to leave country in-between and upon my return they welcomed me back instantly. The location is amazing, I have everything I need within walking distance, and bike trails to ride for miles! The apartment complex is clean, well maintained, and maintenance requests have been answered in a timely manner.
I lived here for 1.5 years. I moved because I got pregnant and needed a bigger place. The staff was aways friendly and took care of my request in a timely matter. In response to some of the negative comments. Yes, the apartments need work but are also old buildings. You get what you pay for. In the heights studios start around $1250/mo. Their rates are some of the best I have seen for the area. If you are looking for a more upgraded apartments and dont want to deal with the negatives then I would recommend either living in a different area or increasing your budget.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Any good review left here is probably left by one of the slumlords that run the place. Infested with roaches. Falling apart at the seams. Mold. Threaten to evict you when you have maintenance requests they don’t want to do. I had a dead rat in my wall for a month and had to threaten them for them to take it out. My 1 year olds room had a hole in the window the entire 12 month lease after begging six times for them to fix it. If you value your health don’t move here and don’t give these pos your money.
The moment you move into any one of their properties, they start treating you less as human and more as property. That is only the beginning. They are also very unresponsive except when they feel their properties are at risk. I have examples if you want them. Also beware of their 30 day move out notice Its actually more like 30 days plus however many days are left in the month. So in some cases its actually 60 days. I intend to add more to this review as things come up.
DONT DO IT!!!! this place is very HEAVY ON THE ROACHES and the apartments are not only old but need major work! The management is very unresponsive and they literally ignore your requests until u come to their office. I moved here because i was in a rush and like the location but the location is the ONLY thing good about this place these apartments are ancient!! And the bathroom has an order because the ventilation it literally a opening to the roof u can look right through !!! DONT DO IT
